Seriously, the sweetest group of safe and caring pet professionals. My pup recently had his meet and greet appointment to be approved for daycare and boarding. The entire experience was so positive and they provided wonderful updates and communication. I got the opportunity to speak with Amanda and Bridget at pickup and they have my 1000% trust. I look forward to using their services and entrusting them with all of my dogs care, from overnight stays to all grooming needs.

We brought in my two small dogs, Luna and Choco for a grooming and Bridget did an absolute amazing job! This was their first time with her and they both adore Bridget now. This is now our new pet grooming place. They also have daycare service and boarding which is also plus as well and their prices are very reasonable. Great customer service overall!

Buddies is the next best thing to your dog’s home. They are the most caring , warm, kind people I have ever dealt with. Don’t hesitate to have your fur baby do day care, board, or groom there. I was so worried leaving Frisco there. He’s my heart, but I can’t say enough about how well he was cared for. I’d give them 10🌟if I could. I highly recommend BuddiesLV

Love Buddies! I get my dog groomed there as well as board him. They always treat him so well and send him home looking very clean and happy. The cuts are always great. Valentines Day they gave him a heart scarf that was so cute! When he boards, they send morning and night texts with pics!

Came across buddies as I was traveling to Las Vegas. We were looking for a place for dog boarding and chose buddies. The staff was extremely nice! The facility was clean and newly remodeled. They also sent me constant updates on how my dog was doing, which I loved! Will definitely use buddies any time I visit Vegas!

I cannot describe how much I love buddies! Our baby goes here once or twice a week. She loves it and I can tell they care about her too. They text me pics throughout the day to show me she's having fun! Wouldn't take her anywhere else.

My pet has been well taken care of and comes home happy after weekend boarding everytime thanks to the loving and attentive care from their staff. There's a clear difference in quality of care compared to other facilities in this area. Weather permitting, pets get walked outside and have plenty of playtime in their multiple pens throughout the day. Several boarding packages are offered and all at reasonable prices with many perks that the others charge for.

We have been taking our dog Daisy to boogie time for a couple of years now. Everyone there is really nice and friendly. Most importantly they do a wonderful job on Daisy every time I have yet to be disappointed anytime I have picked her up. Daisy always comes out with a smile and a cute accessory that matches her personality. Communication is great too. Daisy means the world to me and I am beyond grateful for boogie time being a business I can trust with her and know she is in good hands when I drop her off. The price is well worth the great job they do. Please don’t hesitate to bring your dog here you won’t be disappointed!

They were great with my dog Jagger his first time there he got along with everybody played it was very clean they were very on top of notifying me every time with pictures when he was playing new dogs he met there and friends he made there. Highly recommend them.

Cannot express enough how amazing they are! Love getting cute pictures of my dog Licorice while on vacation and she always looks so happy. Fantastic service, especially with their understanding of which dogs play well with certain others. Absolutely worth the price

As usual Alice came out of here so happy, so pretty and smelling incredible!Madison always does the best job ever and I couldn’t ask for more. Alice was abused and she used to fear the groomer, it’s a total different story now!She’s never been this white and I absolutely LOVE ITtotally recommend and I’d you want a great job done request Madison! Constant cancellations/rescheduling last minute. The atmosphere is great, the dogs and cats run free and that part is great. Unfortunately this business has fallen victim to the same thing as every other place, no one shows up to work. I sure hope they find a groomer who is willing to show up to earn a pay check or this place is doomed. I would hate to see that. Good luck to them. And for the record, they are definitely worth a try. Just have a flexible schedule.

