This is honestly the worst pharmacy ever. Not only do they refuse to provide information on when your prescription will be ready. They are extremely RUDE and ABRASIVE. I was forced to switch to this walgreens because of their policies. They still treat me poorly. I’m literally been vomiting for 5 days. Doctor sent in medicine, I called for an update and she REFUSED to tell me how long before the meds would be ready. Would give ZERO stars if I could.

I don’t write reviews but I must say, unfortunately almost 99% of the time I come to this location I am reminded why I avoid it.If it’s the very early morning, the opening associate he is great— and he’s the ONLY reason I gave this location two stars! if it’s after the early morning.I find The associates to be unpleasant and rude even if you are a polite person.I watched one of them continued to walk past me for 10 muntutes holding a large FedEx box only to ask me finally when he could I guess no longer ignore me” oh are you dropping off” , then address the person behind me with a “Hello and how are you,” when all I was was polite and very patient even after the women at the counter told me I had to “ just go wait over there” said.Wished him a good day he ignored me and continued without speaking. It’s sad because it’s the closet to the freeway here so it’s convenient, but I ask myself “ at what cost”

The pharmacy, yikes!I work at a clinic, and our electronic prescription system went down, meaning patients received prescription-pad prescriptions. During my busy morning, I got a call from a mom who's husband was trying to get their son's eye drop prescription filled. She said they were refusing to fill it because it was missing information.Call the pharmacy and pull up the scan of the written prescription while I'm on hold. Everything's in place and filled out. I ask the tech what the issue was, and she rudely stated that there wasn't a clinic name, fax, or phone number on the paper. I informed her that I was looking at it in the upper-right corner, and she said it was blacked out? I asked her why, and she said whoever photocopied it must've bent the paper. Wrong. I told her the parents had the paper prescription still in hand, and if she as the tech decided to copy it, it was not the parent's fault that she screwed it up. She then proceeded to tell me the parents needed to come back and bring back the prescription, and "they might be able to fill it." I hung up, called the parents and asked them to take it to Walmart. They filled it no problem. The parents said the tech at Walgreens was rude and abrasive. I told them she was that way with me as well. I understand the verification to ensure the prescriptions are real, but if you have the doctor's office calling to verify, then it should be filled with no attitude.I can also see if it was a prescription for narcotics or painkillers, but eye drops for a 2 year old? Ridiculous.

Absolutely incompetent. The pharmacy is slow. Over a week of delays. keeps trying to bill the wrong insurance. Then said it wasn't covered. After paying full price come to find out it was covered and run. There is definitely something not right. My elderly parent should not have to wait so long.

Store manager that works the day shift is rude it's ridiculous! Really smart slick mouth needs to be fixed ASAP asked her one question about a picture I ordered online And she goes whatever u ordered it's what it is but why u so rude when u Just cut the picture out freshly how don't u know the size if u jus made it fresh this lady is really rude I didn't catch her name but I will when I call the store manager in the morning

Made a stop here on my way home from work. At 10:50pm (10 minutes before close) I walk up to the doors and they don't open. I look in and the kid (who happens to be the manager) at the register shakes his head at me a walks to the back. At 10:55pm another customer pulls up as a different employee sees us standing at the door. He says sorry we are closed. We point out that it's not 11pm and that I had been their since 10 minutes before close. He said but the manager already took the til back. The other customer asks to speak to the manager. The kid comes up and slightly cracks the door, says that they are closed . We again say it's not 11, he says he already took the til back. We state that he shouldn't have because it's not 11 and that we are going to call corporate. He then says their systems were down so he wouldn't have been able to help us, So why keep the store open. Super rude and cocky about closing earlier than he should've, until we mentioned corporate. Then he gave us condescending appolgies.

The cashier was unable or unwilling to do a split charge.. She quickly gained an attitude. I was shocked since she was an older woman I figured she had more people skills but no I was wrong.She didnt even bother to call a manager over if she was unable to do a split charge. I didnt want to deal with her bad attitude so I paid cash.

Best day ever cause I’m moving out of state and never have to step foot in this POS pharmacy ever again!! I will remember this day for the rest of my life. 2 years of constant problems. Mistakes on meds, the amount of my time wasted from my life spent in here far exceeded anything I’ve ever experienced in my many years of this planet. Good luck for anyone who fills prescriptions here and good luck Walgreens if this is direction you’re going.

I had to go into the pharmacy twice and go to the drive thru once to get my prescription filled. They were not communicative, slow (to the point I was getting dizzy standing in line feeling like I was going to pass out/throw up), staff was laughing and joking while sick and elderly were standing in a long line at the window.The girl who cashed me out had an attitude, and as I left without thanking them as I usually do, a staff member shouted “You’re Welcome!” In a sarcastic attitude at me.I’ve used this pharmacy for years, they are always slow, but they’ve been rude. I will not be returning.

