I went in to get a few specific items. I wanted frozen organic fruit and was happy to find good sized bags of it for a reasonable price. I wanted a healthier snack for my roommate and got the good & gather strawberry granola minis (the taste is mild but he likes them, also I tried them so I have to get some for myself now). Also, I've used e.l.f. makeup products, but never a highlighter, so I got elf's Halo Glow Liquid Filter. I like elf because they are supposed to be a cleaner brand, and aren't as expensive as many other brands. Finding the type of products I need and want makes me happy, and it's always fun to look around in Target anyway.

Went to return my item the other day. As soon as I walked in the associate stopped what she was doing to help me return my item as her other co worker was also busy with a customer. Thank you for making the return easy and providing great customer service.

Would not give me the product at the posted price. She actually moved the items around as I was standing there. The rest of the endcap had no prices at all. Employee carts were blocking the aisles. I will not be back.

I had to send my mom to the store to buy me preemie bottle nipples, we get home with our 5lb baby and go to use them. Nothing. Box was still taped shut but nothing in it. Had to run to a whole other store 30 min away with a tiny baby.

Hundreds of essential items are now locked behind a shelf. If you want anything from these shelves, then you’ll have to locate an employee yourself and ask them to retrieve the item. Why would Target make it so hard to shop inside their store???Locked items (so far) include: tooth paste, deodorant, razors, shaving cream, shampoo/conditioner, vitamins, electric toothbrushes, detergent, baby formula, moisturizer.

This four star because expensive there I feel when I go in there. It’s like a Macy’s I used to go and shop there and get whatever I needed and whatever I didn’t need and it never cost so much. I know that we are in a bad time so I’m hoping that things will get better!

The entire hygiene department is locked down! I was only there for hygiene stuff and had to have an employee walk with me while I shopped. It was the most confusing time of my life. I totally understand. There'shigh theft in the area. It's the East Side. It was a funny and terrible experience. I'll be back again. Lol

I came to this target looking for help on the main floor and Rachelle was EXTREMELY rude and had a bad attitude. Not to mention, she treated the employees with high levels of disrespect and it was extremely unprofessional. If somebody didn’t respond on the radio within the first second of her calling, she called them out publicly for the entire store and other employees to hear. Overall extremely disappointing from someone who should be considered “management”.

I got ‘hellos’ from other team members, the cashier, Anthony, was very friendly and attentive to me, I felt very welcomed at the store and not just another customer. He struck up conversation, but it wasn’t just some automatic response most cashier give at stores these days. He generally seemed interested in what he asked too. Great service all around.

SMALL : This target is smaller than others. The Food Section is much smaller than any other targetAside of it is clean, well organized and if you aren't looking for too many complicated items is perfectEmployees are very courteous and nice

Great store. Always seem to have walkways blocked but usually cause of stocking. It's a small store so I understand but corporate needs to figure it out for the employees and customers as well. No checkers I've ever seen. I've only seen self check out in this neighborhood, so that's inconvenient and I would like to see more employees in the checkstands instead of self checkout. If I wanted to do self checkout. I'd just order off Amazon. I believe in a boosted economy ,which this store seems to cut corners.

Normally I don't shop there because the traffic is horrendous but I had to go to kohls next door so I ordered online. Most places you give them an order number or phone no and they get your order, show id and you're done but not here. First off, there's 3 emps chatting so I have to wait and then when I finally get someone to help I don't know if they are just blank or deliberately yanking my chain because this big fat woman behind the counter insists on a scan code. I give her the order number again and she just walks off and this other fat tub comes over and says the same even though I've got the order number written down and staring at him. Then he insists on id but he wants me to take it out and give it to him. Um no. I agree to put it on the counter but that was a mistake. Showing somebody like that your name, address, dl number and so on, not a good idea. So I don't know what he's doing but harvesting my dl number or something because name should be sufficient but that's not good enough. Then the lazy tub shows up with my order, without any cart. Seriously. This place is so ghetto. If I'd known how much trouble it would be, I never would have ordered there. And coincidentally, when I get home is there an email to give feedback, no. Of course not. Why solicit feedback when you're so awful anyway and everybody knows it. Then I went to walmart to pick something up and I didn't have to give them anything. I just checked in and they came out and gave it to me and I didn't even have to show id.

Target always has higher quality items than other competitors. However, they also have higher prices. The atmosphere is cleaner and typically friendly at Target. The last in store pick up that I had wasn't a very good example, but usually it is a good experience. Lately, the store is frequently out of about half of every item that I order and costs twice as much. Then when I pick up, the clerk is annoyed or off-putting and leaves me standing at the customer service counter for long periods of times, not knowing when I am going to get my order. I miss pre-covid Target so much.

This is a very accessible Target in the neighborhood. Bus stops just at the corner. The store is clean everytime I go there so they are consistent. The place is stocked and there are a lot of options and deals.They have a good amount of staff and they are always helpful. I haven't been to many Targets in other neighborhoods but this one is good.

I had the worst experience ever this target is not safe for women. I was fallowed the entire time I was there, I couldn’t finish my shopping because there was a man looking at me and literally chasing me. I asked for help to one of the workers and nobody did anything to address the situation. I asked for help once again and I had to speak to one of the managers and he walked me to my car. Thank god I’m safe but overall my experience was terrible and they didn’t took me seriously at first.

Love the curbside pickup. Super easy and convenient. The store is usually very busy so it makes the trip there easier. A lot of the products inside are locked up and it takes a long time to get someone to come unlock it. I recommend ordering on the app. You can get special coupons and collect money back by using it. The rating I am leaving is solely for curbside pickup
