What a great experience from start to finish, I needed a water dish for my Tortoise Lucy. So once ordered I received an email saying the water dish was on back order and I would receive a follow-up email. Even better the owner reached out to me directly to apologize for the delay. Once the water bowl was back in stock I received and email and then my water bowl (and some stickers) 2 days later.I see where people want to complain about a company if something is out of stock or back ordered. The world has gotten too complacent on click and received. I will be returning to Tortoise Supply for all my needs. Lucy sure is one lucky tortoise!

Placed an order nearly three weeks ago which included $35.55 in shipping cost and the order never arrived. All email and voicemails went unanswered. Only after disputing the credit card charge did the business respond by saying they were on vacation and would be ordering the items from the manufacture shortly. Having to wait more than a month for an item to arrive is not acceptable.

Ordered some cactus pads from Tortoise Supply. Supposed to be for a hungry tortoise but I boiled them down and made Stew out of them for myself. It was delicious.
