Researched several companies prior to doing our floors when we came across Expert Flooring, we have zero regrets! Keisha was amazing from start to end of this project. I found Expert Flooring Solutions through Yelp App. They had the best star rating out of bunch of flooring stores in Las Vegas so I gave it a shot and hired them to get rid of all of them Ugly Dust Collecting Carpet in my 2 story Condo and replace it with Wood Flooring. It took them about couple of weeks to install the Wood Floors because they had to move around bunch of furnitures and it was a Mission Impossible Nightmare, but they got it done! It turns out that the Yelp App. was right and I'm glad that I chose and hired the Expert Flooring Solutions for my Condo to do the Job. Also the Installers were awesome, friendly and very hard working guys. I'm very satisfied with my new Wood Floors!

Looking for flooring - look no further than here !! Expert Flooring Solutions is the best place you can go! We were in the market for laminate flooring for our master bedroom and went to the local "big box" stores and were disappointed with their selection and their customer service. When we went to Expert Flooring we were treated like family and everyone was super-helpful from the time we walked in the door until the project was completed. We can't say enough how glad we are to have employed them. Keisha, Tom, Ron and their installer Roger were outstanding and are true "craftspeople" unlike the sales people you get at your local home improvement stores. They guided us through every step of the way and it was flawless. Their installers are employed by them and not some 3rd party fly-by-night crew and they treated our home like it was their own. From the very first phone call, to the in-store experience, to the onsite meeting at our house, to the grande finale after the install - Expert Flooring really know what they're doing. This is what a carpet store should be and more. Tom Rossi is as good as it gets. He is not only knowledgeable about his products, but is also reputable and employs the best and most careful installers in the business. We found a carpet we liked at a local home improvement store, were dissatisfied with their service prior to purchase, and came to Tom. He immediately knew the manufacturer of the carpet, and was able to get it from the manufacturer, who was one of his suppliers. He explained all about fibers, wear, and cleaning. We are thrilled with the result. The carpet we selected is a nylon by Shaw and the pattern is Crafted Artisan. Although there are seams due to room size, you can't even see them. Pattern was matched superbly by Jose. He is truly an artist with carpets.

Flawless!! Expert Floor completely changed the feel of our home! They were on time, finished ahead of schedule and installation was perfect! Everything from the moment we stepped foot in the showroom to when they left our home was above and beyond outstanding. Their WHOLE team is awesome!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone looking to do flooring, check with Tom or Keisha FIRST (they are all wonderful) but these two, I cannot say enough good about them! My pictures below, I was very impressed how clean they were while installing. They were careful, neat & tidy throughout!

We returned to Tom Rossi’s Expert Flooring for our new flooring. They had previously carpeted two of the bedrooms. This time we had them remove all the ceramic tile and install LVT in the main areas of our home. Keisha was very knowledgeable and helpful as we navigated through all the choices. Jerry, Juan, and Jeff did an amazing job installing. We could not be happier with the result. They took great care to reduce the dust and discomfort of the tile removal. They were very careful with the baseboards and with the cabinets in the kitchen. The time frame was very fast for this large job. We love the finished product and are now able to concentrate on replacing our old furnishings as well.

I am the happiest gal in the world with my new Mohawk carpet installed and purchased thru Expert Flooring!!!! On a scale of 1 to 10... I give them a 15!!! The owner Tom Rossi is the best!!! Funny, smart and a straight shooter!!! My installers Jose & Juan, who spent 3 days at my house doing 3 large bedrooms and 3 large closets were amazing!!! Professional! Clean! Punctual! Talented and Skilled at what they do and took their time making sure it is perfect!!! Awesome personalities!!! Very sweet fellows!!! I just finished my second tile job with Tom at Expert Flooring and his lead tile installer Juan. I cannot say enough great things about the experience. I highly recommend them. They did an @ 3K sq/ft job in a new build for me and it looks incredible. Note some of these pictures are pre grout. I would give these guys 10 stars if able. Project finished on budget early. After gathering bids from local Henderson tile and flooring companies , we selected Expert Flooring Solutions. They had many recommendations on our local NEXTDOOR website. We are completely satisfied. In addition to a most competitive bid, they also did a fabulous professional installation. They leveled our floor(something the 2 other prospects did not offer or mention). Then had our tile laid to perfection in 2 days. Tom came out and did the measure /estimate. Was Awsome to deal with. The installers had Hard to do spots for carpet layers. All stairs.. Yuan and his helper are Awsome and did a great job! From start to finish I would recommend Expert Flooring Solutions!

