Been coming here for awhile and everyone is always so nice and welcoming...last few times I've gone I've gotten Lance and I'm excited every time I do. He knows his stuff and has a great personality!!! Can't wait to be back next week

Front door lady was awesome—love her. The foliage is beautiful but the workers need to pull some of that love they’ve put into the plants and keep it for helping customers. They were some of the most disinterested and unfriendly people I’ve ever come across in a dispensary. The prices are high, like double what I’m used to paying, but I’m not holding that against Cultivate, since maybe Nevada is just expensive.

Great staff but more needed based on the line.. it looks bad to stand around while people wait. They may not realize the employee isn’t working the counter so just a friendly heads up would be nice.. people ask a lot of questions so it takes a while to get helped out. Staff is great about helping you out with any questions you have

I really like the customer service from all! Starting from the security guard, the receptionist and the bud tender. All were very friendly and helpful. And the building was clean and upbeat and modern. I am hoping to make this my go to spot!!!! Thank You for the great customer service. That is a make or break for me anywhere I go. It is all about customer service for me. And Cultivate has it!!!!

Everytime I do a curbside I never have a problem but if it's too hot or if it's raining they don't come out. 3 times so far I left with nothing. Bad buisness

Nice dispensary with various brands. Prices are much more reasonable than other dispensaries I’ve visited, so I’m definitely coming back here.

Jenay was on point with today’s transaction. She also informed me about my points and that i needed to update my phone number to access my remaining points I’ve accumulated which I wasn’t aware of & saved me $25 today. I’ve been a loyal customer to this location since i moved here a year ago. Great customer service. It’s missed these days!

Lance S. is a straight up sweetheart!Not only is he extremely knowledgeable of the products; he also guided me on what I was searching for within my budget.I will admit, I’m indecisive at times, especially when there’s a lot going on around me. I was today and he got me straight.He asked, what do I normally use to smoke my meds (420) with, I told him and oh my my… He brought me some gorgeous trim!I will no longer waste my time with grinding, now.I can’t wait to bust open my, Diamond Dust Bakers Batch by Virtue Las Vegas with CBG in it!!Ladies, ladies, ladies..Lance S. is extremely easy on the eyes, too.Brains, looks, and a smile to die for, don’t walk.. Yeah she was great she had great information she answered all my questions the only thing that's wrong with the place is you do not have but one way in and one way out on a very busy Street somebody needs to do something get a petition I'm quite sure there's been several accidents I love cultivate it's just difficult to get in and out of

4/20 I placed an order for pick-up between 4:30 - 4:45. I received one email saying my order was received and that was it. 2 hrs. later I finally went to the store and they told me to wait until I get an email saying my order was ready for pick-up. I waited another hour and then went inside and ordered from the bud tender to get my product. I never received an email saying my order was ready for pick-up, never ever the rest of the night not even the next day!!!!

Wow. Robert. What can I say... Our 5 minutes of pleasant business felt like a lifetime of joy... To the untrained eye it may have seemed like he was just suggesting a random variety of strains and saying words like "Myrcyne" and "Linalool".. but I knew he was calculated and on a mission to get me high with the best buds available.I'm only giving 4 stars because I got pink eye from this chick I met in the store.

I am an Uber driver and I know this particular company does not give kickbacks which is fine but you have restrooms and will bring you customers and you won’t let the drivers at least use the restrooms so this place sucks. I don’t recommend no one if you are an Uber or a live driver to even take anyone to any of these locations

I showed up, parked and before car was turned off Jenay was out headed to my car with a great smile. Jenny informed me it was on sale and price was $25 lower than thought. That's how to treat customers, item is on sale, give them the sale price. Thank you very much. Worth drive from NLV.

I love this place… but yesterday I place a delivery order even ordered more for delivery standard…. Never got it … young lady called me to say website was putting out wrong prices… so we talked I said to switch them … thought all was cool.. hiurs later no delivery called and wasn’t even an order …. Now I have to wait for the next deal
