Spent 4 nights at the Aquarius recently. Rooms are a good size and the room was surprisingly quiet (compared to other hotels that we've stayed on the strip). I'd give the whole stay 5 stars except we found the service at the Outback and the Aquarius Cafe lacking (except for Frankie at the Cafe, she was awesome!). In both cases servers did not check on our drinks and, during breakfast at the Cafe, our server was actually rude and she didn't respond to questions we had or refill our coffee. But one person didn't ruin our fun. We'll be back and just ask for Frankie at the Cafe. 😁

We really like Aquarius, and it's become our go-to place to stay when in Laughlin. Over all it's my favorite casino to play in town, and where I've had the best luck on slots. The rooms are nice and clean. We get the basic room, so nothing too fancy. Bonus points for having mini fridges in the rooms though. Room prices are great too. Far cheaper than even a motel 6 would cost now days. Would definitely recommend this place.

Rooms are in need of updates. Lady at check in took 40 minutes to do a basic check in. Literally standing there 40 minutes as she tried to figure out basic functions. Casino was comfortable but could use updates. River Rick's pizzeria was excellent. View from the room was great. Wasn't a busy day so that was a plus. I'd give it another shot. My only real disappointment was the customer service at check in.Walkability: You're right on the Colorado River.

Went with older sister, older brother, and little sister for my 50th birthday. The rooms were great. The staff was great! The food was good...! Between the 6 of us, we all lost at the slots, around $5,000. Nothing was hitting... still had a blast!Rooms: We had great rooms. Very clean, very nice. My sisters were on the 6th floor, and we were on the 3rd floor.Nearby activities: We moved around a lot. There is so much walking, but everything, and I mean everything, is nearby...Walkability: We visited several casinos, and all were walkable.Food & drinks: I was happy with the food selection.Noteworthy details: The staff was so outstanding and friendly. I didn't want our 3-day trip to end.

On the Colorado River gives a great view. Although the rooms need a revamp - really really need an upgrade on the rooms - the staff is so great from valet all the way up. We only encountered on guy at the front desk obviously having a bad day with an attitude to match. Security was polite, restaurants were packed but service was good. It was a relaxing stay.

This hotel, despite its age, is pleasantly clean and well-maintained. We opted for a suite and enjoyed a lovely view of the river. The casino offered decent payouts and was also well-kept. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Conveniently, there's a Dollar General and a Terribles gas station within walking distance. While the gift shop is charming, it has limited offerings, so bringing your own snacks and sodas is advisable. Overall, we're considering making this our go-to spot and highly recommend staying here.

All around us were fresh and remodeled since my last visit to Laughlin. Needed to break a long streak at the casino and I have four years favored the Aquarius. From the valet parking through checking in and out they made it easy and comfortable. Had to have my blooming onion at Outback and did just that with a nice piece of steak. I like slots, video poker to be specific, but unfortunately they have upgraded to the machines that operate on one computer chip only so that means regardless of value the payout is going to reduce if you play cautiously. The drive was nice, the food was great, the slots were Fair, and I enjoyed the break.

Cheap rooms, mostly I get comped. Can use a little up-dating in the rooms. But overall good. I like that the rooms have small refrigerators. The Splash bar and club almost always has great bands on the weekends. Big dance floor.Walkability: Casinos are close together so you can walk along the riverside.

Room was clean, but A/C did not cool the river view room until about 2am, and it was only 93* out. Also only 1 elevator out of 6 was working had to wait 20 minutes to get up to our room. Only 1 of 4 elevators at the parking garage worked. The people working there were nice, so that was good.Rooms: 8th floor river view was nice and quiet, just very warm.Food & drinks: The Cafe was amazing with great prices! I had their ham steak and eggs breakfast. It was only $10!

