I'm pleased to share my positive experience. Scheduling an appointment was effortless, and the pricing was reasonable, making it an affordable option. It's reassuring to know that the price you were quoted over the phone was the final price without any unexpected additions. Transparency like that makes the whole experience much smoother. The groomer's kindness towards my dog was evident, as he came out of the session happy and excited, which speaks volumes about the care provided. Additionally, the playful interaction beforehand seemed to make my dog feel comfortable. The outcome was adorable, and the overall atmosphere of the place added to the charm of the experience. The exceptional customer service from the staff further enhanced my visit, leaving me wanting to return in the future. Although I don't typically leave reviews, I felt compelled to share this positive experience. Thank you for providing such excellent service!

My baby was groomed at the Woof Gang spa today and they were excellent. The groomer came out and met with me and my pup, provided me with a quick consult. I had several questions as it was his first professional grooming. She was able to go over the treatment options with me and recommended a keratin treatment for my doodle to hydrate his skin and make his fur extra soft and it worked. He feels like velvet! He looks and smells great. When I came to pick him up he didn't look stressed and I felt comfortable leaving him there. The facility is clean and the staff is very professional. I was also able to purchase some treats for him. I will most definitely be taking him back for any grooming needs!

I would specifically ask for Olivia if your dog is getting groomed here. Some people are just special and have pride in what they do. These are the type of people we need to celebrate. She took the extra time to grind the nails of my baby Frenchie and it’s no easy task. She did every nail perfectly and even used her own technique to get them amazing. Most places just do a few nails and move on or say to come back in 2-3 weeks. Thank you Olivia! You are a beautiful human! ❤️

My recent experience with woof gang bakery&grooming was Amazing!! I took both of my young pups and both of them came out looking cute,clean&fresh. I loved how sweet my groomer Victoria was. She was so good with my Ryu, she made me feel at ease leaving him with her. Jess, my other groomer, was just as great. They still took my Ken even after I was late for my appointment, which I felt super bad about but, she still did an amazing job!! I was so happy with the outcome of both of my pups. I'm definitely going to become a regular customer from now on. Thank you so much for the awesome customer service. 😁

I like this store. They have a big selection of doggy snacks and treats and all kinds of things. The owner is really friendly and polite. My puppy had a spa day and he was very happy , he said the girl that took care of him was really cute and friendly and he wants to go again. I will definitely bring him back. Thanks.

I've loved this place from the get-go since I've come here to get his nailed trimmed. Eleanor always does a fantastic job. I've always enjoyed their quality in treats and I adore it being house made. Especially for your pups birthday. They can customize birthday treats/can. Can be on the pricy side for just retail in general, but honestly it's very gourmet for the pups so you know what you're getting. Nutritionally, is great ingredients. Everything is labeled so lovely & you can pay attention to anything your dog may or may not be allergic too. I appreciate the groomers as well. I have a corgi/border collie mix and my shortstack Teddy loved his birthday package experience. For his breed, he doesn't need to be shaved but a nice light trim! Thank you for always taking care of us. I end up leaving with the cutest things. Can't help myself. Thanks Woofgang. I appreciate you all.

Amazing place for grooming!! Everyone is so nice and my dogs felt comfortable here right away. I have little, very anxious girls, who haven't been socialized much! Melani and Victoria made them both (and mom too) comfortable right away. They looked great when they were done. The shop is super cute and services top notch!!! So glad I found it. ❤️🐶

After taking my Doodle to get groomed to a few different places, Woof Gang is definitely the best place to go! They always leave my baby looking exactly like I want it! I recommend you book your appointments in advance because they can be fully booked for weeks. One time I decided I didn’t want to wait and took my pup somewhere else, big mistake and will not do it again. I rather wait a few weeks and come to Woof Gang where I know for sure they’ll do the best job! Adding pics of 2 different appointments.

Jessica is our current stylist and we get everything Devin Offered in addition to every time our dog here’s the name Jessica she gets excited. We love this place!

Took my little frenchie here on sat and they did an amazing job 🤗I was very pleased with the services and smoke was very happy as well . The customer service was also amazing as well . If you love your dog, please never bring your dog here. Me and my sister brought our French bulldog here and he died 12 hours after grooming. It was clearly something they should’ve paid attention to. He could not breathe and when I picked him up I even let them know he couldn’t breathe and we needed water for him. I’ve contacted the store many times and they just keep apologizing, but are not thoroughly taking it serious. They should have enough training to have been able to inform us. My dog was not breathing while he was in their care. This is a terrible place!!!!!! Hey

I brought all 3 of my pups to see Kori. She was so wonderful. My dogs tend to be nervous about grooming, but they all did so well. Woof Gang is so adorable inside. There are a lot of items to purchase and the grooming is well worth it.

