AMAZING SERVICE - 5+++++++ stars!!!I have a 14 year old 37lb Irish Wheaten Terrier who is nervous of being groomed. We moved to the area from Anthem Highlands last year and were still driving to our previous groomer, but after being cancelled on 10 minutes before our appointment on Thursday, we were at a loss for our poor, old smelly pup!We took him to the self wash section at Bogarts Bone Appetit, and before we were able to start washing him, the grooming manager (Rebecca), came out and personally heard what had happened, and kindly fit us into their busy schedule only two days before Christmas. She was FANTASTIC!!! - my dog is blind/deaf/has skin tags and Rebecca took the time to come out from the back prior to the appointment to get to know him and for them to get familiar with each other. Even though he can be difficult, she truly took the time to care for every part of him, including his nails and ears! He looks awesome (please see picture)!The cherry on top - she kindly let him lay on a blanket while waiting for us to pick him up instead of being put in a kennel. We are super grateful and appreciate Rebecca and Bogart's Bone Appetit! Definitely recommend this store.

I'm not sure what has happened at this store. Lots of changes and lost groomers that were fabulous. My husband was grabbing some dog food and the door to the grooming area was cracked open enough to where he saw a bunch of teenagers making out. I don't know where the owner is but it used to be a great place when she was involved way more.

Definitely my favorite place to support for pet supplies. The staff is awesome. They variety and quality of items is amazing. We just bought a frozen quail to try for our cats for the first time today. Plus some snacks are BOGO half off

First time at this establishment today, and I will absolutely never go back. We came in for a self wash, and as I started bathing my dog, the water was freezing cold. My husband went out to speak to the representative in the front and let her know and she used the excuse that it was the first person of the day and that it would warm up overtime. Well, I let the hose run the entire time I was lathering my dog and it stayed freezing cold and never warmed up so it was a horrible experience for my dog as he was freezing and shivering the entire time.In addition to that, I always get my dog some bully sticks and treats at the end of his bath because he’s not a big fan of baths. When I brought up all of the different treats, she had no idea what any of the prices were, and she missed quoted us and tried to charge us way too much for the treats. For example, one of the pig twists was $1.99 and she tried to charge me $6.99. In a disgruntled tone she stated, “this book is so confusing” when she was trying to figure out the prices in the book. Just because it’s frustrating you don’t close the book and just charge a random price. This was an awful experience. There’s too many other self-serve dog washes in town, so I will never come back.

Been in customer since 2014 with my two little Maltese and mixed breed angel. They have always done a great job but today I was extremely happy with Budah as our groomer . I have never requested anyone in particular but will from now on will. She did a great job and my dogs actually walked right into door with her and she was super kind to them ❤️. Will continue to request Budah thank you !!

Well, where do I begin? I called on Tuesday to make an appointment for my two pups and spoke with Caitlin. She said 1 & 1:30pm okay, I said fine. She said any groomers okay? I said that's fine too. Come Thursday my husband tried to drop them off only for them to say there were no appointments written down for us. Well, hubby was livia since its very inconvenience. While speaking to Caitlin who told my husband she was the Manager, he handed me the phone and I immediately said what do you mean we have no appointments. I spoke to you! and she immediately said yes I do remember, I wrote them down but somehow, someone must've erased it. Really? Instead of taking accountability, that's what she said happened. While she was supposedly looking for whatever, I said you can't take them right now? She then said Saturday is the next available & 1 said ok, with all this inconvenience, do we get some kind of discount at all? She said I will ask the grooming manager and will call you. Saturday came, no one called me or even to remind us of the appointment.So, who knows if we really had an appointment? I never went because I know there's no appointment again!At this point, we will not be going back there nor refer them to people we know. I wish I could give zero star! So disappointed of this place.

Really cool store with cool dog treats. My dog LOVES their pizza and enjoyed their cannoli. They have a good selection of food and products as well. I got a moose antler, which was cool. Staff are kind.

I would give them a zero if I could the owner is not honest made me drive all the way over there for a price they told me on the phone and then charged me double when I got there , over a hundred when price quoted was 50 .sale items they are always old last time I bought their wild treats for 1199 . Petco You can get them for 499.. family and I have been going there for at least five years to all her different locations really upset me how rude she was if you want to have a good day go somewhere else Shaka.

Ordered food for my dog about 6 weeks ago and the person that took the order stated they will keep the food in stock for me since I need one bag a month. I did this to support a local buisness instead of a chain or online store. So today i go to the store to get a bag of the food they had six week to get and recevied nothing but excuses from the employee about why they do not have the food. So now I have to go somwhere else to get my dogs food. This tells me that you can not rely on this company to do what they say. I will not spend another penny at this store and I will tell all my pet owning friends that the can not be trusted to do what they say.

