As I do nearly every week after my bowling league, I stop in at the 2010 S Casino Dr, Laughlin, NV store for a soda. I park at the pumps, as always, never had an issue all the years I`ve done this. Today was different. As I exited my vehicle, I was "greeted" away from the entrance by a heavy set woman whom I had not seen before. She may have been the store manager, or even higher up. She asked if I was getting gas, I responded no. Continued jawing that I was "blocking the pumps", even though no one else was in that lane, and only one other customer in the adjacent one. I stated I was just running in for a minute to get a soda, and proceeded. As soon as I got to the register, there she was was waiting for me. Told me to purchase a soda elsewhere, and to "get out of my store". I admit to saying a few choice words as I was attempting to leave. That should have been the end of it, but it wasn`t. An older employee, tall and slim, asked me if I wanted to "take it outside", and to get the hell out of the store, to never come back. Management confronting customers over trivial matters, unprofessional, and abhorrent.

Terrible customer appreciation ,Terrible customer service, Terrible training and management obviously.From the car wash attendant this morning to the cashier with the personality of a wet rag . My experience at this establishment was by far the worst in my travels.The car wash is an injury waiting to happen with no grates over drains . I fell down when I stepped into an open drain full of water. I notified ALEX the attendant on duty who then took my complaint personally therefore I had a bad attitude...? HuhWhat ?When I notified the cashier she looked at me like " and" ?Take your business elsewhere please .Us+

Visited on a gateway, I received amazing customer service. The interior is decent, lots of alcohol after all there next to a many resorts. The mellow yello ran out as I was filling my soda, I didn’t bring it up to be honest but was slightly sad about it. Overall great experience.

I was having a female emergency and the lady at the counter was super excellent at customer service and let me go to the head of the line and she just knew by taking one look at me that I needed help and I got the things that I needed and I was allowed to use their bathroom immediately and you know sometimes it just takes a female to understand another females issue so five stars to this Terrible's a thousand times over I'm going to come back and give her like a $20 tip but right now I have another problem to take care of I need a tire shop Because my tire is flat so hopefully Google Maps can help me find a tire shop in Laughlin of all places

Christ mas Day, 2021, Im 65 years old, my hair is gray, I dress clean & neatly. For first time in my life man at counter told me had to leave my small daypack at counter. It is my purse, I refused said don't want to lv my wallet/card w/ someone I don't know. Some very unintilligent, woman who speaks poor grammar comes out acting as she is looking for an argument. I told her to go to He'll and walked out. She FOLLOWED me to my truck shouting,obscenities & I was not allowed to come back to that store, ranting on, I told her to grow up.Had a similar experience at Terrible's yr or so ago, my truck was stolen, badly damaged, I looked very briefly in window of parked car, one I'd been thinking of buying. A 16ish old looking man & very obese woman of some age, came out, looked at my damaged truck, told me to leave property cause I was looking in car windows!Can't Terrible's afford to hire any mature people who might have a brain???

I went here on the night of 9/30/17 to get some beer. The line for checkout was 12 people long. Some other customers asked the male worker if he could jump on to the second register. He rudely replied, "I've been here since 1, I'm clocking out. If you guys don't like the long line there's the door." Someone in management should show this worker the door. He does not belong in customer service. The older lady at check out was kind, but I will never come to this location again.

Traoul and Jason Kim are the greatest retail clerks I've ever met I walked in with heat stroke not knowing what it was experiencing it for the first time and immediately Traoul sit down and drink some water cool myself off I was in and out of the bathroom throwing up can make sure I was okay Jason is constantly checking on me Traoul was Non-Stop ensure I had everything I could need to make sure it was a full-blown stroke these are the gas station attendants you want these are the people you want in your community because they care they generally care they treat me better than the hospital did. Thank you guys so very much you've made me feel more like a human than the hospital I went to later that day honestly the community probably just go to you for heat stroke

To post a review you gotta click a star, so pretend I submitted a billion no star reviews and much to no one's surprise the name implies EXACTLY what one will get in respect to customer service, rapport, and customer engagement...the prices are the only thing that isn't terrible, because atrocious by definition is worse.They also lack employees like every business unwilling to pay a proper wage, which is in turn partly because they hire life's band of unemployables the likes of which can only be compared to that of a Biden Rally...mindless zombies pushing buttons because Kamala could make it all better...

Sheila is probably the worst clerk I've ever encountered. She is not a people person and it only took me 5 minutes to notice that she hates her job.In addition, the morning clerks let a rude customer take charge of "helping" people.If I could leave zero stars I would.

Great beer prices, nice people. But gave a run around when we realized we stupidly paid for gas, and didn't pump it. Needless to say we had to pay for gas again...