If I could give zero stars I would!!!! My dog died 12 hours after bringing him here!!! If you care about your dog please do not bring them here!!!I’ve been coming to this place over five years. I brought my French bulldogs and when I picked one of them up he clearly could not breathe. We came back inside and asked for water and let them know he was having a hard time. We immediately had to rush him to the vet and he died 12 hours later!!! I’ve waited weeks to write this review because the only thing I wanted was to speak to someone and see the video and make sure this never happened again and to see if they could’ve caught it sooner or there’s any precautions that could be taken. I went to three vets to save my dog and we could not. I pray this never happens to anyone. I politely waited on Carrie to get back to me for two weeks only for her to let me know that she looked over the camera and everything looked normal. There was no extra time spent trying to figure out how this problem could be avoided so nobody had to go through the pain my family went through !!!!! Please do not bring your dog here especially short nose breathe because the gentleman they had washed my dog this time clearly did not see the signs that my dog was not breathing nobody notified us!!!!! I wish I could give them negative stars!!!!!

Amazing! My pup Ollie hates the groomers, he shakes every time we drop him off and zooms to the door as soon as he sees we are picking him up. TODAY HOWEVER, he was excited to see us of course but he did something we had never seen before. He ran back to his NEW GROOMER Korey (sorry for the misspelling) as to say thank you. He wanted her to pick him up and pet him. I left in such awe. I know he loved her! Soo thank you for treating my baby with such care while in your care!

Always have a great experience bringing my dog here for a groom. Jessica is an amazing groomer and listens to everything I request. She’s usually booked weeks ahead so you have to set an appointment ahead of desired day. Online booking is simple and easy.

I’ve been taking my fur babies to Woof Gang ever since they’ve opened. It’s a lovely little boutique with specialty foods and treats that are homemade. The Groomer’s have always done a fantastic job with my Shih Tzu and Maltese.They also carry raiders and Vegas golden knight, dog, and cat apparel🤗Highly recommend for grooming or just a visit!

We have been taking Vinnie to Woofgang for over a year, a few months ago when we picked him up after being groomed, he for the first time seemed to be stressed. After being home for a few hours he was back to his usual happy self, so we thought it might have just been because there was a very loud barking dog with him in the grooming room. We have Vinnie groomed about once a month with Jessica because she had always seemed so kind and Vinnie seemed to like her, however six days ago we took him in to be groomed by Jessica, 3 hrs and 15 minutes passed before they finally told us that he was ready to be picked up. When Jessica brought Vinnie out to us, she told us that he had fought her " a little bit " and that she had cut him under his left eye while using sharp pointed scissors and said"i won't use those again". However she failed to say anything about all of his other injuries that she had done to him and since they were all on his underside, we didn't see them until we got home and found that he couldn't walk, sit or lay down without severe pain. When we looked to see what was wrong, it was unbelievably horrible, she not only had cut under his eye, there was a cut on his inner left thigh, a burn on his belly just below where she had for some reason decided to shave his pens. Vinnie's worst injury was butt, it was beet red and so swollen it was gaping open! I have called Woofgang twice and left messages for either the owner Carie or Shelly the manager to call me.....I still haven't received a call back. Needless to say, Vinnie will NEVER be taken there again, but I am concerned about the other pets that are being abused by the Woofgang "groomers".

I scheduled an appointment with them and when I arrived I wasn't in their schedule. I have a mini golden doodle. They decided to take him and shuffle him between two dogs. She told me they need to dematt my dog, because he has some spot where he is matted. For the record he wasn't super matted, but I said okay no problem. I asked her to do a round face and cut his body length to half.When I came back my dog was basically shaved down. His face was chopped. One side was longer than the other side. His hair behind his ear wasn't cut at all. His hair on his legs wasn't cut. They shaved his whole face too. He looks horrible. I've been charged dematting fee even he was shaved down . I had a bath with them few weeks before, so I can tell you he wasn't matted , maybe a few spot. They basically did a rushed job, shuffled him in between two dogs because they screwed up my appointment. Btw the groomer was pre tipped.I called them , few days later finally the manager got back to me. She offered me a free bath. I said no thank you. She said she is going to talk to the owner , but she never reached back to me.They can keep their money. I'm never going back again. Very poor management and handling and issue. Very very disappointed!It's nothing left on him to fix and a free bath won't solve the problem.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Just moved to the Las Vegas area and had a hard time finding a reasonable but yet good groomer. This place is it! Jess Lockhart was so patient and understanding with how I wanted Dunkin's cut to look as he is a labradoodle so sometimes groomers can cut too low or not enough. She did an amazing job! I've been getting compliments all week about his cut at the doggy park and recommending business here. You won't be disappointed and the best part is he was able to get a homemade pumpkin doggy treat baked right inside after he was finished with grooming. Can't wait to return for his next cut!

I brought our standard poodle “Scarlett”here for the first time. She was taken care of by Jessica, she did an amazing job on her. Although the drive was far it was most definitely worth it! Definitely recommend!

Wow, we love this place! All in one we get our fur babies groomed, can pick food and treats all in one visit! If you’re like us, you’ll pick up some toys treats or just a little something for your fur baby. I only trust them with my boy and grand fur baby girl! Penny and Ollie don’t love baths but Jessica is great with them!!! Thank you, guys for taking care of our babies and leaving them smelling delicious!
