This is a fresh water fish store only. I had a great experience here. As soon as you walk in they have beautiful axolotls. I needed floater plants for my betta tank, I couldn’t even speak correctly I was so excited they had everything I needed! The prices are amazing! They also have a wide variety of different plants and fish it was amazing to find such a great reputable business they really seem like they want what’s best for the fish. My only regret was not taking enough photos to show off how great it is here.

So happy I came across this aquarium shop. I was able to get a topaz guppy pair. They had all the fish I wanted and the staff were kind and very informative. In terms of quality and price, I get the best deals here. The owner uncle Danny is the sweetest and I was pleasantly surprised to find that he’s also from Hawaii like me. Will definitely come back again and am always happy to support local.

Steve was super helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to listen to.He helped up decide what fish and which plants would fit our tank best.He talked about substrates, filters, decorations and how much to use.This was a very comprehensive lesson is fish tanks, and I'm super appreciative.We WILL be coming back in the future.I will not be going back to petsmart, or petco.I'll drive the three hours to come here.

Go here now! If you haven’t been here then get up and go check this place out! The best, hands down, fish and shrimp place in town for freshwater. Very clean and extremely friendly. They helped me with some green emerald shrimp and some yellow golden back shrimp, best quality in town by far and price is extremely fair, low even, to be honest. I will be coming here for everything I need including frozen food! So impressed!!

This shop is one of the best fish stores I've been to in Las Vegas. The price tags on all the fishes are the lowest I've seen. They have a huge selection of Neocaridina shrimps and all kinds of freshwater fishes. I purchased 15 healthy blue dream shrimps. I was surprised to find that I received one that was holding eggs :) The owner is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for beautiful fishes and great prices.

On the side of town where this fish store resides there are multiple other bigger and older fish stores with wider variety selections to choose from, but I personally couldn't care less about that because you can tell from what Exotic does have that they are focused on quality, not quantity.When you walk into the store the first thing you will see are some of the most well bred picturesque Oscars and blood parrots I have ever seen fresh from Vietnam. Not only that but they have unique versions of these that I have never seen anywhere else. Not just albino Oscars, but ones with the fullest red speckled pigmentations instead of the traditional orange. Koi parrots, yellow koi parrots, tiger parrots, and red tiger parrots!? The youngest ones are the most bang for your buck if your looking for cichlid type fish, which have a wide variety of on the other side of the store.Depending on what fish you're looking to buy from there you are in for the best deal or the worst deal. Cichlids, corydoras, angels, and tiger barbs: very good. Shrimp, Bettas, tetras, and rams: possibly the most expensive I've ever seen them.Though I do want to pardon the Bettas because never before have I seen male Bettas kept in such large containers over tiny PetSmart cups unless they were straight up in tanks with other fish. Best care and professionalism I've ever seen for fish.And it doesn't stop with fish. While it's odd that they don't sell snails a good chunk of the store's tanks are used for growing many different aquarium plants. I'm not very familiar with competitive pricing on those, but considering I had only seen some of these plants at one or two other places if anywhere I'd consider it a selling point.Lastly, customer service was just dandy. I almost bought a red blood parrot but decided against it last minute while the store was closing as it was getting bagged and the older gentleman helping me was very understanding. Small talk friendly, perceptive, and knows to ask enough questions to know to himself that the fish is going to a good happy home.If ever I am interested in buying one of those 3" red tiger blood parrots I will call in first, but then definitely drive +30 across town to get one. This place demonstrates integrity, speciality, and knows exactly the audience it seems to pull from.

Nano fishes were cheaper than big box stores. This is one of the well organized stores in Las Vegas. Lots of nano fish collection. Very informative owner.

Came within 1 day to Ohio. Impressive. 4 dead but approximately 9 alive and loving the tank although some are really small and clear, and will Def become an expensive snack for my mollies.

I can’t think of anything negative to say about this store…..The physical facility is spacious, organized, and clean.Quality is excellent!Pricing is very reasonable.Customer service excellent! (Donny and Brandon located pea puffers just for me and then held them until I got back from a two-week road trip! Thanks, guys!)Fantastic selection of Neocaridina shrimp.Definitely worth a visit to check them out!

This is the BEST place to buy your fish and I’ll tell you why... I’ve been to every fish store in Vegas/ Henderson area and this is the most well kept store you will find. Tanks are immaculate, fish are all very healthy looking, and they the most beautiful variety of Discus, cichlids, flower horn, angelfish, guppies, and betas (and many more) you will find in the area. Don and his son Brandon are extremely welcoming. We let them know we had a few hours driving home, and they provided us with exceptional packaging to get the fish home. I HIGHLY recommend you take a look at this beautiful fish store before buying fish, you will not regret it.Thank you again Don and Brandon, I look forward to purchasing more fish to add to my aquarium next time I’m in the Vegas Area
