One of the best place I ever delivered. Lots of room easy to find. Great customer service. In and out 45 minutes to get unloaded. Lady at the receiving was very pleasant.

Super nice people here. They’re by appointment only, BUT if the weather is bad they MIGHT work you in early. Depends if drivers miss their appointment.

I showed up 45 minutes late for my appointment. The warehouse was on their lunch break when I arrived. I was told to park in one of the spots near the guard shack and wait for them to come back from lunch. At 1040 the guard came back and gave me a dock door. Slide tandems and chock tires. The dock was very easy and they had the trailer unloaded very quickly. Nice customer and a beautiful view while getting unloaded. I would go back again. Also, for the review that stated that there is no truck parking in the area, there is actually a parking area down the street as you exit the freeway at a business.

This guys working so fast 30 minutes takes to unloading, one more thing about the direction to pet co distribution map points me red rock rd truck restrictions, and then I followed to mountain roads it was narrow and slippery, I mean don’t follow map just take exit NV 395 to exit red rocks it’s not mountain side just to exit 78 to red rock

I’m not sure what’s going on with Petco, but this is not acceptable. It may be tough to find cat food now and days, but to just “throw” the cans in a box and ship it out???? Supposed one or more busted because of no packing? As you can tell by the pics below….a few cans are dented. C’mon Petco, give us a little more care for the cats!

Parking available outside. Everything went smoothly in and out within the hourOnly complaint is damaged trailer from offloading. Now I need to cancel my next load and get this fixed.

They’re closed on the weekends even tho google shows it open. I check in 1 hr early before my appointment. I was in and out with 40 mins. No overnight parking but there is a truck stop like half mile from the warehouse. Plenty of space to back up.

There seems to be alot of reviews stating people are being turned away for showing up early. Which I didn't understand because I've showed up early before and never was turned away. Today I arrived on my appointment date and time and asked about it. The guard in the shack said that they allow people in 2 hours early. So take what people say with a grain of salt. 2 hours is OKAY. This place is good, has always been good so all you bad reviews who don't get what they want or act rude when they get here and probably get kicked out........SHUT UP!!

Fantastic receiver, missed my 5am, called receiving and rescheduled for 10am same day. No problems checking in a bit early, truck was empty in 45 minutes.

Truckers, the entrance is located right next to a truck restricted road so my truck GPS, Trucker Path and Hammer, both routed me an additional 40 miles and 1 hour longer route that doesn’t even avoid the truck restricted road. Luckily Google Maps has street view and I was able to determine that you have to drive towards the truck restricted road to get to the entrance. I used Trucker Path to route me to Jackson’s Food Store Shell gas station and then drove about 4 blocks to Petco DC, which saved me an additional hour of drive time. I arrived 40 minutes early for a 06:00 appt. I was checked in immediately, no issues with me being early. They open at 05:00. The young lady at the guard gate was super nice and very sweet. She heard my dog barking and she gave me two huge Ol Roy doggy treats. You drive around back to receiving. You fill out a check in form. They give you a beeper that buzzes when they’re done unloading. I see a lot of other reviews saying that you couldn’t show up early or that they were rude. That was not the case for me. It was a very pleasant experience.

Petco distribution center sent me the complete wrong item and whoever was working that day thought it was funny to put drawings on the packing slips instead of actually doing their job and packing the right item.

Quick unload. To get here from I 80 take 395 n exit on red Rock exit #78 turn right and continue until u see the sign for shipping and receiving entrance.

Petco don’t check in Truck until Exactly the appointment time if you show up early Security gate check will make your turnaround and come back on the apt time. Not even 15 minutes early at security Gate. I suggest them to check in Truck 30 minutes before apt. Time.

Horrible place to work.I would not give a start , lots of favoritism. Managers don't care about The employees, they only care about production. They overworked you, since there's few people in the warehouse, by few people I mean nobody wants to work there,because as they come they leave.They'll have you working double or triplet assignments for the little they pay. Honestly it's not worthy.You'll get sick from lots of stress.Overtime is mandatory if you don't show you get points & they'll fired you.

Petco Distribution center is not the greatest place to make a deliverythey need to hire personal who are willing to work and respect driversthe ladies at the check stand always rude to people, they bring their problems to work and find victims so they can spray their venom at them, they don't value other people work. I wish someone higher can really see and address the situation or change their policy like other warehouses driver checked in 1hr before or 30 minutes before, they want driver to show exact time of his appt taking the risk of been late an then get rejected by them, Honestly they need to step up and allow driver check in1hr or 30 minutes before.

I deliver here on regular basis always make sure I'm no earlier than 10 min. usually in and out in less than a hour. Today I show up for my appointment and they are at lunch so I wait 30 min and then they tell me I'm not on schedule for today and make me leave. Broker has me on schedule for today not sure what happened but being this is a Friday I won't get home for weekend as planned and next week could be affected as well and this seems to be a common issue here.

Had app at 5am and arrived at 443 but the guard didnt let me in and had to wait till 5. Do not get here before ur app.No trucks north of petcoA truck parking off of 395 good for about 15 semi.

Nice new facility, friendly people, plenty of room to maneuver, even with huge piles of snow plowed up in places. Checked in, unloaded, and checked out in about 90 minutes. Wish every place was this efficient. ARE YOU LISTENING, WALMART???

i drove from NC...and came 1.5 day early. security said no come back tomorrow.... ok fine...turned full truck around came back next day 2 hours pryor to appointment they sent back... guess gas waisting in america is ok...totally not satisfied with their appoinment rules....all those appoinments should be flexible and no late appointments....sorry guys but if i hear petco it will be nono also all my friends who use petco store will be using wallmart.

Petco used to give members a free bag of food for every 8 they bought. They increased the number of bags required to 10. Petco just sent an email today stating points will expire after 30 days.