Pulled into the pharmacy drive-thru lane at 4:32pm for a 4:45 COVID test appointment for travel, three minutes earlier than the 10 minutes prior advised by Walgreens. Waited in line for 58 minutes before finally pulling up the window at 5:30 on the nose. I wasn’t upset, figured the staff were doing their best in a rush. Upon informing them of my appointment, I was rudely scolded, “um, you know you’re pretty late, right?!” I got the sense they thought I was lying about the wait time, and told me they can’t do tests after 5pm and to reschedule.I’m sure there are higher-ups in Walgreens mandating such a policy, but the rude reaction really did it for me. Don’t think I’ll be back

This place is a joke and their pharmacy staff is a joke. Always slow. There's always a long line. I used the drive through and was told to hold on just for them to help someone that came in after me before they even knew what I wanted. Every other Walgreens I've been to was faster, more efficient, and just all around better. Just a joke of a place and a joke of a staff. Don't go here unless you want long lines, and a hassle.

Worst visit to try to drop off and pick up a prescription ever!We sat in the drive thru for over half an hour to drop off a script. We were told by Martha that it would be 2 hours to fill once we finally got to the window. We returned at 10pm as that was the time we were told the prescription would be ready. Martha was super rude and informed me that the prescription and yet to be started and it would be later. I get you have scripts backing up but if the delivery was more personable with the slightest bit of compassion I would not be writing this review. We went inside to wait as my son needed this pain medication following his surgery. We watched people come up to the counter to pick up scripts that were not ready and then filled before we even got ours. We asked Martha why this happened and she replied that his medication was in the safe and was in the process of being filled. It would be a bit longer. Why did we even have to ask? Communication is not a priority here. As of this moment my family and I will no longer be filling outlet prescriptions at Walgreens. It's unfortunate because this has been our families preferred quick service and prescription go to. I'm beyond disappointed in the lack of care and compassion at this one location.

I had a nice experience here, went to go and get a vaccination and the wait time was very quick, and the pharmacist who gave my shot, Alex, was respectful and friendly, and gave me everything I needed

This has got to be the worst Walgreens in nv... my parents got a Walgreens Medicare advantage plan and I'm not sure if it's just not enough people, not enough sense or not enough work ethic- but when they have a prescription sent in and fail to fill it for those 7 days, then say I can pick it up when they should all know that they no longer stock the item...so you make 3 trips to pick u 1 prescription and STILL CAN'T GET IT BUT GOD FORBID THEY AT LEAST CALL TO LET YOU KNOW!!!!I sent a message to the corporate office... I hope others do as well!

Pharmacy has a God complex. Meaning they hope that all their customers would meet God, as soon as possible. I wouldn't trust them to fill anything that allows you to live day to day, cuz they don't care if you live or not.

I was on the phone with the pharmacist tech and she kept cutting me off as I was speaking. I was trying to tell her to look at my account , because there was a manufacturer coupon to reduce cost of my meds. She kept cutting me off and then said ok i made it go through, she said thanks and hung up on me. I rarely make a negative review and I understand they are busy , but when it comes to someone health and money they should slow down.

The Pharmacy staff leaves much to be desired. They don't follow patients directions with regard to when to fill or not fill prescriptions. If you're in between scripts they will give you a partial fill on the expiring script rather than fill the new script, forcing you to come back and suffer the long wait at their drive thru lines. They really went downhill when they ended 24 hour service. The old grave yard crew there was spot on and took care of any problems the day staff couldn't or wouldn't handle.

They have lied to me twice saying my prescription will be ready in 2 hours come back 4 hours later still not ready, said it would be ready in 1 hour. Came back to next day they said my prescriptions not even in the store should show up later today. I heard the drive through next to me was having a similar problem, don't go here!

Unfortunately this pharmacy is quicker than the other Walgreens in this area and that says something because you’re still waiting an obscene amount of time because they’re understaffed with 8 people working in their pharmacy. I’ve seen other pharmacies run with two people and move faster than this.I have seen 3 people turned away because they’re prescription they called in yesterday isn’t ready. Mine was ready when I called yet magically they haven’t started it by the time I showed up. The line in 10 people deep and they have one person running around like a crazy person instead of helping guests.My prescription I was having filled? A pre filled birth control. They literally have to stick it in the bag and turned me away. I don’t usually complain but this has been the regular here and I am truly tired of it.

Pharmacy is awful.I have never had a good experience with this pharmacy. They are ALWAYS hours behind schedule so if they tell you your prescriptions will be ready at a certain time make sure to add at least two hours to that time. Also, if you have something that requires medication (like pneumonia) don't drop your prescriptions off with them. I made this mistake and when I called 30 hours later to check on them they told me that my scripts hadn't been put in to be filled ... So, why else would I have dropped them off if I didn't want them to be filled?? Seriously?! I have pneumonia! I'm supposed to be on antibiotics!Truly, go ANYWHERE else for prescriptions.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. They told me my sons prescriptions were ready to pick up. I drove over there and waited 45 minutes in the drive thru for them to tell me they were ready but can’t give them to me because they need to call the dr. They should have done that before they told me they were ready. My son does not have his pills and the pharmacist was not empathetic at all. His prescriptions were filled the month before and this should have not been a problem. Do not use this pharmacy unless you love waiting forever in line or don’t actually want your prescriptions. I will be switching pharmacies ASAP. They dont care about their customers at all.

Went to get my covid booster shot after filling out everything on line. After standing in line for 30 minutes. They told me they couldn't print my paper work out so I'D have to fill it out again they had but just couldn't print it. SO I LEFT WHAT A WASTE OF 2 HOURS OF MY DAY.This is the walgreens at 101 lake mead parkwayIn Henderson.
