4 stars because they still aren't back to open 24hrs yet.I went in a few days ago for spring rolls. It was early, so I had to wait a few mins. While I waited, I grabbed a Starbucks. Staff was friendly all the way around.The stand out on this morning was the produce section. It was picture perfect. The produce was gorgeous and the dept. was squeaky clean. By far, one of the nicest Albertsons in the city.

Lately the place seem cleaner, more organized. Still finding expired baked goods all the time. The meat case was exceptionally neat. Fast checkout better in self checkout.

This Albertsons delivery is the best and their employees work hard to pick their best items. If there's a problem, they'll call and allow me to pick my own substitutes. Dawn has been fantastic and her voice and great attitude helps create a phone presence that makes me feel like her most important customer. I also miss them being open.24 hours. Even in the summer heat, my order's delivered ASAP by professionals who take pride in their service, I live closer to another Albertsons so they travel further yet my warm foods are warm and my cold foods are cold like I picked them up myself.

My partner and I placed an order for delivery that came from this location and received expired and damaged food, submitted my refund request IMMEDIATELY and took pictures for proof because the email stated more information may be needed. Was told to wait 24-48hrs for my refund to be processed and that time frame has passed. Talked to two people in the chat and even called in and talked to someone and they’re telling me to wait 3-5 more business days even after escalation, on top of the 2 days I already PATIENTLY waited. I use EBT and have never had to wait 3-5 business days for a refund, and I shouldn’t have to wait longer than the email and the app said I would have my refund. I need to replace the expired and damaged food you all gave me. Albertsons has DECLINED so much in the past 3 years and I honestly will stop shopping there. Ordering and in store.

Terrible customer service. i went in for three cleaning supplies and beelined straight to the “express” check out. At least 8 people were in front of me, but i figured since everyone has under 15 items, the wait time wouldn’t be so bad. Oh was i wrong. The cashier was so SLOW. i waited 22 minutes in line and didn’t move to another line cause they were backed up until the aisles!!! Only 3 registers were open at rush hour time. i finally make it to the front and she makes a mistake so a manager was called which took an additional 5 minutes. Terrible. It took me 1 minute to grab what i needed and 27 minutes to check out. Bad management.

Store is nice and clean and the employee's are very helpful but the prices are high we look for sales and coupons for thing we buy that's the only way we go there to get the sales we live on government checks so it's not easy to get what we want or need only if it's on sale good luck on shopping

The number of obstructed isle was more than enough that I don't plan to come back. It was a real struggle to get anything I came for! The overhead announcements are head splittingly loudTo add insult to injury, they did not even have the product I specifically came here for.

I like this location because it is close to home. While I don't think it is the best location, it also isn't the worst. I've never had a bad experience there. It is in an area that has a good deal of homeless people and the theft is pretty high. As a result of that, they have to keep the restroom doors locked and many items are locked behind plexiglass doors and require an employee to come to unlock it for you. If you are there at a very busy time you may have to wait up to 15 minutes for someone to unlock your item(s). Aside from those few negative things this is a good store. The employees are always pleasant, friendly, and helpful.

I love Albertsons but this location has multiple employees who have been cruel to me and my service dog (who is perfectly well behaved.One employee made a kicking motion toward her because she was sitting next to me and the employee wanted to pass on that side!! The self checkout female! UghGoogle asked for an update, so:May 15, 2024Things are better since that last review 3 yrs ago.I still run into weird looks occasionally but mostly much nicer people. No one has said a word about my dog since I posted that review, so either Management saw it and had a meeting, or something else changed... Either way, one star has moved up to 4 stars over the last 3 yrs.

This is my local neighborhood grocery store. I frequent this Albertson’s several times a week. The store is always clean and the employees have always been very friendly and accommodating. I previously had one questionable experience, but did not want to let that define the entire store.Recently, I have had the best service at the self check out line. Specifically Abbi. She was extremely helpful, energetic, funny and polite all at the same time. It’s experiences and connections like this that make me look forward to my weekly trips. I just want to say thank you for going above and beyond to keep the self checkout lines running smoothly, and efficiently. The clerks have helped me with the Albertsons app and making sure I get all of the discounts that are available to me. I’m very thankful for the smiling faces that greet and help. Keep up the good work. Thank you!

Great produce, especially the asparagus, apples & strawberries. There are only a handful of items I can't get here (King's Hawaiian hamburger buns, Cara Cara oranges, plant-based cookie dough). Always stocked. Prices aren't very competitive, but they make up for it with variety and quantity.

I went to the Starbucks on a random trip with me and my husband and daughter. The young lady was so sweet to us! She made our drink with love. She said her name was Marie her name tag started with a (N) but I will definitely be making another trip just to see her for my Pink drink

Terrible service .. Starbucks employees are very rude and disrespectful. I heard one of the employer talking about a costumer using his ebt being very unprofessional and disrespectful. They need better costumer Service and be taught it’s rude disrespectful disgusting talking about customers in front of other customers. Btw people if you are using ebt for Starbucks they are charging you guys more on propose .. I heard the guy manager telling his other employees to charge for everything next time because it’s ebt and making funny jokes very sad and he also said if it’s cash or debit don’t over charge them so be careful at this Albertsons they discriminate people as I seen . Poor service 👎

Not the best place to go.The cashier called for help twice and no one came. She even complained to me about it when I just wanted to pay and get out of there.There were lines in the self checkout and only one actual person in the regular checkout lanes. Looks like no one wants to do anything.

The cakes! This Albertsons has pretty good cake selection for every occasion! They never disappoint. On the bad note, their fresh produce section is ALWAYS half empty in the mornings .. how do they want me to buy something, if there's nothing to buy?! It can be a bit pricey to shop here, but they have some good offers too.

That store is always so clean and quite appealing. Whenever I go in there the staff are friendly and helpful. Including the cashier who was meant to take your money. Always find a great deal or the presentation is worth the price. Keep up the good work
