Based on my experience today I would never bring my dog here for grooming.They are over booked and short staffed. So the employee has too many animals to care for them properly. She was rude because I had questions about my appointment and said she didn't have time to answer my questions.I would never ever leave my fur baby with this place when they act that way. It's not my fault somebody didn't come in it's not my dog's fault that you're overbooked and there's no reason to treat a customer like that.I firmly believe that if you can't treat me with decency and respect there is no way you would ever treat my animal properly.

They did not listen to what I wanted as far as my dogs haircut. Removed all the hair off the top of his head and I asked them to just trim the top. Looks like a completely different dog. Not happy

The staff is always very helpful and kind. The groomers are always professional and they know my dogs well enough to update me when things not only need to be looked at but always when they improve. It makes me feels as though they go out of their way to remember my kids and treat them as of they were their own.

I contacted Petco to groom my dogs and they were so responsive and helpful. I have been going to another large store company for grooming and always felt like just a number to them. They treated my dogs with no respect. At Petco, my fur babies were well taken care of and treated with the utmost care. The groomers asked questions and really listened. I will be coming back for sure!

We’ve been coming in for a few months now and Christina is also so nice. From the moment we come in she greets us and starts conversations. When we picked up our pet she helped me get him in his harness and offered to help me out the door because I had my hands full. She’s so wonderful and my dog loves her and he always comes home looking amazing.

Love the shampoo they used on my dog. She didn't come home smelling like wet dog as other groomers have done at other places in the past. I will definitely use this Petco the next time my dog needs grooming. They cut her hair exactly the way I wanted it done. I love it!!!!

I love the groomers! Even during these times, they made my dog and myself feel welcomed. Grooming was also very speedy. Took less than 2 hours from drop off to pick up. Love this location!

My 8 month shih tzu was groomed by Christina at the Petco on Mark's st. In Las Vegas . She left her a mess. Her hair is uneven, her hair wasn't puffy like it usually is. It was clumpy. Looked like my 9 yr old daughter grabbed scissors and cut away. The tail wasn't trimmed, looks long and ungroomed like it was when I brought her in. Very unsatisfied. Called her and she blamed it on my dog. Said she moved to much and she wasn't a good groomer. I told her I took her 3 times to pet smart and she did fine and her response was she was probably used to the groomer. All the 3 times it was a different groomer. But okay. Taking her back so she can get fixed. Hopefully she doesn't come out looking worse.

Jeri does a great job making my dog comfortable and she clearly cares for the animals she grooms. I am always satisfied with her cut, and my dog is beautiful and happy every time.

Visit was such a great experience! I had gone to petsmart previously to get him groomed the first time every and it was just a horrible experience. When I came to Petco I felt welcomed and the groomer made my pet and myself feel wanted.

Alot of attitude from the groomer, she didn't want to do a basic wash on my GD. Which is fine I'll just do it myself and keep my money. Won't be returning. Their loss not mine. I have 4 dogs ,3 cats. All my pets are people friendly and easy as pie to groom. Didn't even waste my time with why she didn't want the job. I still love the store but won't return for grooming.

My dog started shedding a lot again the next day and I was told he should not shed for 4-6 weeks so I paid a higher price to add the “shed package” and it was a waste of money. Everything else was great and my puppy came back smelling good and looking clean.

The only reason I take my dog here is for 2 specific groomers Brynn and Cathy. I've gotten very rude service for some of the other staff but my dog loves these two so I keep taking her there

I was in to get my dog's nails trimmed on Saturday and was greated very abruptly. Was asked when was my appointment for and i responded by saying I was on for nail trimming that's listed as walk in services. I was then asked to provide paperwork proving rabies vaccine even though it's on the dog's collar. Seemed odd but I gave the vet info so they could confirm. I chose the 25 nail trimming and teeth brushing services. After paying and typing for the services I went back and was told my dog's not welcome back unless I send him to your obedience classes. So bottom line I paid $30 for you guys to trim 1 nail and send us away feeling like we have a bad dog. It was pointed out to me later that my dog is a pit bull mix and they just in essence racially discriminated us, took my money and said don't come back. Thanks petco for sending me to your competition

My dog is not use to been groomed , usually i bathe him at him and just brush out his her , but they were great with him there, he was a little naughty but they manage to give him a perfect hair cut hes looks great thank you well worth the money spend
