Holy cow are these ladies amazing. When I first walking in they were dealing with an aggressive husky and the way they handled it sold me. They gave him a break and when I picked up my dog they were finishing him up. Onto my dog: they took care of him and I’ve never seen him so clean. I waited to write a review until I saw how consistent they would be . I’ve been to several grooming places in Reno and I always seem to have a bad experience . Not the case here . The groomer Zoë does a phenomenal job with my basset hound Blue . Perfect nail trimming and I can tell she spends a good amount of time brushing him to get rid of extra hair . His hair is soft and smells amazing . My favorite part is that he’s excited to see her so I know she takes good care of him . Thank you Zoë !

I love this place, after my mom passed away they were able to groom my little schnauzer poodles that same week. I’ve been going here for a long time and I love how they treated my dogs. I recommend this place to any dog owner who needs to get their babies groomed. Thank you guys for what y’all do!!

June 2023 Update: I moved across town and happily drive my miniature schnauzer to get groomed. The team always takes care of Frankie and let me know when her skin is flairing up. They actually helped me realize shes allergic to chicken! Truly great people.When my previous dog grooming salon closed due to the pandemic, I found Lisa's. This place is awesome. They always take great care of my nervous pup and even gave me a heads up about a possible ear infection. (Took my dog to the vet and got her treated). I wouldn't have known otherwise! Great pricing and my dog is returned within 2 to 4 hours.

My bestfriend (Marilyn Monroe) has been with me for over 16 years. She is EVERYTHING to me. I ONLY take her to Lisa's Pampered Pets. The staff knows and loves her. She is defiantly more than pampered. The older Marilyn gets the more moles she grows and they are always very very cautious when they bathe her and groom her. They know my girl. They point out new conditions that I myself may have not noticed and also have saved me and my girl a lot of time, money & unnecessary pain by removing foxtails that I could not get to. I would never trust to send my bestfriend to anyone else or anywhere else.

The cut that they did to my puppy is just horrible; they said they were going to make him cute, but it ended up being horrible; I even tipped them $25; it's just a waste of money. ITS UNEVEN LOOK AT THE SHAPE OF HIS HEAD DOES IS IT LOOK LIKE A TEDDY BEAR CUT!😡 I regret going here not worth it. 😐 and it’s our first time too very frustrating.

Took my 3 year old German Shepard Husky Mix for his first groom ever, such an amazing experience! Everyone especially Zoë, who groomed my baby, were so nice and professional! My boy absolutely hates water and being brushed and all around bothered, so being able to bring him here and hearing about how well it went and to see how good Jupiter looked and how happy he was was absolutely amazing! Already scheduled my next groom there!

Zoe there is the best! She had so much patience with my senior dog who sadly passed a year ago. I finally mustered enough courage to get a new fur baby and I was fortunate enough to find Zoe at Lisa's Pampered Paws. My new "bab" is a big boy who I adopted and I didn't know how he'd be in the grooming atmosphere. Zoe was compassionate and kind enough to schedule me her last appointment of the day so things went seamlessly. She rock!

I have a 100lb boy who has anxiety and can't stand to have his paws touched let alone his nails done so it took 2 years to find someone cuz the vet said sedation, no one else would even set an appointment. We walked in Rebecca finished with her client got us back yes I got to go with him and out with all nails done!!!!

My cat is a senior cat, and can't groom herself as well as when she was young. She is long haired, so I bring her to Lisa's Papered Paws a few times per year for a cut and groom. The staff is always very nice, and they do a great job!

I tried out this groomer and the service itself was fine with reasonable prices. The biggest issue is they only take cash and I pay for almost everything by card. They notified me of this after performing the service. I did the honorable thing by getting cash, but it required me to drive down the street to the ATM and come back to make the payment, which was extremely inconvenient. I will not return here anytime soon, just for this reason. All businesses that do not invest in a card machine are behind the times. Join us in the 21st century!

I have the world's "friendliest" dog. He is a Chiweenie. Everyone that owns a Chiweenie understands the huge lie I just said lol. He even growls at my mom who feeds and doggysits him. Im not sure what the girls at Lisa's did but he has never bitten anyone there. It's shocking because my dog bites. The first time I took him we had him muzzled up and by the end of his session he was licking the groomer's hand. The care that they put in making sure that my dog is bathed and groomed, His teeth brushed, and his private parts expressed cannot compare to any other business in town. They clean the outside of their business multiple times a day and I know that I am leaving my "son" in great calming hands and a sanitized business.The price cannot be beat and they are very honest about the hours it will take them to groom my "son." He had a very bad scooting issue and Lorena has fixed whatever issue he had. She has also gave me advice on things to not feed him and I cannot thank her enough. The girl that takes my appt over the phone knows my dogs name, my last name, my phone number, when all Ive said is hello. Great people. Last, Debbie's kind smile when I drop him off early in the morning let's me know the day is going to be good. Thank you girls!! <3

Recently moved to Reno and have had to try a few different groomers. My girlfriend and I are going on a trip soon and we need our puppy Presley groomed quickly. Lisa's was able to accommodate, and we were incredibly happy with the trim. Just a couple spoken words "no target on her behind, no maternity cut" and they absolutely nailed it. We will definitely be taking our pup here going forward. This place rocks and you should all be taking your pups here!

