Excellent service. The manager Phil was extremely informative with my service. Any questions asked were answered thoroughly. I can’t say enough about Phil, I will definitely return to this location for continued service (Jones & Flamingo rd).

These guys were great. I had an issue with my AC and Phil took care of me and found and fixed the issue at a much cheaper price than the competitor I had went to earlier. I highly recommend this place and will go there from here on out to get any work done on my car.

Great service from Phil/Scott and my mechanic Harry.Just lost my last mechanic and thus shop was recommendedI even had another issue resolved before it became a break down on side of road. I did not know I had a screw in my tread/sidewall and Harry, on his own, checked my tire as it was completing the service. Inside tire of my DRW. Grateful he went above and beyond.

Phillip helped me a ton over the phone and, in person, was REALLY patient and understanding. While I dealt with a credit card issue Phillip waited and saw my stress and became very kind and conversational which helped calm me down and lighten the mood.After my business was finished, Brandon came out to the parking lot and started helping me out, with a battery installation, completely unprompted.I couldn't have done it without Phillip's help either because one of us had to hold a part out of the way while the other removed/installed the new battery.Based on my experience with these guys alone, their customer service and having personal genuine human kindness, I definitely recommend coming here.I will be coming back next time I need auto care thanks to them.Thank you guys (Brandon and Phillip) for turning a long annoying day and stressful situation into a great personal human interaction and positive experience.

Scheduled an oil change and requested to check on possible fluid leak. Clint, from Utah, checked me in at approximately 9:15 and I was out of there before 10:30. Thankfully, no leak and he explained the differences in the oil changes for the future. Very happy with the customer service!

I noticed steering wheel crooked after 1 day allignment,but the manager refused to fix it even with the allignment warranty. I would not bring my car back to Flamingo location if the shop can't honor its warranty. It is extremely hard to find honest mechanic shops these days for small or big jobs.Update: Pepboys Corp reached out for warranty repair allignment for the crooked steering wheel.I waited 2 hrs and received bad news that multiple warning lights are on. ABS, pre-collission, parking brake, check engine light, tractions, and steering wheel light are on after the sensor calibration performed.The reason is that Pepboys dont have the software to do the calibration. Still, i dont understand how it has the capabilities of messing up my car really bad.I was shocked and frustrated to hear the bad news, but tech can only refer me to dealership and not even apologize for the problem.Pepboys refunded the allignment fee.

Great shop. Knowledgeable and timely compared to other shops in town. Friendly staff. A lot of car shops mess with your car or overcharge for services you don't need or want, but not here.

I dropped my car off at 11am and came back at 5pm only to find out my oil change wasn’t done. I was told it was because the receptionist left my paper in an area that no one could find. Then they offered to push my service back a day which I was unhappy about. I waited an hour for my oil change to be done and I wasn’t given any compensation or discount for their mistake nor for the time I lost and paid the full amount. Very unsatisfied with their service

I had a 10 am appointment to have two tires replaced on my 2000 ford e150. I got the car back at 2:30 pm. In addition to that, the free inspection resulted in a suggested oil change. However, I had personally changed the oil myself 100 miles/4 days earlier. My new tires had something like mud splashed all over them when I picked up the vehicle. There was no paper floor mat in the car either. Last, the shop failed to call me when the work was done. I just showed up at 2:15 figuring they had enough time to change two tires; I was planning to pick up my vehicle either way at that point.

If you are not bringing your car there for a simple oil change or new tires, STAY FAR AWAY! It has been 12 going on 13 days since they've had my car for a coolant hose replacement. Every other day, I've been told the parts ordered will be here but every other day I call to ask for a possible pick up time the excuses went from "We're waiting for payment from your warranty department" to "the parts are ordered but the person who ordered them isn't here so I can't rack them" to "one of the parts is on back order" to "we ordered the wrong part" and lastly my favorite "Audi messed up and sent us the wrong part" 😮💨 10 out of 10 Would Not Recommend. Take your money and your time elsewhere! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Scott Hawley, Worse customer service, laziness and attitude, had to go 2 times, does not wanna fill the paper work, decide to do it in a different place, pay the extra money and the did it right, never will go again at Pep boys on Flamingo and Jones, 41555 Jones Blvd.

Omg I love this location, they have helped me with my tire that (even tho it's brand new from another place) has a mysterious leak, and they fill my tires whenever I ask because I struggle to find a place to do it myself. Marcus helped me yesterday and was such a delight, I never feel like I'm bothering the wonderful workers here, they treat me so well even when I'm asking for a free service. Couldn't give a bigger shout out if I could.

I pulled up just as they were preparing to close, my tire was low and I needed a little air. I asked the man who had just shut one of garage doors if he could help me get some air, he said no and told me I could pump my own air with a hose attached to the building. I was fully willing to pay/tip for the help but instead I was motioned to do it myself which is fair but lack of customer service will keep me from doing business here when the time comes.

Marcus was extremely helpful. Apparently, they don’t take rideshare inspections on the weekends which would explain my appointment being canceled but they did it for me in between other things. Highly recommend!

As I was driving my tire pressure light came on and before I could panic, I saw PepBoys. I stopped in was greeted by Marcus. He was with a customer that assured, "Marcus is the best!" and I was glad to be in good hands. He kindly completed helping the lady ahead of me and explained what would happen next to her.You dont find that detail customer service these days. Without hesitation, Marcus walked me out and showed me to the area he would assist me and checked my tire pressures and got down to the issue I had.I appreciate his help tremendously and he helped with a smile!Thank you, Marcus! :)

If you are black do not come to this pep boysI watched the employee here assistant a young Latin man with tire when he was offered a tip he refused the tip.I pulled into same spot once the young man left and I was told it's self service and no one has even attempted to see if they could help. While sitting here writing this bad review. I am the black man in the BMWShame on you guysPoor work ethics smh

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! I brought my car in to get new tires put on today 9/24/23. As I pulled out of the parking lot I notice the (!) sign on my screen. They allowed me to drive off the lot with one of my tires being at 35 when the recommended pressure is 45. So I had to turn around and have them fill up my tires after already being there for over 3 hours with an 11AM appt in a waiting room that is SERIOUSLY disgusting while having to watch a family walk in out using the restroom without washing their hands.Then, upon getting home I realized that the rims on my tires are DESTROYED! I am truly shocked at how horrible my experience was for a simple service such as putting new tires on my car.I have photos to prove that the damage was done at this facility. & you can also check the paperwork where it states that my car had NO damage prior to taking my car back. In fact I was told “my car is spotless”. I also want to add that your store manager is ridiculously unprofessional. One employee who I’m assuming is newer (and extremely nice), was flustered trying to deal with other customers at the same time. & your manager just sat there and watched him struggle without offering help. In fact, he made it a point to let everyone know he was about to be clocking out because it was “Mexican food time” while showing us the employee clock in/clock out screen on the computer with all of his credentials imputed while I’m standing there waiting to be cashed out after had being there over a hour longer than I was told.I take extremely good care of my vehicle. I’m beyond pissed I now I have to go through the process to get my rims replaced! Not repaired… but they better be REPLACED!

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service was fast and excellent. Fair and reasonable price and courteous service. Also had my windshield wipers replaced. They didn’t have a wiper for my back window but managed to get one quickly. Will definitely go back.

I brought the car in, they saw that a new tire was needed, it was ordered and installed and all done in a timely and professional manner.I would like to commend Brandon there at the desk. He was so kind and patient with an older patron, and I complemented him there at the store, and would like to pass along.She was scared and confused and he took the time to reassure her that HE would take care of her and her vehicle...OUTSTANDING!
