Today my sister took her 2 dogs to the bathroom and cut the hair of the smallest one, they only bathed him and cut his nails, saying that he was not allowed to do anything, he is a Pomeranian of almost 1 year old, they have already taken him before and They cut his hair but today it seems that they didn't want to work, he really needs a cut and they didn't cut it, the other puppy had longer hair in one place and short hair in another, the previous time my sister had a hard time when they insisted that the smallest dog was not vaccinated and they did not have it written down in their system when clearly he had everything up to date. We will change the place for the bathroom but we wanted to share this so that they become aware of the treatment that is given to their clients, we are not asking for anything as a gift, we are paying to be given a good service.

Great grooming experience. When I checked in, I was offered a package with better pricing. After picking up my pup, another customer stopped me and let me know how sweet and caring the groomer was with my girl as they waited for me. Thank you for taking such good care! 😁🐶🐾

I've been using Petsmart's Pet Hotel for overnight stays for my dog and have generally been impressed with the level of service provided. The staff members here are truly wonderful; they're not only professional but also genuinely caring and affectionate towards all the pets. It's evident they go above and beyond to make sure the pets feel comfortable and loved during their stay. This kind of attention is invaluable and gives me peace of mind knowing my dog is in good hands. However, I recently learned that the Pet Hotel has made a significant change to their staffing policy - they no longer have an overnight attendant. This development has raised some concerns for me. The thought of my dog and other pets being left unattended for the entire night is quite unsettling. I understand that incidents or emergencies can happen unexpectedly, and the presence of a staff member throughout the night was a reassurance that now seems missing. Despite the exceptional service during the day and the undeniable dedication of the staff, the lack of overnight supervision is something that potential and current clients should be made aware of. It's a consideration that weighs heavily on my decision to continue using this service for overnight stays. I sincerely hope that Petsmart reevaluates this policy change. The safety and well-being of our pets should be a priority at all hours, and an overnight attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring that.

Stood at the entrance for 5 minutes (timed it) before I could find anyone to even ask a question, too. More and more stores carry less stock to srive sales online. It's great being able to get supplies online. But this also means companies schedule fewer and fewer employees in their retail locations. Getting supplies to "beta test" an idea needs to be done on the fly. We shouldn't have to walk around an entire store looking for employees. Shouldn't there be someone, even just one at the front register.

I bring my dog here about three or four times a year to be deshedded. I brought her in May and August of this year. Paid $65 to get a bath with Furminator and brush. The past two times I’ve had her there they did not deshed her and she has just as much hair as when I dropped her off. That is a total waste of $65 I could’ve given her a bath in the bathtub. I guess I need to find a new groomer. 🙄

Great place employee's are always so nice and helpful. Store is always clean only downside is the dead Bettas in their little cups and the dead fish in the tanks. Okay so fish die, but removing them would shed a healthier light on the store. Just saying.

The dogs looked so happy here. They have a huge selection of animal toys and decorations. Prices seemed to be very good. They have endless amount for fish tanks and some really cool decorations. There were just 2 cats while I was there. They also have dog grooming as well and it looked clean and professional. They also had snakes, and turtles as well.

I have been bringing my dog to the groomer at the Stephanie location for 2 years now for a bath & haircut. She is 12 years old. I usually book my appointments with Debbie and she is great. Once she told me that my dog wouldn't stand up the entire time she gets her haircut and said that was normal for senior dogs. She just wanted to let me know that there may have been some spots she missed. I was totally fine with that. Yesterday, I took her in for an appointment. Debbie was not available so I booked the appointment with someone else. When picking up the dog, we were told she was not welcome to come back anymore because she didn't want to come out of the kennel and she wouldn't stand the entire time. SHE IS 12. She cannot stand for hours at a time. I hope that Petsmart realizes the because your employees are lazy and don't want to work a little harder on senior dogs that you are losing business. Telling me that my dog is not welcome there is also telling me that I am not welcome to shop there either. There are plenty of other animal stores and groomers we can use. No big loss here for me. Petco is right around the corner. I was a customer for over 15 years, but will now switch to Petco.

The Staff here at Pet Smart has always made us feel at home. Being our second time around with no hesitation Gene & I made our choose for this location. The place is clean and Nute likes it here. Would never adopt from there again, they move the cats around, adopt out sick cats (even the vet says they tend to adopt out sick cats) Even if it is an independent adoption that comes in, they should know better.Never can get help, workers just say it's over there.

Love the fact you can bring your pets with you. Very impressed with staff. I bought a very expensive leash and collar for one of my furbabies. Turned out it wasn't right size. I had no receipt it had been used and they said they would take it back. So I brought it in they looked up purchase from their loyalty card purchases from my phone number.And refunded me right then. Thought this was awesome. No questions asked! Great job PetSmart! I'll definitely be back👍💯

The Grooming Salon at PetSmart on Stephanie is the absolute best! I won't say the name of my groomer because then I will have a hard time booking lol. But THE BEST groomer my dog has had in 14 years of life.

My dogs are so excited to go to this joint. They sniff at everything and have a wonderful time. We ended up buying a hot dog costume for my pug. Sometimes the lines are a little bit slow. Koi fish lady was awesome. Prices are okay compared to Amazon.

Bad experience for the Cat groomer.I brought my cat after making an appointment and I get a call 30 minutes later saying she can't do my cat today because of other animals in the vicinity.So we rescheduled for 3pm, when I show up I'm informed she is on break and that they don't know when she will be back.Super unprofessional to not give an expected wait time. Also i understand people need lunch Breaks, but if you know have an appointment I would assume common sense is to take break before your appointment shows up. Or at least be present to check the person in and then take break.Super unhappy with the experience and I will not try coming back here again.
