Very nice people, very willing to help an old lady over and over again. Mike my cashier was very nice and soft spoken and answered my questions. Tyrus, I hope I'm not spelling it wrong. He took time for me twice with a smile on his face. He took time out of doing his job to help me, loved him. Kiyanea ( KiKi) was all smiles and very nice and helpfull. Love this store, Thank you all

As usual per Albertsons style I over spent, on everything I needed... This is all thanks to the.99 cent store being overly crowded and shopped...But truly I appreciate the employees and how full they keep the shelves

Great fresh organic choices here.Store is clean, and the assistant produce staff is very nice.Edit: They now have a wonderful selection of meatless-soyfree items to choose from.I was very impressed.They even have a new brand where the substitute is jackfruit.I cant wait to try it.Check out the Cooked Quinoa 😆The package said slice and use for burgers etc.

They are turning on the air conditioning started on Dec 22. In the slot room. Are they trying kill or hospitalize the employees in there? This is a corporate thing. Why would they crank the air conditioning in the middle of winter? They are spending money to get the employees in there sick...

I always shopped here by orchards where we grow up, this store never gave me any problems the most amazing Albertsons I seen in Vegas better than other Albertsons, excellent service, excellent staff

Friendly employees wearing facemasks, a good selection of quality meats including Carne Asada and T-bone steaks, a nice selection of custom cakes including the Kit-Kat & M&M's candy filled cake and Character cakes, Talenti Gelato, and Oui French Style Yogurt by Yoplait. I really enjoyed my trip to this store. There is an Albertsons near where I live, but it's not set up like this one; it doesn't offer fresh chicken already cubed. I haven't decided if I like the different layout in produce though. I'll have to get back to you on that. I've noticed different ones lately.

You guys never disappoint me with the cakes!!! You always take my outrageous requests and make them come to life. I love this bakery!! I will never use another one! My daughter's cake this year was so perfect! Very different but perfect! Thank you so much for sheets doing such a great job. All of you. And your customer service is ahead on point. All in all it was a good store choice. They were out of sock on a few things that are on sale.. (day 2 of the new ad) but I got most of what I wanted. I stopped at the meat counter and after a few minutes walked away because no one was there. This I have found to be common with that location (Nellis and Vegas Valley)

So, I go into Albertsons and spent $39.91 at 8 pm on 9/22/23 store 4024, and then i go to sit on the bench to rest a minute, because I walk with a heavy guitar case on my back. Only sat on this bench for about 15 minutes, then a security guard comes out and tells me that they don't want anyone sitting in front of the store. This is kind of funny, because the homeless and other of Las Vagrants finest always congregate here on a daily basis, but they say nothing to them at all. That's was some ol bull Twinkie right there, but whatever it's all good. Wasn't doing anything wrong at all, whatsoever, and I am a paying and legitimate returning customer, and I get treated this way. God bless your hearts Albertsons, your staff, and your security team. I'll be praying for you all. Amen.

Just moved from Cali, love Smiths but I miss the Safeway set up and quality meat, produce etc. Staff is extremely nice and personable. most of the time I have a quiet and quick shopping experience. Parking is alright, there is ALWAYS someone driving reckless in the parking lot so be mindful

The Supermarket is very clean and easy to find the items you need. Their Fried Chicken 🍗 🐔 😋 is crunchy and moist and not too Salty.Their weekly Promotional items are superb 👌 and they always give something FREE for being a Loyal Customer as long you join the Club . . .TO THE ALBERTSONS & VONS MANAGEMENT . . . The store associates where super helpful and nice, but the smell was awful. I understand that it’s an old building so the pipes are old but something has to give. I felt bad for the employees and other customers that where walking around with their noses covered. An before anyone says the store was probably dirty, I can assure you it was not. It was very clean and well stocked.

