We have been coming to this store for well over two years, mostly for feeders for my ball python. The staff is amazing, friendly, and attentive. Yesterday, we signed up for the habitat activity and were not disappointed! Special shout out to Trey, Tony, and Cooper who were so helpful and great. We left with a beautiful habitat for our two Australian Whites. Highly recommend!

I'm so grateful for this store, I really needed to acquire more information. Tony was so helpful, he really made me feel so assured in all my research and taught me so much more. He allowed me to configure a tank to get an idea of how my vision will look, which was very imperative for my peace of mind in becoming an owner. The store is clean and the other staff member was incredibly friendly. The reptiles were abundant and well taken care of. My one stop shop for all my reptile needs. This location consistently has great staff, supplies, and selection. I have been coming to this location for 2+ years now for my nephew's and I's reptile needs. Only rarely are this low on feeder mice. They offer a great assortment of terrierum and aquarium needs. For any faulty or incorrect products I have purchased, I have never been given an issue with the return/refund policy. If you haven't checked out this shop before, do yourself a favor and peak inside. The only realistic issue is that the parking lot can be slightly chaotic, but normally, I have no issues finding a parking spot.I specifically want to send a shout-out to Jacob and Drew. Both are knowledgeable, caring of reptiles, and clearly care about their job and reptiles. Kudos for great customer service.

My 2 teen boys and I came for a lizard and a tarantula and allll the stuff they needed. I felt like a pest asking the very nice employee Anna to help me find everything. However she took that feeling right away! She made us feel like she truly cared that we had the right things for each of our little dudes. She truly was amazing! Loved her, and our dudes are both still very healthy and happy and it has been 2+ months. Great reptile shop.

Sold us a Chamelion. We wanted a boy. We were told we were being sold a boy. Surprise, it's not a boy! How can you have a store and not know if your animals are female or male. On top of that, we didn't have the proper setup for her because we thought she was a boy. Now we have to clean her eggs out every four months.

Omg Jacob was so helpful, understanding any questions that I had he answered without hesitation, and made sure that he went through step-by-step instructions on everything. Jacob made sure we knew everything we needed to know about the bearded dragons and made sure we had the correct information and set up for our jupidyr (bearded dragon). LLL reptile is a five star place! The employees' enthusiasm for all things reptile and amphibian shows in the way they are happy to help and educate their customers. They carry a wide range of reptilian pets, along with all the care items. One stop reptile shop! My son had been waiting for a mourning gecko all through the winter, and they got one in and kept it aside for him. He's so happy. Prices seem fair.

I really can’t say enough good things about this shop. It was my first time there and I needed to pick up some things for a new hobby and I really didn’t know much. I’m still learning. EVERY SINGLE employee took the time to engage me in conversation and provide their thought and opinions. They were all super patient and down to earth, not pushy or rushed. I ended up walking past the spiders they had and I had always wanted one of the blue varieties.So if course this is a whim purchase but none the less the staff took their time to educate me and help me get everything I needed to make sure she went home happy.Thank you guys for everything!

The store is probably the largest reptile store in Las Vegas, and has the worst customer service.. I am sad to say this because I used to love LLL Reptiles living in another city.I was with my two small kids waiting for 20mins to get my pinhead crickets. You’d think that by that time the lady would have noticed that they were all dead! When I got the bag, they didn’t look like they were moving. But since it was hard to tell, because they are so small, I decided to trust the staff..I got home 5 mins later and emptied the bag. 95% were completely lifeless! Dead. I knew it. The lady who bagged them should have known it. I could have paid just $2 extra dollars and got them delivered hassle free and time not wasted online. ( definitely ordering online next time) I even called in about an hour before I came , to check they had live pinhead crickets for sale , and the staff told me yes they did! What a waste of my time and money, not to mention the excruciatingly long wait at the store, with only one other person shopping at the store at the time.As a side note, I have been to this store multiple times and have never gotten service while shopping. This is a sharp contrast to other reptile stores in the city and pretty much the only reason I choose to go to the store instead of ordering online. Big sad.

We bought a sulcata tortoise last year and wanted to get her a Red foot friend . We called everywhere and finally found a few at a reasonable price . We recently got into the reptile niche, geckos mostly (leos, cresties, leachies). We first learned about LLL Reptile from a worker at the Petco we used to frequent. Visited on a whim one day and instantly got hooked. We purchased two large leos on our first visit and grew our gecko family to 5. We are now up to 7 cute individuals! We started with two basic cage set up and since then have upgraded to 4, well sized, vivariums. Eliot and Jeff are always really helpful. During our past visits they helped us with our questions, getting the right set up for each gecko type, as well as keeping us entertained... making our shopping experience even more special. We love them and the store so much that we went back three days in a row at one point in time! It is a 15-20 min drive for us but we don't mind when it comes to getting the best for our gecko babies. All 7 are thriving, healthy, happy, and very spoiled! Thank you LLL Reptile!

My son has been wanting a gecko or snake for awhile. We recently acquired two scorpions at different shops and decided to come here for our reptiles. They did not disappoint, my son left the proud owner of a leopard gecko.We went twice He couldn’t decide what he waned so we left did some other things and came back. The young lady who helped us was so patient with us lol. After chasing a mountain stone lizard around the cage we decided that wasn’t for us lol. She then showed us a leopard gecko that wasn’t all the way tame yet lol 😂. After talking to my son and realizing he wanted something he could hold right now, she remembered she had the perfect leopard gecko in the back. And she he is perfect! Thank you for your patience today!!!

I adopted a baby lizard my wife found in our bathroom. This store was able to identify the species and sold me a culture of fruit flys to feed my new house member. Taking care of this little lizard makes me happy and I am glad I could find a store in town with lizard experts and feed for this little guy. Thank you

Hard to beat this place. The staff are always super knowledgeable and the animals are always well taken care of. Lots of variety. Last time I was in, one of the workers spent probably close to half an hour researching dart frogs with me and giving me advice on starting my own vivarium. They told me they'd be able to track down the specific species of frog I was looking for if I wanted. Loads of food, feeders, and habitat supplies. Always worth a visit if you're in the area.

I just came from Triple L reptile or so it was dubbed when I called and received friendly service over the phone. Normally I am horrible with names but the service and pricing can't be beat and now this is my go-to shop for all my reptile needs.I was nervous because normally the place I used to go to that will remain unnamed would have charged twice as much as what I just paid.That is why the stores' nickname is permanently engraved in my head.Fresh Dubai roaches were just received and from the looks of it everything is very fresh because I'm assuming they're moving a lot of product based on pricing and friendly service without overselling.Everything is very well-run. They didn't rush me out the store at 7 and I will be returning for all of my reptile needs in the future. I regret that I left a good review for a business whose owner lied to me whose employees lied to me but I don't want to hurt anyone but I would highly recommend THIS STORE OVER ANY PRIOR GOOD REVIEWS that were undeserved.This is the spot for a variety of EVERY POSSIBLE ITEM you could need for your reptile or amphibian. I am just lucky I found them :-) thanks guys! Ill be back soon!

Best place to get a bearded dragon. The place where they order roaches from now is costing me double because the large roaches are more like small ones and my bearded dragon now eats about 12 a day plus super worms and veggies. UPDATED- they have jumbo Dubia roaches that are a perfect meal.

Great service and great choices for reptiles! They even have a cricket card that you get stamped every time you buy crickets. Will for sure continue to do business with them. This is our new baby that we named Pele. They honored the online price in the store.
