They're are the worst. I took in my ps4 to change the HDMI port and they wanted to charge over $150. Something I can change myself easily. When I got it back and opened up the ps4 and parts of the board that wasn't close to the HDMI were burnt. It honestly looked like the guy tried messesing with the port before I gave my consent to fix it. The port looked dirty & welled on there when I got it back. Safe yourself the trouble and do it yourself by watching YouTube, it honestly isn't that hard nor does it cost $150.

Went to get a deep clean and was charged a reasonable 80 they called and said that my disc drive wasn’t working (no problem I’m all digital) so I declined and then the next time i had to update the console (never had a problem updating ever) now I get the same error code that says it has to do with the disc drive and ribbon connector or that the system was put together incorrectly just a really weird coincidence since again never had problems with it before even if the disc drive wasn’t working now Ill have to pay 50-150 to get it rebuilt when I never had problems before now I can’t watch any streaming sites or even download new games I purchase very frustrating

They charged a premium price for parts and labor before even opeing the console to see what is wrong. They were unable to fix it afterall. Do yourself a favor and buy a used console online before negotiating with these guys.

My PS5 only showed blank screen. This company says to bring in for a free estimate the same day. They were able to fix my PS5 at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

Brought my PlayStation 5 in for overheating issue after having previously brought in a ps4 for hdmi replacement. Both time this shop did a amazing job fast reliable trustworthy very communicative on the issues and work they were doing to fix them. Even showed me before and after pictures if you need any repair service they offer I say don’t look anywhere else because I certainly won’t be. My PS4 disc drive broke and I took it to uBreakiFix. They kept it for a week and a half and then told me I'd be better off buying a brand new console and that fixing the issue would cost several hundred dollars.I came here as a last ditch effort to save my console. I dropped off my PS4, got great communication over the phone throughout the process, and in less than a week I got a call the console was fixed. He cleaned all the dust out of the console and replaced any necessary parts until it was working again. And I was only charged $130 (bring cash only by the way!) Excellent service from the communication all the way to the repair. Highly highly recommended for console repairs and I will absolutely be back if my consoles need fixing!

This place is super close to the airport and I found it easily. They fixed my PS4 the same day I dropped it off. Their estimate was free and the price they charged to fix the hdmi port was definitely reasonable. I was happy the tech was able to fix it so quickly. I brought it in on a Saturday afternoon and got it back that evening. When I came to pick it up, they were fast and very nice. The tech even turned my system on and showed me that my PS4 was working perfectly and that the port was repaired. They let me know there was a warranty and to come back if there were any future issues. I will for sure come back to this repair shop.

I called them and asked what it would cost to change a ps4 hard drive and they refused to give me an answer. So I took it in and waiting three hours for the diagnostic I already stated. They then called to let me know that it was going to cost $140 for 500gb or $170 for 1 TB drive change.After I took it home I went to test it and the USB ports no longer work or recognize my controllers when they worked the hour before I brought it in to the store. Reasonably, I'd expect like $80 or $100 for a repair like this since the drives themselves cost at most 40 bucks and it takes ten minutes to change them. I didn't want to deal with the hassle so I was hoping they could repair it for me for a reasonable price and it's upsetting that now my ps4 is worse than it was before I brought it in.

These guys are the best! I called to ask if they could repair my PS4 and the employee David was very helpful. They give totally FREE estimates (unlike some other repair shops) and will call you back fast. When I dropped off my system, the owner Corry was polite and let me know they would take care of me. My system was repaired quickly and the price was right. I'm definitely bringing in my other systems and electronics to these guys in the future!

Just got my PS4 repaired with these guys yesterday and they were great. My fan was making a loud noise for a while then after 2 weeks the video would bot show. I called and asked how much a repair would be and they said to bring it in for a Free estimate. I dropped it off and they got back to me the next day and quoted me a good price. I approve the repair and they had my system up and running a couple days later! The tech was super helpful and definitely knew what he was doing. I absolutely recommend Video Game Repair if your system breaks. They are efficient, quick, and a good price. Saved me from spending a fortune on a new system. Great Place! I remember bringing my PS3 here few years ago because of the disc reader and they quickly fixed it and told me not to worry that it is in safe hands. Everything turned out just fine. Now that my PS4’s fan is overheating, this was the first place I went to look for. I know they’ll take care of my game system for me and for the right price💯 Highly recommended.