The Southern Highlands location was very unprofessional today. I can't even begin to say all the things that went wrong today with my 11 year old dog's grooming appointment. I will never bring my dog back ever again to be groomed there!!

I used to go to this location in Southern Highlands with no issues at all, but today I left my dogs early when I picked them up I found one of the leashes with a cut when I return and asked about it they send me to another location that the manager should be there but no, no one called In the fort Apache location the said that the manager should be there tomorrow. Now, who will pay for the leash it was brand new, someone needs to be responsible for that. The customer service in Southern Highlands is the worst, the people there told me lies. I don't think I want to bring my dogs there back.

This is literally the only place that I can get my 3 pit bulls nails cut. They are all so great there. And the homemade treats are a special touch for my pups. Highly recommended!

Gabby was amazing with my dog skittles and I was able to use my own Chris Christensen white on white shampoo she made sure she returned it skittles looks great and he didn’t seem skittish when I picked him up happy carefree will be going back and asking for gabby

Not a fan. Products and services (dog nail trimming) are way over priced, and one time I went the lady at the register was judging me for having my cats on Royal Cannon food to try to convince me to buy a brand they sell. Not a good sales tactic.

I only went in to drop off donations for StreetDawgz but the place was very clean and organized. The cashier was super nice and offered me a cart to bring in all the donations, which was helpful.

Well...we really liked this place when we moved to Southern Highlands...but today, on our 15 or 16th trip, they have double the price of the self wash for big dogs. Now $20. I got there about 11 am...there were three employees at the front. One told me to use room one...when I went in, there was dog hair everywhere! So I moved to room 2....no towels...so had to go back to room one to get them. Another customer came in to the stall next to me and I overheard him say, "You guys just lost a good customer" so obviously he didn't appreciate the double price either. Time to search for a new place. Good luck with your new pricing plan to charge more for bigger dogs!

This was a very nice place to wash your dog . But due to a policy change of charging by the lbs. Of your dog I'll go elsewhere.

I use their "DIY" service. It cost around $15. I have a 100 + lb dog. Getting her professionally groomed all the time can get super expensive. So, taking her here in between spa treatments is awesome. It's still so much easier than trying to do it at home. They provide a dhampoo/ conditioner and a deodorant. They have some brushes and other grooming tools.They provide you with 2 towels.It's a raised tub with a leash, so you don't have to bend over.There's a dryer as well.I really appreciate how clean it is. The staff is very friendly too.I never feel rushed or towered over. It's a very pleasant experience. For me.. My water hating Cane Corso might beg to differ. But she survives every time. I havnt tried any other places that offer this service and I don't really feel a need to.

Let me first start off by saying that I have been coming to this location since 2015. I absolutely love everything about Bone Appetit. The staff is hands down amazing, the products they carry are top of the line. Both of my dogs eat the Primal brand which is found in the freezer section in the back and they love it. They also have an awesome bakery for dog treats as well as fantastic groomers. I don’t go anywhere else for my dog supply needs! This place is the best!!

I brought both of my dogs here the other day for a bath an to get there nails trimmed an they did an awesome job!! Just to inform you your dog will need to be up to date on there shots an you'll need to bring proof of there records also before you can actually get anything done. It took about two hours for both of my dogs which are both a larger sized dog. There bother an sister pit bulls!! They seemed really happy after there apt. An smelled really awesome too!! They also gave them both a really decent sized peanut butter treat afterwards for free. So that was a good surprise. Which they both really enjoyed them.

I have been going here for 2 years for food and grooming. The staff is wonderful. Austin was so helpful to me went above and beyond. I love this store. I also get my 2 dogs groomed there, I go to Gaby and she is wonderful. Really takes her time and does exactly what I want. They also do sales on treats and give you discount for bulk food. love this place..

What a great place to take your pets to take a nice bath. We just took two of our pets to get bathed. We enjoyed the nice room and their shampoos, brushes and towels. The tubs are large and convenient for any size pups. The accommodate little to large size dogs. We have a large bulldog and a boxer puppy. They provide smocks for everyone to wear as well. What an enjoyable experience and now I don't have to clean up all the fur in my own tub. They also offer a free wash after every 10 washes, get the 11th one free. Super enjoyable experience. We will be back again and again.

I went here to self wash my fur baby who truly hates being wet. The staff was really friendly. There were aprons, towels and shampoo already there too.It costs $12 to use their tub.
