Great assortment of corals and fish at great prices with opportunities for deals. Worker was very friendly and knowledgeable with my bombardment of questions! So if you’re looking for help to start a salt water tank, I highly recommend coming here! Will definitely come back any chance I get! Sad I didn’t get the workers name but I stopped by on 2/3/24 at night, he had the best customer service!

I wish could give them a better review but I don’t think they were fair with my purchase…yesterday I visited the store with my family to buy some fish for our new fish tank. Employees were friendly and they even took their time explaining about the fish and which one would be better based on what we already have at home, we ended up buying 5 fishes. They had a sale which was perfect! At checkout I noticed they charged $60 for a fish that was marked $56 on the tank. I didn’t say anything because they already had 40% and I know that could’ve been an easy mistake. We left the store happy..until we got home and put the fish inside the tank we realized one of them was being really aggressive specially with my starfish and crab. We waited a few hours to see if they were getting a long but no. The fish was biting the starfish to the point we decided to separate them. Today we called the store hoping they would take the fish back, we didn’t even want a refund..an exchange would’ve been nice. But they simply said no.Makes me sad because we were really excited to go back to buy more fish from them.

I came across this awesome store on Instagram and just had to pay them a visit. As a kid, I watched my dad set up multiple salt water tanks and I wanted to give it a try myself. When I walked into the store, I was a total newbie, but luckily Daniel was there to guide me every step of the way. He patiently explained the basics of setting up a successful tank and shared so much valuable knowledge with me. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful and friendly mentor to get me started on this exciting new hobby.

Purchased (3) Candycane coral heads, and a mushroom coral here, drove them back 8 hours to where I live, and 3 weeks later still doing amazing! They dip and quarantine their corals and fish before you even buy them, which is a huge plus. Any time im in the Vegas area, will gladly be stopping here again. Great staff, knowledgeable, and high quality stock.

Just stopped by, the front store image presented on Google says freshwater fish. Not the case. Should probably update that picture. That being said..the store looked top notch,clean, and the animals all looked healthy 💯

Scott and his crew are top notch! I showed up a little early becuase I saw they had some fish I wanted on their website and he they let me in anyways. Lucky for me they were having a customer appreciation sale and when everything was said and done, I got a huge maculiceps tang, a medium dussumieri tang and a medium quoyi parrotfish for way, way, way less than anywhere Id ever seen. The fish were all healthy enough to go in my tank and are either grazing the rocks as theyre all herbivores or are fully acclimated to eating what I feed the tank. Scott has a ton of features for shopping at his store and even mentioned that they will be offering delivery very soon. Buy on the site, sit back and wait for your fish. How cool is that? He also does aquarium leasing for homes and offices. Needless to say, Ill be back a lot.

Large variety of saltwater fish and a very beautiful interior. Employees are friendly and answer your questions well. Selections of designer clownfish are available as well, like picasso a2 ocellaris. They also sell saltwater accessories, like the lovely heater that I purchased.

I honestly never leave reviews, but it’s just so refreshing to see honest people in the pet trade. Everyone who works there is so incredibly nice and very knowledgeable about the hobby. I have lots of freshwater experience but am brand new to saltwater. I came in for a tube anemone, I left with a tube anemone and answers to all the questions I had. They gave me honest advice and didn’t try to sell me anything else, I was actually dissuaded from getting anything else which is quite rare in this industry. I’ve been to lots of fish stores and worked at a pet store myself, this place is honestly such a gem and I’d recommend it to anyone wanting to get into the hobby. Everything looked super healthy and they even talked with me about where they source their animals. They also gave me insulated packaging since I live far away completely free of charge. You can definitely tell that they really care about the well-being of their creatures.

Great selection of fish and if they don’t have it then they will order for you. While I was there, I was impressed by one thing that you normally don’t see in any fish store. An employee was talking to someone with a new tank. He wanted a particular fish. The employee told him you’re not ready for that yet. I wish there were more People in the hobby that would give good advice and not just try and sell you something. Way to go artistic oceans.

