Gonna find a new grocery store. $7.99 for butter, absolutely ridiculous. My weekly bill has gone up $54 since last week. The prices are nuts. A cheese ball from deli $9.79. overall there are no sales prices. Finding a new place to shop

Just bad. There's always homeless people in the parking lots asking for anything and there is nothing done about it. The floors are dirty and aren't cleaned properly. These are the only two issues I mainly have about the actual store. The whole plaza in general also brings it down because it only gives more space for everything to happen in.People don't know how to drive properly, pedestrians don't look anywhere when walking, and it's just such a small space to fit everyone who would want to be here.Going into personal issues I have, the inside of the store is quite unpleasant. The warm lighting combined with the already warn colors on the walls and decor don't offer a lot to the eyes; It just blends all together. The blue wall at the front is just out of place with the overall theming inside. The lights are placed on these bars hanging from the ceiling trying to look like a cozy bakery or coffee shop but just seem like an eye sore when they are also warm shaded.None of the inside architecture and whatnot are bringing down the rating, this location just isn't good in my opinion. I would much rather go somewhere in the middle of vegas rather than inside this store. It's a dread every time I have to walk inside.

If you have 20 people that need checked out at once, 1 register opened and 5 employees standing at self checkout just talking amongst themselves it’s very annoying. It’s sometimes difficult for patrons to check out their own large orders in that tiny area with no long belt for groceries. Open up registers! Please!

Every time without fail I get egnored at the delivery everything along with my coworkers. Today I had enough I was second in line at the cash register behind a white let me say it again WHITE MAN asking about there subs then when it was my turn the worker just up and left even after I said hey can I get a fork. a toda mi gente no compren aqui!!!

I like to go to Smiths because they carry Boar's Head brand in their deli but they really need to get some help in the deli. I've been in and out of the DMV quicker than I get my number call at the counter.2 day they called number 27 when I walked up and I pulled 36. By the time they got to 29 most of the customers had given up and walked away(20+ mins for 2 customers???)All the employees are friendly and working hard but they just can't keep up with demand get them some help!!!!Edit: the picture I added was not from the same day.

Horrible customer service sometimes. My friend who is an insta cart delieverer, got treated like trash. He took a little while to get his order together but when he came back and asked for the cart because they moved it. And they were extremely rude to him and then proceeded to lie and gossip to their co workers. To an extent to where he is 86'ed like they proceeded to say he yelled and was demanding. Yet he is a shy polite person and his story is way different. They shouldn't be able to kick him out for a mis communication. Mind you he asked if he could put it there for 15 to 20 mins n he comes back n the other people say it's a 10 minute time limit.

I made a visit to the store's bakery and flowers/balloon department. I needed a last minute cake. I am typically a planner. But I was elated to discover that the Smith's bakery could bake and design my cake in 24 hours. It was an incredible experience. I worked with Carina & Nancy. They were both wonderful! I can tell you that I will be ordering my cakes from this bakery from now on!!! the cake was BEAUTIFUL, fast and most importantly......delicious.I had I needed balloons and Alexis from the flower the department helped me out....she explained which balloons would last just a few hours which was very helpful. It's the small details that really matter. She even tied the balloons together so that they wouldn't tangle! These folks are wonderful!.

The meat is old and grey, the produce has little to no flavor and the bakery has very few edible desserts. Even with all that, the employees take the cake for being the worst. A few months ago I was hit by the door while looking at the discount rack so hard I could barley walk for a few days and the reaction I got from the employee was a very sarcastic "do you wanna write an incident report?". The other day I was having card problems and both the employees at the front were rude about it and when my boyfriend ran home to get another card, which took maybe 5-10 minutes, they did nothing but glare at me with crossed arms like I was a theif. I asked if I could just put my ice cream in the freezer so it wouldn't melt and the lady said someone would do that for me, but shocker they never did. They must have been too busy acting loss prevention while I was playing on my phone waiting for the card. I don't ever want to set foot in a smith's again.

I came straight over from the doctor’s office to pick up my prescription,I had to drive around at least 15 minutes to find a parking space close to the pick up window..However none of the Smith’s pharmacy pick up spaces we’re available due to people not caring.What is even worse is one of those spaces was being used by a Smiths employee, I saw her drink her soda and smoke her cigarette, and then when she was done , still left her Black Chevy parked there. I called and reported it to the mgr. which she did not do anything about it.It’s a shame that someone that is really I’ll has to suffer because of some selfish employee.Shame on her and the mgr. that condones it.