We took our dog here for grooming once before and it went well.The second time our appointment was at 9:00. We finally received the call at 2:00 to pick him up. They apparently overbook and so our dog had to sit there for SIX HOURS! We will fine a better run business who thinks of the animals, not how much $$$ they can rake in.

Had such a poor experience. The place didn't seem very organized at all. I first got there, the door said cash or check, then I clarified at the front desk, was told only cash (none of this information was on the website). She told me it was $15 which is what the website said, I went to get more cash. Came back and it was just full of barking dogs in cages mixed with the cats, all in the same room as those being groomed which was very stressful for my cats and myself, especially since this was their first time getting their nails trimmed professionally. When one of the other employees was ready to trim their nails, she had me hold my very scared cats and quickly trimmed the nails but without the care I'd had expected, just pulled on their feet, not very carefully while they're trying to escape from being stressed from the chaotic environment. After both of them were able to get their nails trimmed, she then told me the price was $20 per trimming instead of the $15 that not only was on the website but the other employee had confirmed for me and I wasn't going to be able to get more cash. I gave her the $36 that I had which would have been enough for the original amount and tip, but she settled for what I had which I do appreciate considering the circumstances. I will never take my cats their again and I don't recommend anyone else do either. They don't seem to put in the care that they say they do. Perhaps they should be a dog only salon if they cannot accommodate cats properly.

On Monday we took one of our dogs for grooming, and decided to make an appointment for 2 of my other dogs for Friday. I arrived, and the manager tells me that when I picked up my dog on Monday, I cancel the appointment that I had made in the morning which was not true at all, so now I’m stuck with my dogs in the car. Also around two month ago, I had an appointment for 3 of my dogs, and they call to cancel, rescheduled me for 2 weeks later, and when I arrive to the appointment 2 weeks later, the girl just tells me that I never made an appointment. So upsetting. Before I took all this mistakes because the prices were great, but be sweet that they raise the prices from $50 to $75. Will not recommend this place anymore as I used to do on Facebook, and I again won’t be coming back.To rely to you, the hair of dog wasn’t in bad condition As you are saying, so on top of bad service lie. And the price was just raised, it has nothing to do with my dog hair condition which again, was very good, no matted hair, not even bad smell. You just can’t handle the I flux of people that you are hAving, and make mistakes that you don’t fix, or take accountability for. Don’t bring your dog here, and if you do, co firm your appointment met 10 times, because they aren’t capable of booking correctly:

My dog JuJu is a big baby and scared to death of getting his nails cut. I have had horrible experiences with dog groomers, because they're not nice to my JuJu. Today JuJu and I were totally Blessed to meet a wonderful dog groomer Nikkie. As soon as I saw Nikkie, I knew JuJu was going to be in good hands. We finally found our sweet lady that Loves animals❤️❤️ Thank You Nikkie. You are so AWESOME.

My girl desperately needed a visit at the groomers, and I was calling all around town but everyone was booked 1-2 weeks out! I was losing hope but then I called Lisa’s and they told me I could bring her in right away! They did such a wonderful job. My poor girl had balls of dirt and they did an awesome job with taking everything out. She is so smooth, smells great, and looks clean! Thank you so much guys for being so sweet to Guera, and for doing such a great job. I will definitely need more of your services and will continue to come!

I brought my dog in for de-matting and a trim. Her fur was in really bad shape (she's a Miniature American Shepherd). I was very nervous and so was my pup. Lisa and team did SUCH AN AMAZING JOB. I was scared she would have to be shaved, but they kept her fur very long and were able to get all her dreadlocks out. I can't thank this team enough for how great she looks! We will be back!!!!!

After being stood up by another groomer, we called Lisa's and was very happy with her upbeat and cheery invitation to bring our fur baby over for a nail trim. We were warmly welcomed, and she was taken right in. The girls did a great job with her, and it was nice that we were able to watch through the big windows in the front of the shop. They did a wonderful job of clipping her nails, and loving on her!!!! We will definitely be back!!! Thank you so much for the wonderful, welcoming service.

Took my kitty for a nail trim the other day and had a great experience. Very friendly staff handled it quickly and professionally, and it was over before we knew it! Liked that the place was clean and well kept. FYI they are cash only so keep that in mind, but I found their prices reasonable. Will definitely return!