This is my favorite saltwater store. I am fairly new to having a saltwater tank, and I have had lots of questions 😅. They are very knowledgeable and offer immediate help if not with a customer, but if they are, you will be acknowledged 😁. Everyone who works there is super wonderful. I definitely recommend Artistic Oceans for your saltwater needs.

This place is so awesome, for so many reasons. They constantly have new shipments of fish and coral, but this isn't the reason that they are so awesome. The main reason I rave about this place is because of how helpful they are. ALWAYS. Other local fish stores honestly are more concerned about their business. The people here are hobbyists just like anyone with a tank.I recently set out to start my saltwater reef tank, and any time I ask them questions about my tank they always take their time to help me fully understand the situation and give me a full on plan on how to tackle any issues, and to be honest anytime they've given me advice, it works. I've walked in so many times, and didn't spend a dime but I would stand around and talk to them and ask questions. Most places could care less cause I didn't spend any money. But the people here are always more than happy to help me and explain to me how I can set my tank up for success. Truly amazing people and workers at Artistic Ocean.

I've tried to buy fish here that were sick or had some sort of irregularities and they refuse to sell it on the spot, ensuring that they only sell quality, healthy fish. If you are in the area this is the place to go.

Went in and did the usual pretend I know relatively little and see how the workers respond let’s say they didn’t do well at all actually they seemed rushed to do nothing when I was the only one in there they acted as if all my questions bothered them and to top it off the worker of the fish store told me I shouldn’t look at the more expensive stuff I nearly bursted out laughing I could barely hold it in she recommended I looked at the cheap frags I assume anyone with a decent tank and decent buying habits already knows not to buy from a place filled with ich and aptasia but the icing on the cake is when there display is being overrun with algae killing corals but if you want to overpay for mid corals this your place there are some amazing other places in town with more fair prices like it genuinely surprises me the amount of good reviews a place can have while charging up to 2-300% normal rates but giving you below average taken care of corals I usually shop at high end shops and have no problem paying a premium for quality these guys just forgot the quality

Love this store! Every time I come the staff is always polite and asks me how things are with me and my reef tank, not to mention the crazy amount of variety between fish and coral here. #1 place for euphyllia in town! I hope these guys never shut down as I won’t go anywhere else in town due to bad experiences. This place is the s***!!!

I recently visited the store because I was told that you had a coral cat shark when I entered the store I was immediately greeted and was helped with locating the coral cat shark (which I did buy). The staff was professional and courteous. I cant wait to go back on my next day off and let them know that the little baby coral cat shark has officially ate multiple times for me and is expected to live a long healthy life...

Definitely recommend this place among most others! Scott was great and welcoming from the minute we walked in. They know their stuff and aren’t just looking for a quick sale. Scott helped me hand pick out some live rock and got my first saltwater tank looking pristine. You can really tell these guys know what they are doing. I went to another fish store before this (we’ll leave them nameless) and let’s just say I seriously don’t wish that experience on ANYONE trying to get into this hobby for the first time. Night and day difference. I will be going to Scott at Artistic Oceans from now on and recommend you do the same! Great selection of coral and fish to float any boat with great pricing. They also carry the best products for your aquarium making keeping everything happy one less chore. Thanks again Scott can’t wait to see you guys again!

I called this company with questions regarding my fish tank, and how the water has continued to get cloudy no matter how many times I have changed out the water. I spoke with Eric who was very helpful in suggesting some solutions that would help fix my issue. Although I was just scouting out stores to buy from once my reef tank was all running And all I bought was some live rock. I thought this place was great tanks are well taken care of no signs of green hair all the coral was in great shape. The gentleman who was at the store ( his name escapesMe, I apologize) did a great job in taking the time to get what I needed. Also talked fish with me and was extremely knowledgeable about the hobby. I think I found the store I will go with for all of my live stock needs. Great job ,clean place, and great people thank you.
