Straight to the point... Our car is in the shop, and I needed food for my sweet cocktail, Buddy... We ordered the food from Petsmart, online, and paid $20.16 for a small bag of food, including a $5 tip, since being same day delivery.It arrived, torn at the seam, and the seed was spilling out, and only God knows what got into it since the hole originated...We call customer service... They promise a new bag would be delivered within an hour... an hour came and went... nothing. A message comes in stating the order was canceled?!! So we call back. They inform us that they have no history in their system. They end up refunding the charge, asking us to reorder it again. The refund takes days to reflect, no big surprise, so I drain my account another twenty bucks to accommodate their error and feed our bird...The order states that delivery would come this evening, between 6 and 8pm... so we pay for it, again... and suddenly the info changes to say it will arrive by 9pm tomorrow night?! Literally - what kind of insulting game is this?! Luckily, we took a picture!So we're on the phone again... the rep tells us to call back in an hour after blaming it on Doordash not finding the order in their system. I'm still wondering why Petsmart refuses to take any accountability regarding orders placed on their website!!!Long story short, Petsmart has yet to resolved the problem, wasted our time (each of the calls took over 20 minutes, just waiting on hold), sent us in a frustration of circles without reason, and ultimately, bottom line is our bird is still hungry.This is poor customer service while overpriced while apparently using an outsourced delivery company. To top this, worst of all, they are clearly lacking any concern for our pets, given the circumstance.What happened to pay on delivery??? Lately we get overcharged for products that rarely reflect as accurately advertised. Items often come in poor condition, arrive late, broken, incorrect, or not as intended. Quality assurance seems to be obsolete lately, and there's never anyone who knows how to fix it. Basically we have no other choice but to deal with it... It's wrong.If designed instead to pay upon delivery, like past time, back when things made sense... then people could be held more accountable and earn what they work for while standing by it.Delivery is common place in today's world. Let's begin taking a bit more pride in what we do, and how we do it. Quality assurance might be better implemented when you give a 5%#/*...Petsmart, based on your work ethic, as they were experienced today, your 1 star rating was a generous offer after such deplorable conduct in handling business affairs with decent customers.This started at 7am, WE are the ones who still must call THEM back, again, with a prayer for resolve... this is somewhat backwards, am I right? We've already paid twice! Just awful.

If you have a poodle, I highly recommend Annette! She did a marvelous job grooming our super energetic 8 month old miniature poodle! Our pup went from being a bear to a lady!

I will never buy fish from petsmart again… second time I’ve gotten fish here and they’ve all died the same day. Spent over $100 in this store on Glofish/NeonTetras just to have every single fish die one by one on the same day. They sale sick fish and mind you, this tank was properly cycled for several week’s before I added fish. Do better?

$350 for a so called “rescue “ dog is outrageous. I am sure Petsmart will say it doesn’t control the shelter but they let them operate in their store.

The staff is wonderful. Accidentally killed my daughter’s Betta. They helped me find one that looks almost exactly like hers. And thankfully it comes to the name Daniel also! Got a new setup so this Daniel won’t suffer the same fate. I’m a busy single mom and don’t always have time to tend to a damn fish. But it’s been 2 months and Daniel II is doing well! Thanks Petsmart!

The grooming team apparently has no idea what they are doing. I brought in Spock last weekend and they were like oh we can’t take him because he didn’t want to be kenneled he’s a husky it’s not his favorite place. If they knew he was gonna be a problem they should have brought him back first instead of my smaller dog which was there at the same time. I got frustrated and sent my husband to get him back. Well yesterday my husband thought ok we will give them another try and once again before even leaving the parking lot they are calling making false allegations oh we can’t do him he’s got bruising on his underbelly exc… My husband decided to go ahead and brush him out thoroughly himself so we can see better and as I assumed there’s nothing absolutely nothing wrong with my dog apparently you just have incompetent staff that doesn’t know how to handle huskies… he looks fine now no thanks to your team. Obviously they need more training. I will not be taking either dog back to that groomer ever again.

Update Sept 2018: if I could give this store negative stars I would. This visit could have killed my pet. We were walking in the cat isle when he looked under the self and was almost killed by a live kill rat trap!!! I filled out an incident report but corporate never contacted me(is been 14days since I was told corporate would contact me). Management called to get details but they didn't care either. No apologies and no change of bad management and bad corporate behavior. No wonder my last review was a one star.Old one star review from summer 2018: Horrible, neglectful employees, too busy talking about their sex life to finish cleaning and furnishing the Animal pens. I walked around for an hour with my pet and tried to ask one of the associates for help but I totally inconvenienced her from the other customer she was having an inappropriate conversation with. At check out I let them know that the small animals are distressed because they have no food, water, or shelter and I was told that the other employee was working on it. PetSmart should not be selling any animals! These neglectful beasts don't know their place. They serve the animals and the public. Know your place fools! You're lucky to have your job!

Yesterday we took our golden doodle Max for a grooming at this location. It was his first time there.We just want to say thank you to JENN who groomed our dog. She did a outstanding job on Max. We highly recommend her . His hair cut was perfect, just the way we asked.

They actually did everything that I think needed to get done to my cat about a week ago and I tell you what I have seen a complete turn around from even when I first got her 5.5 years ago and she eating better than ever before besides the residual of a sezuire, or something else like that. She wobbles from the lose of a little bit of balance and her head tilts to one side a little bit other than that she back to my little girl (SHEEBA). I HAVE TO GIVE MY THANKS FOR THE VET THAT WAS IN CLINIC THAT DAY... I REALLY BELIEVE YOU SAVED HER LIFE! THANK YOU. I have included 2 new updated photos of the sweet ❤️😊.....

Literally wish I could give this place 0 stars. Horrible customer service and 0 inventory If you are a reptile or amphibian owner anyways. I understand that not having inventory happens and I’m aware that this isn’t the employees fault, but this is the 5th time I’ve tried to get crickets and they have had none even after I have called to check if they have any. If your pets rely on crickets to eat you are better off going to petco.

Amazing experience today and the cashier Ann was great. She was super sweet, knew how to be kind when I need to exchange 5 dog foods my dog didn’t like. No questions, told me to go pick out the ones I wanted! That’s great customer service! You can see how much I go there for dog stuff by my phone number. Thank you for having a great staff!

Horrible!!! All of the reptiles are sick and dying. They do not feed the beardies the proper food, they are housed together and are clearly sick. The bugs you are supposed to buy to feed your reptiles are dead, rotten and have Nats in the container. The fish tanks have literally 100 dead fish at the bottom of the tank. I cant help but wonder how many pets here die a day... It's heartbreaking!!
