Lily is amazing!!! I would highly recommend her if you're looking for a qualified professional that not only does a stellar job, but also genuinely cares for your fur baby. I've gone to other locations and other places outside of Petco. As long as Lily is working here, I won't be going anywhere else. Yes, it was expensive (~$75), but worth every penny for all the much-needed TLC my dog received.

Staff was very helpful. My pet felt comfortable with the groomer. I could see she was gentle with Luna when she put on the leash to get her to grooming area

I was not happy with Pippy's grooming this time. I asked for her to be shampooed and her face, feet and fanny to be trimmed. The trimming was very uneven, and she had long patches hanging off her legs.Usually I am very pleased with the grooming here, but this time I am not. It was a very sloppy job at best.

Once every three months I bring Sparky in for his grooming. Always a pleasure for both of us. While he is getting pampered, I go and get my hair done at supercuts across the mall.

2 days before appointment I received a reminder phone call. Love that! Kelly is fabulous with my Eddie. She is very professional and always goes the extra mile. I trust her with my dog and he always comes through looking spectacular.

Petco charges for use of conditioner/shampoo even if you bring your own products(for dogs with sensitivity). Do not recommend that you bring your doggos here, they charge for letting the conditioner 'sit'; which is preposterous.I would recommend just going to the All American Animal Hospital, they have lower fees and do just about the same thing and if your doggo already go to vet routinely, you can do both at once.

Came in for a dog wash with my child and dog and saw a female employee smoking outside ( apron) and we waved hi but nothing. We walked in to the empty store grooming section only to be turned away for no reason I could be provided with. My only guess would be that the employee did not want to be bothered so we left and will not be coming back due to her rolling her eyes and sighing while being very dismissive on her phone. Worst customer experience ever at Petco it will be Petsmart from now on for our family. Would rate zero stars if I could.

Worst Petco I have ever been to. Nobody around to help and then when you do find someone they ignore you or walk off. The grooming is what I was there for. It took them about 30 mins just to come to the front desk to greet me. Then the groomer was looking for any excuse to not give my dog a hair cut and ultimately convinced me to leave. The store is filthy and the staff have no social skills. I even saw the manager come out of his office, look at me waiting, and then walked off to the front. What happened to Petco?! They've declined so much it is terrible.

Eva is just the best, and does such an excellent job with my dog. I have watched her handle other dogs too, and she is so very gentle with all of them. I think that is so very important...She's an Asset to Petco and to us!

The puppies were so nice and clean they just looked great after grooming. They were so happy, too, and when they got home, went on their walk, ate dinner, and knocked out. I'm sure they felt wonderful and relaxed after the grooming. They looked so good.

I took my boy Simmon for grooming and came out amazingly handsome. VERY WELL HAIRCUT. I believe groomer name is Michelle. A very sweet girl that Simmon felt very comfortable with her.

Kelly is always so great with our dog, Zoey. She is patient and kind. Zoey has really warmed up to her. We will not take her to any other groomer but Kelly. You guys should really give her a raise. :)