I've used her grooming services twice. First time the groomer was about 2 hours late.Second time, she was 4 hours late and cut my 8 year old well behaved maltipoo in 2 spots.Also her adoption services are a joke.I recommend you avoid this business and go elsewhere

UPDATED 5/4/22: My initial review was grooming for one of my little dogs. I have since taken my 200 lb arthritic Mastiff there for bathing. The first time, the owner groomed him herself, with the help of a male helper. My dog is 10 and can't stand for very long, making grooming difficult. They charged me $180, but he was beautiful. I had another appt for today (not easy to make btw, because calls take forever to be returned...i had to call back.) Dropped my boy off at noon. I gave him an extra pain pill. At 3 pm -- 3 hours layer, they called to tell me they couldn't give him a bath because the groomer couldn't get him in the walk in tub! THEY LET HIM SIT THERE 3 HOURS BEFORE CALLING ME! I was livid. They tried selling me on mobile grooming...no way. I don't trust them anymore. I WOULD NEVER TAKE ANOTHER ANIMAL THERE. The problem is obviously communication. The owner doesn't manage her staff. I had had this appt for 2 weeks: she knows my dog and that a young girl cannot groom him by herself. My poor dog is so stressed out right now from sitting on a cold, hard floor for 3 hours.Never again.Go there to adopt a rescue, never for grooming or boarding...I wouldn't trust them. They offer too many services without fully training or staffing for them. Do one thing and do it well. I doubt they'll be open much longer.Initial review:Very clean and staff very friendly. I love that entrance is secure. Also love that they don't crate the dogs. They roam freely. Boogie has rescue dogs available, which I think is awesome. They all seem well loved and cared for...they even have them dressed up! Had my Westie groomed and they took time to understand what I wanted. Prices average. I was very happy with the groom. Best of all...you can tell the owner and staff LOVE animals. That's the most important part for me.If you need a groomer, need day care or boarding, OR if you're looking to adopt...I HIGHLY recommend Boogie Time! So glad I found them!

Been using Boogie Time for a bit now. Generally been alright. Last time a blanket and toy we brought to the stay for our dog went missing. This time another blanket we bought to replace that went missing. He's supposedly in a room, it should be in there. When I brought it up I was told the waiver says belongings are at risk of getting missing. But twice in two trips, and the kind of flippant response to bringing it up, has us potentially looking elsewhere.

We don't usually board our smallest member of the family, Molly. So, to say we were very concerned about doing so is putting it lightly.I went, in person, to check out the facility on Patrick Ln. I was very impressed. It was very clean. The staff were very professional and friendly.We boarded Molly for 9 days. While we were gone we received daily updates with photos and videos. She even had a spa day. I was afraid she wouldn't want to come home with us!Needless to say we were very happy with our experience with Boogie Time and more importantly so was Molly!!I highly recommend them for boarding and grooming needs.

This place seems okay but there was a huge miscommunication about my reservation. I booked my dog on Monday and when I called to confirm it, they claim that there was no reservation at all. They knew my dog’s breed and name so there must have been some sort of record, and they even texted me about a $25 Christmas day fee since that’s when we plan to bring him, and now we can’t at all. All of a sudden they’re closed tomorrow. This is just so irresponsible and it really messed up our plans.

I’m very shocked to be writing this because this place has such great reviews but my experience here was horrendous and unacceptable. When I picked up my dog this morning she was covered in feces. Her paws, elbows, and butt had crusted on feces that had clearly been there for ATLEAST several hours if not days. When the woman working the front desk realized that my dog had poop spots she made an attempt to clean it quickly and cover it up but essentially just rubbed her with a rag because my dogs paws and elbow were still completely covered in feces. I asked whether or not she had been having accidents throughout the week, and she had no idea. My dog also clearly had not been given water in way too long. If you love and respect your dog and want them to be treated with dignity I would definitely avoid this place.

Freya seemed to have an enjoyable time but they overcharged the agreed amount, didn't provide the full listed services (grooming and photos/updates) and were irritated and skeptical when a price adjustment was requested to match the quoted price. Although they said the refund had been processed, it still has yet to show up in my account (almost 2 weeks later)Don't live in Vegas, so I probably won't need boarding there again but I also don't know if I would recommend them🤷🏼‍♀️

This was the best experience I ever had! They were so attentive to my dog and when I picked him up he looked just the way I left him. Which was never the case at other facilities. So happy that I was able to use these services as part of my layover. Highly recommend Boogie Time LV -staff, facility, proximity, convenience, caring, responsibility-all top notch! If you travel to or thru Las Vegas with your pet, this is the place to be!

We boarded our dog for the first time since we got her a year ago, and they were great with her. Lots of play time, and they sent us pictures with them playing with her. Can’t recommend a place for boarding or play dates more than them.