I had a problem with my Playatation 4. It was stuck in a rebooting loop. I was afraid I was going to lose all my saved game data that I had built up over 7 years. Luckily, I brought it to these guys. Dave was really nice, professional and knowledgeable. I brought it in with no hope. I got a call back from him the very next day saying that it would need a new hard drive, but.....he was able to put all my saved data onto the new one! I was so impressed! My PS4 is back to running like normal and it inly took a day and a half!!! These guys saved the day. 5 stars!

This place is awesome. My PS4 was overheating and shutting down. They got it fixed in 1 day. It turns out the system had a bad fan. They replaced the fan, replaced the thermal compound, and completely cleaned it out. Now it works like new. The system was very noisy before, it sounded like a vacuum, now it's very quiet. They do exactly what they say, quickly and for a reasonable cost. 5 stars!

I went in to this place because of previous reviews had a great rating overall. Let me tell you was not disappointed or rip off when I handed in my PS4 because it was making a loud fan noise and I thought I had to replace the fan. There was no need just needed a deep cleaning and maintenance done to it. I highly recommend this place as its “FREE ESTIMATES”. They diagnosed the issue and let me know what needed to be done. My PS4 is as good as new now. Game Repair fixed my PS4 today, the same day I brought it in! I took it in because the red light came on after I used it for an hour. They said it was a common problem and no problem for them. Now it's silent, working perfectly, and I couldn't be happier.

Dropped my PS5 off for a HDMI replacement and the cost for it was $250. Almost half what I paid for the entire system. If anyone experiencing this same issue just know it’s expensive. (3 stars)*Update * After having my PS5 for 3 days the company decided to personally call me after leaving my review and decided not to fix my device after stating I was willing to pay. Poor and unprofessional customer service . Also wasted my time . ( 1 star)

Awesome customer service and perfect repairs. These guys do exactly what they say and got my PS4 fixed right. I had the infamous broken HDMI port, like everyone does. They got it fixed much faster then I thought was possible and it works perfectly! Once you see the collection of broken HDMI connectors on their workstation, it will be obvious these are the guys you want working on your console. They also replaced the thermal compound I asked for, no charge! My system is completely silent now. If I had known that was possible, I would have brought it in before, even before it broke. I can't say enough good stuff about Vegas Repair.

They were excellent. I had to get my Nintendo Switch fixed due to my Switch not being able to work in TV mode after I only used it once. Fortunately, they were able to fix the problem. Needed to replace the motherboard, and for labor, total was reasonable.They managed to do a free diagnosis in an hour and gave me a call for the estimate and such. After the fact, it took a few hours at the time I left my Switch to fix it.I picked it up today and everything was just fine. They do only take cash though but wasn’t a problem for me. Very friendly, didn’t feel pressured to make a purchase, and were also upfront and honest with their repairing solutions.Definitely would recommend ^^ .

I went here to get a second opinion after leaving uBreakiFix. I am very happy with my service, Dave was able to fix my nintendo switch! He is very experienced and told us the other issues that were wrong. The repairs were done same day which was a plus!! Idk if this is on their website but it is CASH ONLY! The first place I went to had us pay a $25 "membership/insurance" in order for them to diagnose my switch. Ubreakifix kept my switch for a week only to tell me they couldn't fix it and wanted me to go through their insurance to get a refurbished nintendo; that's when we left and tried Vegas Repair! I'll definitely come back here for any future console issues. Very pleased once again!

This is a great place. I brought my PS4 in because the HDMI port broke and it has been running very loud for a long time. They said they've seen it hundreds of times and pointed to a pile of HDMI ports they've replaced since the PS4 came out and the loud fan was normal. It's not supposed to be loud, but it is normal. They said the HDMI port replacement was self explanatory, but the loud fan problem is caused by the airflow being blocked inside. They gave me a repair price for the HDMI port repair, which was reasonable, and said the overheating problem would be taken care of too, no extra charge. They clean all the systems they work on, which clears the blocked airflow, then the PS4 cools like it should, and the fan doesn't have to run full blast anymore. Well, they did, and now it works perfect and is much quieter. They know exactly what causes the problems and do a great job solving them quickly. Highly recommended.
