What a pleasant experience. This is the type of business that give you that family, little town, everyone knows everyone feel. The owners made me and family feel like family and gave us the best advice on buying our feathery family member. They were welcoming and still continue to be open to all my questions. They really love birds and give each bird love and care until they find their forever homes. It’s not as common as you would think. I would recommend them to any family and friend that is interested in adding a feathery family member

horrible customer service, the man that works here won’t even bother to tell you anything about the birds. when we tried asking about a bird they were either “already sold” or “not for sale”. if you can’t interact with people then don’t open a shop. the birds were all very cramped as well, i’ve also read multiple reviews saying they clip the wings way too short. you’re better off going to petco or the swap meet, at least they have customer service skills.

a very nice family who has a great passion for all things birds. all their birds seem very happy and most are quite friendly! they do let you hold them if you ask. prices are a bit high but wonderful place overall :)

Saying Jaun and Elisa are great is an understatement. They've answered all of our questions and concerns. They've helped us every step of the way. We brought our babies home about a week ago and they are in perfect health.

I got my Indian Ringneck June 2021. The birds were obviously well cared for and loved. The owner was so nice. He rotates the cages around so the birds can have window time, he obviously cares for these birds. My baby was 10 weeks old when i got him, he’s now 8 months old and I couldn’t be happier.

The owners of this store are very knowledgeable and helpful. They raise incredible birds and will take a deposit on a baby then let you pay the balance when your baby is ready to come home.I have been coming to this store for years to buy toys, treats, food, cages, cage cleaner, etc.I like the way they treat their birds and that they want to make sure they're going to a good home.GOOD JOB E & J!

Love this place to get my blue Indian ring neck parrot's wings, nails and beak clipped. They are affordable and they always do a quick and awesome job. The owner is always there to answer any questions I have. They also have good parrot food for my baby. Worth the drive wherever you live in Las Vegas, especially is you want to buy a bird!

Very nice store and people!! We bought a Quaker parrot from them and we're so happy. The store is great all the birds are healthy and you can see that they take very good care of their birds. Very impressed!! I highly recommend if you're looking for a nice bird go here. They also sell everything you'll need as well to care for your bird.

Purchase my bird there, my fault I did reach before my purchase. Priced about 400.00, over same bird I purchased, cage was over 300.00, over same cages else where. So do your homework and know your prices. ❤ my bird, I would never purchase another thing from this place.

I finally got the chance to go to this place and I enjoyed it the owner was always there if you needed something and they have a wide variety of birds that you hardly see here in Vegas along with a long range of cages, toys, and other supplies needed for your birds. You will like it here if your a bird lover.P.S. Photography is not permitted here

HE is NOT a nice man!!! We went there to purchase a parakeet and thought we'd look around. OMG...he followed us in his wheelchair and kept blocking us from going different ways throughout the shop. We went around one way to see the cockatoos....BLOCKED US. Looked at some cute birds....oh they were SOLD already so told my son to pick a parakeet he might like...oh he didn't accept cash...go across the street to the bank and get cash....sure..I'll cross Charleston BOTH WAYS...NOT!!!

The guy who works there was not very friendly. I called ahead of time and was never told until I got there that they only excepted cash. The woman who works there was very friendly and helpful. I love my baby cockatiel I ended up purchasing after I had to leave to find a bank to get cash. Luckily there was a Wells Fargo across the street.

Family run business with the owner behind the cash register. The owner's kids enthusiastically told me about Indian Ringneck Parakeets as soon as I walked in, which, coincidentally, was what I had come to look for, and gave me one to hold. They have wonderfully gentle hand raised Indian Ringnecks, and this was the only storefront in Vegas I was able to find that does. The variety of birds is incredible. Lovebirds, parrotlets, cockatiels, finches, conures, parakeets, many many more, and the most big birds I've seen in any Vegas shop (I've been to loads). Different kinds of Macaws and Cockatoos. They even have Indian Ringnecks in white, yellow, blue, and violet. Impressive. They offer payment plans if you can't pay the entire cost of a new pet up front. Fairly clean with no odor at all. Be warned that it is LOUD, as can only be expected with so many birds. My single reservation is the sheer number of birds. Is that single family breeding them all?? I hope their breeders get breaks. But, all birds on the sale floor look healthy, I'd be comfortable buying from them.

So me and my boyfriend went in with our green cheek conure, Yoshi. And the guy was like "you can't have your bags. It scares the birds." Then "oh you cant bring the bird near other ones they are scared of it." We brought our green cheek conure with us. He has the same Breed chilling out.. now we had to leave our bird at the front in our carrier for him. Looked at al the birds and I have to say. They were so scared of everything. Only one would let us hold him. And the poor baby was still shaking like a leaf. Overpriced birds and wayyy overpriced items and cages. We asked how much a budgie was... he said 35.... the lovebirds were about 95.. ridiculous prices for birds that are not well nourished. They were so scared and jittery even when we go slow. Horrible experience and I do not recommend this place. Bahn name battery is amazing look it up :p

Terrible place-birds are not handled regularly. The owner is very unhelpful. Flew in from out of state to purchase a bird and was completely underwhelmed. Going to do business elsewhere.
