Took my car here for a much needed oil change. The staff was friendly. When I first walked in I was welcomed by Stephaine and she was training a lady name karena. (Karena If you are reading this YOU WILL DO GREAT DONT WORRY LOL). For some reason my phone wasn’t getting any service here so I couldn’t pull up any of my information because I went through this 3rd party company called CarAdvise. Stephaine was so patient with me while it took my phone forever to finally load up my information. She went through a few rabbit holes just to help me find my information. I definitely love her customer service. The man who did my oil change for me was named masonHe was friendly. He let me watch him do the whole thing and he even answered all my questions that I had(and I had a lot of them as always lol). He was very helpful and friendly. This location was amazing. They had last minute appointments and also they had walk in availability. I will return to this location.

Very annoying. Made appointment online for their store. They point to sign in store that they don't do this at this time. They argue with me that the website is national. So what! It made the appointment for their store. I can't imagine dealing with these people if I had a real problem. Customer service is not their strength.

I made an appointment, I was a bit late and it was no problem. Rafael is so nice and helpful. He gives you heads up on what will be needed in the future (air filter) so I can plan to replace. I have two more oil changes before change air filter. I love heads up.

Although most Pep Boys has closed down & a few years ago I had a bad experience with them; they've since mad that issue right. And over the past 3-4 years they have come a long way with their services. They're not forcing services on you no longer; but finding better ways to keep your vehicle on the road safely. Had a great experience today at the Trop & Mnt. Vista location. Clerk was fair and help me with an issue I e had on my car since 2018. Hope they keep it up.

I brought my friends car in to have a wheel alignment.New control arms had been installed. Everything was placed back.The steering wheel was about 5 degrees to the right to go straight.After the alignment it moved to about 20 degrees to the right.I come in a second time and now the steering wheel is facing 3 o’clock to go straight and the traction control light came on.The issue has gotten much much worse and hasn’t been fixed.

We got a flat tyre in the middle of the desert nearly an hour away - after being towed to the Pep Boys and a disaster trying to get hold of our rental company for insurance the staff at the Pep Boys were super helpful , especially Danial who was really sympathetic and helpful with our situationThere was a waiting room and restrooms so felt comfortable during our waitCouldn’t recommend them more , big thank you!

Went for a tire check, they said all my tires were fine and I drove away. Next day my front right tire is down to 25psi. Fill it up and it's back down there a day later.Take it back to the pep boys, they find a nail in the front right tire and it's $110 to replace the tire right there. Say okay go ahead. The destroy the hubcap in the process and returned the car with a destroyed and nonfunctional hubcap due to poor workmanship.This review will be copied everywhere and not taken down until pepboys replaces the hubcap and my other 3 tires for free due to the stress and emotional trauma caused by this event.

Stay away from pep boys! This is not the place to get your car fixed or serviced. I took my BMW to the pep boys on Tropicana for specific repairs it was being fixed by an employee named Todd he decides to mess with my car and walk out never to be seen again. My car sat for 2 months since no one could fix it. The manger Rafael decides to send it over to Henderson all they did was put it back together. After receiving my car all the lights come on I called the manager Rafael only to be told take it back to Henderson. So I take it back after they fix it total comes out to $3,180.23 the managers (Rafael and Brian) at both locations had spoken to each other they knew what was going on and they silently washed their hands from the situation. At this point I’m clearly not on board with the price I call corporate (121032 case number) only to be told that Todd doesn’t work for pep boys anymore so they can’t do anything about it. The district manager Jaime does not care about actually investigating the situation properly. They don’t care to meet customers in the middle. Mike another employee from pep boys Henderson is extremely rude. Since having bad experience with Mike all the district manager cared to do is make sure he wasn’t there to assist me. Corporate also takes their sweet time to reach out. This is insane that a corporation as big as pep boys would not care to make the situation right. Please stay away from pep boys go else where. I finally picked up my BMW today and my service light is back on and my engine is choking after spending $3,180.23. This is insane. Straight money grab. When speaking to them about the current situation all they said was they fixed it enough for it to be idle and running.I will say if the owner plans to respond to my review make sure it’s a real response and not your generic reply.

One of few places to get rideshare inspection done. Guy who checked over my form in the beginning used white-out to fix a mistake, instead of having me fill out another one, and got my account deactivated for 5 days because of it. Also got another inspection for another rideshare platform, the TNC number was left blank, and when I called to ask about it he insisted pepboys doesn't do that anymore. They don't give out decals or numbers. The company said yes pepboys does, but pepboys insisted they do not. Had to wait till this morning to get my TNC number and decal, but still have to miss out on about $800 of income whule they review my account because of 1 guy using white-out. Know your stuff when coming here.

This is the single worst Pep Boys or for that matter Tire/Mechanic Shop I've ever had the displeasure of visiting.This is the 3rd time they have completely wasted my time. Full of excuses as to why they can't do something instead of getting the job done.Had 8:30am apps. Mechanics just walking back and forth talking to each other, occasionally looking out at me sitting in my truck. At 9:30 I went and spoke with receptionist who told me the mexhanic was getting bay ready....Hah!!! I saw what the mechanic was doing and it wasnt work!!!Absolutely ZERO SENSE OF URGENCY!!!!Save yourself the strife...Go anywhere but this black hole!!!!!!!

Do not recommend women of any kind going to this business. The mechanics in the back are sexist, and very inappropriate they way they talk to people. 0 out of 10 due to gross incompetence, and not being a safe environment for customers.

Sorry guys, but I can't recommend this location if someone needs an alignment,I Was told my camber could not be adjusted "probably due to parts wearing"FYI, every single part for the front end of this truck was replaced with brand new (not aftermarket) parts the day before dropping this off, truck is not lifted or lowered ... Brought truck to another Pepboys location to get done correctly.Not sure how this was botched? laziness? Because I know the hunter rack isn't the issue, it basically tells you how to do everything based on the vehicle. And this truck is about as easy as it gets (2007 GM Truck)Time for management to require completed alignments to get inspected and signed off by a 2nd technician before pulling from the rack

I called Pep Boys because there was metal hanging under my car, which was making a loud scraping noise. Stephanie told me to bring my car over and they would look at it for me. When I arrived and explained the problem, Noel knew what to do and assured me he could fix it. Noel fixed the issue and Stephanie was kind enough to explain it to me. I greatly appreciate the fast and friendly service. 10/10 recommend.

Dont ever buy their tires. They claim to have a warranty. However, they are so understaffed at all locations that you will never be able to get anyone to fix anything if you have a problem.

My dad and I went to get a diagnostic for the ac cause it wasn’t working but we never asked how much they would charge to get it tested, who would think they would charge over $100.At the end they told us the compressor wasn’t working and they charge us $400 for diagnostic..$1250 to fix the ac. Now that is a robbery. Never going back.Managers need to check if the prices are correct . And please don’t message me that you are sorry for the bad experience I had , I just want you to fix the issues and have better future reviews cause you charging for something that wasn’t done is stealing from your customers.

Poor service. Took car in to repair nail in tire. They charged me for it, but did not perform service. When I took it in again, they said it was because I needed new tires (4/32"). They claimed no reputable repair shop will fix at 4/32". I had them replace tires; they way overpressurized and left tire lube mess all over rims. They refused to give credit for nail repair that didn't happen. Parking lot dirty and strewn with tire damaging debris. Not recommended!