It was really a nice hotel that we stayed for a night on our anniversary. The river was a treat for me. Even though I miss the dinner cruise but We've been able to do cruising one of the water taxi along the beautiful Colorado River. Hop on from Aquarius casino to casino. I wasn't impressed for the first time when I saw it over the mountain. But when we got there, it wasn't really bad. I had fun and really enjoyed it.Rooms: The room was perfect view along the river side.Nearby activities: Dinner cruise, hop on to the water taxi from casino to casino.Safety: It was safe and had security around.Walkability: It was pretty close to everything and had a beautiful spot to sit on the riverside area.Food & drinks: Food and drinks were great and easy access to all.Noteworthy details: Great service and friendly. I lost my phone at the Edge Water Casino which is the same company of the Aquarius. And be able to get it back from the lost and found security the next day. I was very happy that one of there security found it and save it. Never forget this circumstances.ā™„ļøšŸ‘ŒšŸ™Œ

Some think of Laughlin as a "poor-man's Vegas". This is our first time here, so I don't know if that's accurate. However, we can safely say that our stay at the Aquarius was easily the best and nicest stay of ANY hotel-casino we have every been to anywhere in Nevada. Not Reno. Not Vegas.Check-in was easy, only one person in line, hardly any wait. The front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable. With front desk always adjoining casino floors, the smoking smell is usually awful. Not here. Not at all.The room was clean and spacious. There was a good-sized fridge which actually cooled well. The beds were clean, firm, and very comfortable. The walls were not paper thin, so we weren't disturbed by other guests noises. The south wall of our room was 100% windows and had a pretty view of the Colorado River. The ice machine never ran out of ice. There were plenty of elevators and they were decent speed. The available channels on the TV had good choices, rare for casino hotels. The thermostat worked well, cooling or heating to the desired temp easily.I almost forgot the shower! It was as powerful as a fire hose, and the hot water was super hot(if you wanted). Every single thing about the Aquarius was like the opposite of what you get at the Vegas or Reno casinos. I highly recommend the Aquarius. What a great experience!

This place is old it needs repair. It stinks of smoke. There were kids on the casino floor because there's no place else for them to go. A very small room for children that looks like a level of hell. The pool seems nice but small and the river is beautiful. But this place is old I think I'm still washing the smoke smell out of our clothes.

For a last minute getaway, this is one of the best values I've seen. The location was perfect, the food options were a great balance, and the casino was a particular standout. The room was literally spotless-even under a blacklight- and felt minimal, but classy. The pool and arcade were fun amenities, but it was too windy to spend much time outside. My only serious complaint is that the beds were very stiff; my wife and I were both very sore by the time we left. If not for that, it would have been a perfect stay! Also, if you can help it, ask to not have an adjoining room. The place was mostly quiet, but we could hear the people in the room next door through that door.

The hotel did not disclose many rooms are under construction. None of the drains in the hotel room were functioning. Maintenance was actively in myRoom for hours. I was not able to shower before dinner or that entire day really. They finally moved our room around 7:00 p.m. . We were placed in a room that also had construction directly next door. When I knocked on their door and asked them if they could quiet down at 6:30 a.m. a maintenance employee banged on my door acting like security. With drywall dust all over you and drywall mud I guarantee you're not security. He was just harassing me with my spouse. I will never be back to this establishment or anything under the umbrella. It is a terrible location with disingenuous owners and management that consists of mostly liars. Save yourself the trouble and go to any other establishment besides this one

Stayed in a two-room presidential suite. The furniture was extremely dated. The bathtub was something from the 1970s.The TV in the master bedroom could not have been any bigger than a 45 to 50 in. Which would have been fine except the master bedroom was pretty large. For the presidential suite this should have been a much nicer room.Rooms: The room was very dated and as I mentioned earlier this being a presidential suite this room should have been top-notch it was not. It truly was a glorified quality in

We had a lovely stay at the Aquarius! Our room was spacious and clean. We had a two-queen, riverview room with floor to ceiling windows. Our room was on the 7th floor and overlooked the Riverside Casino's parking lot next door, with a view of the river and the mountains beyond. It wasn't a direct, 180-degree view of the river like I expected but it was nice regardless, as we could the river and mountains well, along with the activity down in the parking lot (there was a Corvette show going on, so it was fun to watch). The beds were comfy, the room and bathroom were clean, and the staff were helpful. The casino itself was really fun! Lots of slots, table games, and other games to play. There was a live band when we were there and it was entertaining to sit with a drink and listen. The restaurant on-site (Cafe Aquarius) was very good and affordable with lots of seating, including window seats with views of the river and riverwalk. Cafe Aquarius has great deals for the budget-friendly traveler. I visited the McDonald's and gift shop, and both had great staff and good service. The location of the casino was perfect, right in the middle of the action. I loved walking the riverwalk and seeing the activity on the river. We loved our stay here and will definitely stay again!