If you go to Albertsons look for sales that how you can get low prices every thing is high priced we use to go there when the prices were low now we go to Walmart prices are a little lower and you can get what you need Albertsons is a clean store and the employees are nice and helpful but the prices are high one jar of pennant butter $5.99 Walmart same pennant butter lower same thing on bread and other things prices to high I like Albertsons just it's high priced

The girl who works at the self checkout was rather rude to my aunt. My aunt doesn't speak English. She wanted to pay using her card and was having trouble doing so. The employee tells my aunt "your card no good!" Despite my aunt trying to tell her the card was good the employee just kept talking over my aunt saying "It's no good. That's why. Card no good!" And seemed annoyed my aunt wasn't understanding. That's when a customer behind us pointed out my aunts card had a chip and needed to be inserted, rather than slided across. Problem was solved, card was approved.still though I'm angry for the way that employee was talking to my aunt , as if she were stupid. That employee deserves to get fired. Or at least learn how to apologize

God Bless them, they are doing their Best to keep this Store Open.I'm Proud of the Staff for Providing the Correct Change and for being able to Fill the Management Positions with People who can look Both ways before Crossing the Street.

Update 12/17/21Have not been so happy with their customer service so lowered my rating! Understaffed, not so friendly, have witnessed people in store threaten each other (apparently knowing each other) and calling attention by most shoppers yet management did not do anything! Very shocking! Their sales have become minimal and so have I as far as shopping there. No one online to complain to...no thanks!UPDATE: For some reason their App is giving notice to update as of 10/08/20 but there is no update. Could not use electronic coupons that week. NOW old app working but still tells to update?!

I just move to the are I was so happy to have an Albertsons store close to me, after a years . But the customer service what the lady do on me not fear. I was behind a lady I was the last customer on the line and just have 2 things because my little boy was wishing to eat a bread . One of the cashier came to me after 10 minutes to tell on bad moon move from because the lady front of me will be last customer they will take . She was so rude . She went to open another cashier . It’s not the store sometimes are the persons with bad moon working there and contaminated the air . I will try not to go often now . A lot people wish to have work and people that have job work on bad moon unhappy

2023 update: I knew when Kroger bought Albertsons that they would eventually make changes. The changes all appear to have been made and the store is awful because of it! Even though Albertsons is literally around the corner from me, I'm willing to actually go to Smith's or a different grocery store, or even have it delivered by instacart, then shop at Albertsons anymore.I do want to point out that it is not the employees or the managers fault of Albertsons, they're working with what they have. Unfortunately what they have is Kroger's.Prices are more than some other grocery stores, but they are always clean, they have good fresh fruit and vegetables, and the bakery is ok.

An employee by the name of Diane who works there in the deli was very rude and disrespectful.Even after I spoke to the manager by the name of Kenny when I spoke to the Supervisor ( Kinney ) didn't seem to bother him when I was making the even though she was mumbling words behind his back and even heard her say. Like she didn't care and I can go F ! Myself doing all this didn't even seem to.

Eh it's so so. The self checkout lines are comparable to a walmart. Those things were meant for in and out transactions not full load carts. Finding things is hit and miss and my favorite part is the onslaught of homeless people asking for money at the one and only entrance/exit they have. So if you need to park in the handicapped stalls park near cause the other doors are shut and you will need to walk a bit which defeats the purpose of parking in a handicapp stall.

This used to be my primary grocery store. I like the store, selections and sales but one too many times I ran into rude employees. The last time, I decided to switch to Smith's. I do still go to Albertsons but not regularly. Their floral department is always on point. Flowers are fresh and displays are very nice.

It was nice and cool. Some people were waiting for carts, I only needed a couple of things, so a cart wasn't necessary. The lines at self checkout were going smoothly and quickly. The attendant registers were busy. The store was fresh and clean.

Not my regular store, the door was locked 15 ft away from the handicap carts‼️I had to walk a quarter mile to get a handicap block cart! That door all the way down to the other door and then all the way back to the handicap carts. Store was not stocked very good I could not imagine not being able to buy a packet of Bologna. No pre-made salads.

Lady in the deli Ellie is very rude and unprofessional. Poor customer service skills. Sad Major company that should have higher quality staff and more professionalism.went in today Ellie was working gossiping about another co worker was irritated and I felt was just put out by even being bothered I normally go there all the time I will never return no one should ever treat customers so bad
