Came in to get my elderly dog's nails clipped. He was so fast and caring, was in and out within 5 minutes. $10 wow! Will definitely be back for any and all grooming needs in the future.

I’ve been coming here for quite some time and every time I visit, the team is so welcoming and sweet. Miguel is so sweet with my baby girl and takes care of her better than I do 😂 this is my fav spot ever to get my princess groomed. I love this place so much so lovely and gentle with all the animals!! Five stars forever !!

The facility could use a visit from HGTV to freshen it up. The staff is great, especially Miguel. He is the professional we choose to groom our 2 Yorkies. They will be 13 this year. Winston and Churchill

I had been going to Dogs by Cindy for years. Then one day I took my two dogs to get groomed, and when I got home, I notice my dog JJ was bleeding on the top of his head. Jj has moles on his body and you have to be careful when grooming him. So one of their groomers had nipped his mole. I called the next day and of course they denied it, but I kept pursuing the issue and finally they accepted responsibility. I spoke with Cindy the owner and she was quite rude about the whole thing. I had to take my dog to the vet hospital, because it had gotten infected. When I ask Cindy to pay for the vet bill, she paid a 119.00 and then told me that me and my dogs was not welcome there any more. I thought that was very unprofessional after I had been a customer for years. Also the mole continues to bleed and scab up. I’m enclosing a picture so you can see exactly what they did to my JJ. I should have done this when it happened, but every time I look at JJ’s head, I get so mad about the incident. I’m constantly having to clean it and cut the dead scabs around it. It’s not that they don’t do good work, the problem is when they don’t take responsibility when a accident happens.

Been coming here for years!! My dogs are comfortable with them and makes it worry free for me. The will call as soon as they’re done. They follow safety guidelines to protect their employees and customers. My dogs comes home happy and feeling fresh!

Nice experience here! Petsmart couldn’t give my dog a full haircut because he was ‘too nervous’. He doesn’t bite ot bark too loudly, so I was confused. They just trimmed him slightly for $52. Terrible price and service.I was recommended Dogs by Cindy from family and they did an amazing job on my dog! Full haircut and nails trimmed for $45! The groomers did note that my dog was nervous but they could handle him just fine. It’s normal for dogs to be nervous they said.So glad they didn’t turn him down and completed the service for a great price. I didnt catch his name but the male receptionist was very kind and extremely friendly.Great prices and services.

First time here vs going to pets mart. I have a very hyper very furry 80lb golden retriever and they did a great job! His coat is soft and well maintained! Staff was amazing and prices are good! We will be back!

They are great they take care of your dogs, no problems at all. Just call ahead cuse they do busy. But I have two little old dogs and they always wash and cut the nails really good so I never have complained!

We relocated to Vegas from the Midwest in June. Our Cavalier King Charles had a special relationship with her groomer, we were afraid we wouldn’t find someone who did a good job and was excellent in grooming. We found Dogs By Cindy. She sees Miguel and just loves him. I’ll say “Go see Miguel?” She knows who I’m talking about, & is ready to go! She goes right to him. He is so good with her and he does an excellent job. I highly recommend Miguel and Dogs By Cindy. Reasonable prices.

I don't know the gentleman's name but he worked with us to get our very skittish Min Pin (who has sezuires) nails clipped. He came out front, instructed us how to hold her and it was done 123. She's a very happy girl, we will be back for sure!!!

I absolutely love this place, my vet Dr. Chin at VCA recommended them. I’ve been going there for several years now. Miguel is the absolute best. He takes care of my Malamute/Husky and i wont let anyone else touch her. She is now 12 years old and diabetic. Miguel take his time with her and gives her breaks. She comes home afterward and is never stressed!! Dogs by Cindy is a wonderful establishment and Miguel is the best!!! I cannot thank him enough for the care he gives my beautiful fluffy girl.

@anneflournoy I spoke to you on the phone. You explained you were new to town looking for a groomer for your party standard. I explained due to a staff shortage we were unable to take any larger breed dogs such as your standard but welcome to try back in the future. You were so nice and understanding at the time. Our shop doesn’t do courtesy calls to remind people of appointments or take dogs of your size at 2pm. I don’t know which shop it was but it was definitely not ours there is a mix up.

I took my dog in for the first time. She was extremely matted. Miguel and his staff took good care of her. Sophie is usually shy but she was comfortable with the staff. Will return in six weeks.

I made an appointment on Wednesday November 2nd for my standard parti poodle for November 8. When I called this morning to confirm my appointment because I had not heard from them, the guy who answered told me that they don't groom parti poodles. However, they lied to me and never called me to let me know the girl who made the appointment should not have made the appointment. I would never trust my dog to people who lie about something this simple - what else will they lie about? Be cautious!