Stayed in the California Tower on a comp'd stay. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I slept amazing. And honestly I did not hear one other patron in the hallway or a slamming door the entire time, a MAJOR PLUS, and I was close to the elevator. Furniture was OK, slightly banged up but nothing major. TV was clear and channels were good. Bathroom was nice and clean, although the water pressure was very low so you're not going to get the greatest shower but it was OK. I would definitely stay here again. The casino is above average for Laughlin. Don't expect Vegas but the atmosphere is good and the drink service was excellent the entire time. Slot and video poker selection is pretty good. Electronic and traditional table games are offered.

We stayed here for a soccer tournament, so the location was not ideal as we had to drive 20 min each time we went to the field.I would stay on the other side of the river in the future. The rooms were old and outdated and not clean. The hotel in general is just very old, can use some renovations, etc. 5 stars for the service—all the employees were super nice, helpful, and welcoming. Thank you.

The room was supposed to be Riverview, but was Parking Lot w/partial river view. Only 2/6 Arizona Tower elevators were working, which led to 16 people piling in to one elevator. Parking lot elevators broke down also. No ā€œMotorcycle Parking,ā€ yet plenty of Valet spaces. Bathtub cracked, pillowcase ripped. Casino does not have a good exhaust system!! Not worth the $$ paid.

Made reservations at the Outback Steakhouse but still waited another 45 minutes before getting seated. Then dropped approximately $1,700.00 and upon check out I was hoping to have the dinner comp but the host said that the steak house isn't owned by them. So no food comp. Should've gone to another casino.Noteworthy details: Don't expect any kind of comps.

Horrible hotel and casino!!! The room was not really clean. Top of the headboard behind the bed had a large amount of dust like it had not been cleaned in some time. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever tried to sleep on. We both had back pain and didn't really sleep much at all. The casino is the most smoke filled one in the area. After just walking thru it you smell like you smoked a pack of cigarettes. The staff at the cafe on the river were very nice and the food was ok. Staff at check in did not seem very friendly or like she liked her job very much. Gaming was horrible and with that and the horrible experience overall we will never be back. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

There are some absolutely DISRESPECTFUL workers at this hotel. My parents went for a birthday weekend and paid extra to stay in the suite. They were ASSIGNED the suite at about 1 in the afternoon but they were told they couldn’t get their keys yet because it wasn’t ready. They go to get their keys later and one of the younger evening/night desk ladies was super rude when informing them that their room had been given away. When they asked her why, she said that that’s how it worked out. She ALSO threw my dad’s ID back on the counter after checking it. They asked for a manager and she went and got the assistant manager, a man, who came over. He ALSO rudely informed them that they had given the suite away to a VP and they wouldn’t be comped. They clarified by asking why they paid full suite price for a regular room and the assistant manager replied with ā€œwell that’s just what we doā€. He continued to give them MULTIPLE different stories from the VP to ā€œthe phone doesn’t work and it’s a safety hazardā€. Then why were they assigned the room in the first place? My parents then asked for HIS manager and a very nice woman, Michelle Perez, came up. They explained everything that was happening and the women looked visibly shocked. While they further explained, he was rolling his eyes behind her back and in front of my parents. Michelle was able to get everything fixed, but both other workers were EXTREMELY unprofessional.

We had a great time this weekend. The service is always wonderful and the Majestic Suite was wonderful with a large living space and a comfortable queen bed. The view was also spectacular, especially at sunrise! Our wonderful host Tracy Pearson provided us a nice bottle of champagne for my wife’s birthday. We always enjoy the Aquarius!Rooms: The Majestic Suite was nice. We saw some lackluster reviews about this suite but the one we were in was clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. Oh yeah, you can’t beat the view!