We recently moved to Sun City Anthem and decided to replace the old carpeting with wood laminate, and new tile in the bathrooms. Expert Flooring was one of several contractors we asked to give estimates. They were actually the high bidder but after reading their reviews and comparing them to reviews of the other contenders, we selected Expert to do the job. From our first encounter with Keisha in the showroom, we had a first class customer experience. Sean came to our home and prepared the estimate. When his price exceeded our budget, he and Keisha helped us select substitute product that was still high quality but within our budget. Juan and Jose handled the tile installation. They arrived on time and delivered a high quality product. Daniel delivered the laminate and surveyed the house. He gave us his opinion regarding the placement of the wood and set expectations regarding a timeframe and how the work would proceed. He and the other Daniel and Ryan arrived right on time the first day and exceeded our expectations as they carried out the project. They very carefully worked around us and our pets, moving furniture carefully and leaving us more or less intact at the end of each day. They carefully removed and painted all of the baseboards, even repaired some of the pieces that had been previously damaged. They finished one day earlier than expected. By the end of the installation, we felt like we were working with friends, not contractors. We would advise anyone looking to add or replace floor covering to include Expert Flooring. The old saying "you get what you pay for" really applies in this case.

I can't say enough good things about this experience! We had planned to visit two stores and once we got to Expert Flooring Solutions we knew we were in the right place. We read reviews of big box stores (Lowe's, Costco) and really wanted to go with a retailer whose installation we could trust and the store would stand behind. Ron was extremely helpful and good humored without pressuring or hovering. We were there on a Saturday, Ron measured Wednesday, we confirmed the order that next Saturday (and returned the generous samples that we kept for a week), and our carpet was installed 10 days later - much sooner than we could have hoped. Ron hit the perfect tone of informing and supporting our pick while making sure we knew we could take as much time as we needed with samples and decisions. The installers were friendly, efficient, and professional and we felt immediately comfortable when they arrived. The work was flawless and they left everything in better shape than they found it. We had old contractor grade carpet that was absolutely wrecked - the pictures don't do the transformation justice! We did our master en suite, stairs, and hallway, ~600sqft. We didn't do price comparison but felt it was a good value based on our budget and research. If your priority is the comfort of knowing you are working with experts who stand by their work (and it should be for a home you own!), this is the place to go.

My wife and I decided to replace all the flooring in our home. I began researching the different vinyl and laminate wood flooring available. I also read Angi, Google and Yelp reviews of different flooring companies. I was impressed by what I read about Expert Flooring Solutions. The number of seriously favorable reviews was exceptional. We drove to the Expert Flooring Solutions showroom and met with Tom and Ron. They were very informative about their products but not pushy in the least. They told us to pick out samples that were appealing to us and take them home to see them in our house. We made a couple trips back to get other samples. Once we decided on the vinyl wood flooring and the carpeting we wanted, Ron came to our home to take measurements. The following day we were given a total cost for the vinyl wood flooring, carpeting and new baseboards for the entire house. Tom Rossi, the owner, does not require any payment until the full job is completed to the customers satisfaction. Impressive.A big selling point for choosing Expert Flooring Solutions is that the sales personnel, carpet layer and wood flooring installation crew are all employees of Expert Flooring Solutions. There are no subcontractors involved. As for the installation of the flooring, both crews were exceptional. Jeff, Jerry and Juan installed the wood flooring and all of the baseboards. They painted and caulked the baseboards too. Once that was completed, Jose and his helpers installed the carpeting. Fabulous workmanship and total professionals all. We couldn't be happier.