My local Smith's on Boulder Highway NEEDS more staff.Everyone there is awesome, but definitely overworked. They are frequently out of supplies. Check-out is long=short staffed. But Beth, Melinda, Shane are amazing and all the Cashiers!!

Had to come to review! I have been shopping at this particular Smith’s for over a year. The customer service I received last night was out of this world!! I had an online order and was informed by three separate employees, at three different times including someone who looked like a manager, that there would be a slight delay due to the large amount of orders they had. All three were very professional and kind, especially when you compare them to other retailers.This pickup team is a notch above the rest! They are careful and considerate, and I’ve never had an issue with the freshness or quality of the items I receive. I’ve ordered from them 8-10 times so far. They are also quick to let you know if they need to make a substitution, or are out of something.Awesome team! They are very well coordinated and managed, even under great stress.

I had the worst experience in Smiths on Boulder hwy !!!!!Rudy the store director was very rude to me !!!!!I have been shopping there for years they know me the checkers are so nice !!!!Mr Rudy kicked me out of the store I have been shopping there with my puppy Harley for 5 weeks he is being trained for a support animal he was in a harness and a leash and put properly in a carrier when I was heading to check out Rudy came up told me I had to leave and asked me what does my puppy do for me what task he does he was in the wrong and it’s illegal to ask !!!! I have all the proper paperwork for Harley!!!Rudy and a two other employees were laughing and looking at me I was hurt and embarrassed by his actions!!!!!!!!

This is honestly a sad excuse for a Smits. Its a disgrace to the Henderson community. The quality of this store is unexceptably low I don't understand how we can have such a great quality store a couple minutes away from this one and it's the same exact store.They must take all of the horrible employees (because that's the issue with this location) and place them here so they can be rude and disrespectful to the customers. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come in here the employees are just so horrible they don't speak to you when you try talking to them and they're the least help you can find in the whole place.

I love this story. I have been going here almost exclusively for 13 years. The meat and produce are fresh. The selection is great. They have a good bakery and deli, although the deli gets busy the fried chicKen is great. Smith s has lots of good sales and digital coupons. I prefer to use the curbside pick up and shop on the app. One complaint is that they don't have enough checkers in the morning. They want everyone to use self check but it's impractical when you have a larger order. But it seems this is a common practice now which is fine since it is quick for small orders and helps keep costs/prices down. Overall my favorite place to shop. Shout out to Krista in the curbside pickup/click list department she is the best.

Food part of store is great. Wish I could say the same about the pharmacy and people that work there don't care about their customers charging for medication that my insurance says I should get for free with no copay. That's why they blamed it on the insurance after I spoke with the insurance they say there should be no copay but yet they insisted the insurance transferred my prescription to CVS and no copay we have no concern about people's financial well-being or even their health well-being I would not recommend this pharmacy to anybody do yourself a favor use a real pharmacy.

The customer service is beyond horrible, if your black might as well not even go to self check out all the employees will be breathing down your neck and not paying attention to anyone else .I asked for management to give my concerns was told none was on shift , I called once I left the store an manger answered . The employees don’t look presentable the store has an horrible smell and employees energy are horrible will be my first and last time at this location.

Wish it could be 3 and 1/2 and not just 3 stars. Because the store itself is not bad. It's clean, busy days aren't horrible, and they have great produce!However, they are not the most handicap friendly location as of 7/22/21 while they do offer plenty of Handicap parking spaces, if you need a mobility cart inside they are usually out, and you will have to wait in line for one.Recently found out they have 4 mobility carts on hand.The staff are generally friendly and helpful, but they do have their bad days.Overall it's a fairly good store, I would recommend it as long as you don't need a mobility cart or have your own, so you won't have a long wait.

I LOVE this location. Every week I do an order pickup and it is the easiest thing ever. I have never had a bad experience picking up my groceries. Everyone is always super nice and fast. For my daughter's birthday last year we got her cake from the bakery and it turned out great! I just mentioned Minecraft and the lady knew exactly what to do.

If you want to be run over going in or out by all means come to this smiths. Over the last week while working I have been hit almost 6 times coming in and out of the store. People do not pay any attention to the clear stop sign in front of the store. Sadly more elderly shop here so if it's not me someone will be hurt soon.
