About a week ago me and my Fiance went to this family dollar, a store we go to all the time. They had pants on clearance for 5 dollars and some other clothing, we picked out a few and purchased them. The cashier at the store forgot to take off the tag of one of the 5 dollar pair of pants. My fiancé went back today to get the tag removed, she was accused of stealing them when she couldn't provide a paper receipt, something we didn't keep. After a tense back and forth the associate was able to find the receipt using my fiancés bank statements.Accusing someone of theft or even implying it for a 5 dollar pair of pants it's insane. If someone is going to steal pants, they're going to cut the tag off themselves, they aren't going to bring them back to the scene of the crime, it doesn't make sense.The first thing out of the associates mouth should have been, do you have a receipt? No? Ok what date was this, lets see if we can look it up. You don't immediately jump to theft, who is training these people?5 dollars guys, she brought the pants to have the tag taken off, find better ways to utilize your time.

Great location for locals, right in the heart of Laughlin residential neighborhoods. Perfect for grabbing things when you don’t want to drive all the way into Bullhead/Ft Mohave. Prices & Products offered are pretty typical for a Family Dollar. Usually pretty clean and organized inside. We rarely have to wait in line when we go, always quick in and out.

LIZ & ANITA are violent. They threaten employees & customers. I'm not the only one they have made attempts on. They still work there.Nothing is done about customers safety there. I have a severe medical problem that affects my skin, my vision & my muscles. They threaten me with violence any time I am seen. They make sure to make extremely slanderous comments making sure the whole store hears them. They need to be removed before innocent people get hurt.

What I needed was easy to locate. However the store needs some help with organizing. Too many boxes of unstocked product laying about and the shelves were in a state of disarray. Over 4 bucks for a gallon of milk? Ouch.

I witnessed that manager get completely out of control today with an elderly lady who couldn’t get around the store because of all the clutter. The manager banned the lady from the store, because the elderly woman was commenting she couldn’t get around the cluttered up store. And that hateful manager chased the lady out of the store! There were several people in that store. If that lady didn’t report that manager to the corporate office, I hope another employee who witnessed it did. Get rid of that manager. That store is always trashed.

Cant ever complain about the availability of products or what not they always have what I need , but they should concern themselves with teaching they're employees the proper way on how things need to be cashiers greeting , their bagging , friendliness maybe I just got a bad night I dont know but they normally are great

Was sitting in car near front door of Family Dollar and something flew by door and dropped to sidewalk. I wasn’t sure what it was look like big bug on ground. So I ask my bff to see what it was when they walked out. Here you go. Looks like a baby and almost flew into a few people under light.

Unlike the other reviews I have seen, I have nothing but good to say for this store. Since it has opened, I've replaced my usual supermarket with Family Dollar. I have been able to shop there without any problems and saved a lot of $$$ in the process. I go to Sam's for meat & fresh produce, but for everything from paper towels to bread, milk, eggs and TP, they are my go-to for groceries. Workers are always friendly and take the trouble to remember names. The only thing I miss is tartar sauce...they don't carry it! Thanks, Family Dollar, for making it easy for a senior lady to shop!

I do like Family Dollar. The problem i have is they have to many boxes in the aisles. I an in a wheelchair and I am unable to get through the aisles. I have had to ask customers to move boxes so I can get around. They need someone to just stock shelves

I had a less then pleasant expierence with a sour faced apparent "manager" , but I returned and had the best customer expeirence with an employee named Christina.. I'm here for bike week , I come every year and if wasn't for Christina making my second visit here so pleasant .. I would of never returned .. Word if advice family dollar Have Christina show that so called manager how to smile and make feel customers feel important and welcome !!

Every time I go I try to use Google pay and their machine never works... I've tried it the last 7 months still no problem and the employees know about it but don't care

This was my first visit to this store and it will be the last. I have never been in a store boxes all over in the walking area. Merchandise all thrown around. It was one big disgusting mess. How Lauglin left something like that in our community I will never know.

Good prices. Make sure to get app to store coupons. Staff are courteous and friendly. A lot of the times I prefer it over the big stores.

They need help in there. Always understaffed and product always laying everywhere waiting to be put away. Employees are unprofessional when shoppers are in the store. More expensive than the other family dollar stores, but still cheaper than adalpes.

The Family Dollar Store is is better than everybody thinks their prices are very good are they carry a lot of product that the regular stores don't have some of them and I ain't got nothing bad to say about the Family Dollar it's very good store
