Terrific ranch store that has a little bit of most things. You can find fishing gear, camping stuff, tools galore, plumbing and pipes, hammers and nails, wrenches and fasteners, waders but not Red Stripe Gumboots.They also sell bulk propane at a good price. Select ammunition is also available as is quite an extensive automotive isle.

All of the staff and management have always been very helpful and knowledgeable. The store is very clean and organized. It's the only store in Lovelock that carries hardware but they don't take advantage of that, they are very appreciative of your business. It would be helpful if they carried building materials

Their Employees awesome that being said.Big "R" will not be getting any of my business anytime soon. I bought a Gas bush Trimmer there. and it has no throttle. they come that way. So you cannot just the throttle to go fast enough to cut big weeds it runs just above an idle speed and is useless i call the manufacturer and asked how i return it. There customer service Said to take it back to the store in which i purchased it. so i took it back to Big "R" hell i didn't even want my money back I just wanted to Exchange for a heavy duty Lawn Mower. I would happily pay the difference. keep in mind i purchased the trimmer just a couple of days ago sum time last week. and that I have spent Thousands of dollars in there store. possibly as much as High as 10000 dollars since 2017. and the refused to take it back. first he said i don't take gas products back if they operate with in manufacturer specs. I said it doesn't run at a high enough rpm to cut any big weeds that my battery power weed eater does a better job. then he sad well thought for a minute and said he doesn't take any gas product back after you put gas and oil in it . So what the bottom line is he don't stand behind his high dollar products. . Where I you I wouldn't purchase anything that runs on gas or is expensive because they apparently do not stand behind there products. period

I actually look forward to going to the BIG R . The Staff is as attentive and knowledgeable as I have ever experienced in the BIG stores like HOME DEPOT & LOWES. I would like to say while I'm not friends or family to any employees at the BIG R, there is a lady that works at the Lovelock store named KAREN. Karen, is by far the best and most knowledgeable and professional representative I've ever had opportunity to work with when I need assistance. She is the reason I am a regular customer at that store.

They have it all! Went in to get a water inlet plug for my RV and was surprised that they have so much for RVers.This is the best place to refill on propane (it's about 50¢ more expensive in Winnemucca).

Big R here in Lovelock is a well stocked store, I would take pleasure in a revised website and add a search 🔍 tab to help find a product they may or may not stock.

Have gone a couple of times, prefer going to Winnemucca. Did buy a few things - small - and remember they were so-so at the time. Much smaller. But, hey, it's what it is from Lovelock! THREE STARS....if they do better, we can bump it up too.

Friendly staff. Very small selection & size compared to other Big-R stores. However, they can order what you need.No 5th star only because of selection.
