Steve is THE freakin’ best. I drove into Vegas from the Bay Area for SuperZoo. I knew I needed to get a few things from the warehouse. I stopped by, he measured my tiny car (Subaru crosstrek) and assured me two tables would fit! Sure enough, I came back the morning I was leaving Vegas and Steve helped me load my car! He went out of his way (with a smile on his face and a most excellent sense of humor!) to unbox both grooming tables, put the feet on AND help me play car grooming table Tetris. Steve is an absolute badass. Another solid reason to keep buying from Groomers Choice. Thanks again, Steve!!!!!! (The attached picture is the masterpiece of grooming tables in tiny car! And, yes, they made it back to the Bay Area safely!)

Their selection is good. All the products are high-quality professional grade. Only complaint is that they don't really have a showroom setup. They had the products on shelves in a warehouse which was a bit confusing at first. Also, none of the pricing is listed with the products. You have to select products and ask for pricing.

This was my first time here, was picking up an order for my friend. I liked how they had some products and items in the front walk in area for sale marked down from original price. Then you walk right through another door towards the back which leads right to the full open warehouse that is lined with long rows of shelves full of all sorts of grooming supplies. They have small sizes of stuff all the way to the gallon sized jugs and more bulk amount of each item. Pretty organized and easy to find things. I parked in the parking lot right out there in the front of the building facing the north side and you can access all of the place from there. I'm not sure if they allow parking in the back because that is basically all loading docks for deliveries. Overall I would say I had a pleasant, easy, and fast experience for my first time ever here.

For me, living in Las Vegas, the location is convenient and the staff is friendly. The isles are clean and organized making shopping easy. I like being able to compare items and their ingredients I see, in their catalog, in person instead of waiting for them to arrive via shipping. Another great thing I've found was that I can pre-order over the phone and when I arrive, everything has been placed in a box for my pick-up. Lastly, if a product is not available because of stock shortage, they'll ship the difference to me instead of me making the trip back. If you are a groomer in Las Vegas, and want other options besides Ryan's Pets and Pet Edge, give Groomer's Choice a visit. You'll be glad you did.

It is the second time that I arrive before 4 o'clock and this guy tell me that it is closed When the hours are 7am - 5 pm I left work running to arrive as soon as possible because I need to buy some things and now I have to wait until Tuesday, the hours on the door and online are open from 7am - 5 pm it is very frustrating that he only tell me and another person in front of me we are closed not even an apology.The only one that know how to run this warehouse is Steve he is awesome and always really helpful i been coming here for years and he is the best.

I own a mobile grooming business and I purchase about 80% of my grooming products from Groomers Choice. They are knowledgeable and customer friendly. Pricing is competitive and they ship promptly. I even got a call because I ended up being under the amount required for free shipping and they wanted to check to see if I would like to add to my order. I purchase with confidence from this company.

terrible customer service, my wife made a $200 order on 8/12/19 that was instantly approved by our bank. on the 13th she received a call asking to verify her employer witch she did, the rep then told her that the package was being shipped with ups round and we were within the 1-3 day shipping range Awesome! 3 days out was Friday, no package.... no big deal its just a little delayed probably arrive on Monday (it did not nor did it come Tuesday) so on the morning of 8/21/19 9 days after placing the order and 8 days after being told it will arrive in 1-3 days we received a call from groomers choice saying that the reason our package had not arrived is because the payment method was declined i knew that wasnt right so i contacted my bank who informed me that they did approve the transaction on the 12th when we ordered but groomers choice never collected it and that they tried to charge my card for the same amount on 8/21/19 (today) and they declined that one since the authorization was well expired i called back to groomers choice who reiterated that the reason it never shipped was due to the card declining (only time it was declined was 6 days after the EXPECTED ARRIVAL DATE) i yelled they offered a 10% discount for my troubles after wasting 2 hours of my day demanding they were in the right the whole time.....i told them they dont deserve my money and canceled the order promptly. lesson of the story just purchase from the manufacturer instead of letting this dishonest group of people up-charge you to be a middle man i will not miss doing business with them as i never received 1 order. aside from being able to walk into their warehouse and purchase specialty tools on same day if you happen to live in Vegas there is 0 upside to ordering products from groomers choice rather than a reputable company that doesn't blame their customers for their own mistakes. glad this happened with order 1 rather than finding out down the road.

Loveeeeee Groomers Choice!They could use some higher end products but for the most part, they always have what i need.The Staff is AWESOME, always super knowledgeable about the products and parts they carry, they were even able to help me trouble shoot a new part on my clippers that i just couldn't figure out how to install even with the help of you tube 5 stars for sure!

wonderful company. amazing customer service. accidentally ordered a wrong size in clothing and tried to catch it before it shipped, but was too late. not only did they understand, they even sent a label to ship back the ones i ordered in error. Not something they had to do nor is it something i expected. i talked to three different people throughout this and they were all great to work with.

Sent my items to the wrong address and won’t return phone calls or emails. Sent me tracking numbers showing they were not delivered to me and still won’t do what any responsible business would do. Offered to open a claim with UPS when the tracking numbers clearly show it was not delivered to my address. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered with a vendor in my 12 years of business.

We get most of our grooming supplies from Groomer's Choice. I was in Vegas for Super Zoo and decided to stop by their warehouse. Great service, good prices, and nice people. I'll be buying a lot more from them since meeting their staff.

Groomers Choice is a great place to go and get your grooming products. However BEWARE OF THE FINANCE COMPANY! They will lie to you about what you will get back on your taxes and also lie that you will be building business credit. Not to mention you will be paying back 2-3 times the value of the goods by the time your "lease" is up. PAY CASH!

This man is not going to move from the chair unless it is absolutely necessary!For a moment I thought he was glued to the chair ..You ask him about something and he doesn't get up to help you, he just looked at me and said I can't hear you, you're too far, (I was looking for k9 filters) customer service is very poor, another unprofessional answer was, if there isn't in the shelf ? Then i don't have any...When I was ready to pay he told me that he can't sell the shampoo to me because someone already bought them in another order! So I told him you have 3-4 more on the shelf and he say all are in the same order and when I ask him why don't you take them off the shelf because if you have them there whoever comes can take them and he only told me I am not going to sell it to you, this is a warehouse!I asked for Steve and he told me that he goes home at 4pm I will never go again without making sure that this Steve in the store is the only one who knows how to run the store.

Buyer beware. They ran up $300 in extra charges after I bought $2,500 in tables, tub and supplies. as if that wasn’t bad enough the hydraulic tub I ordered was damaged and they would not let me return it. For a small store this is soul crushing. Run away to a better supplier.
