Was in town for work and these 2 were filthy from walking in the parking lot at the hotel. They desperately needed a bath. I have been their sole groomer and was nervous about taking them to someone else. I'm glad I found this place because they were nothing short of amazing. All the staff I encountered were friendly and they worked with my scheduling needs. My girl is terrified of everything and anything so I was worried about her the most. She was completely relaxed when I picked her up! Same for my boy, he was shaking when I dropped him off but when I picked him back up he was just fine. I am so thankful the staff made their first time grooming experience a great one. I highly recommend this place to take great care of your furbabies!

I was taking my dog here for the past 10 months. Loved the groomer that we started with. I don't care for the new groomer that is there now. My dog is always excitedwhen the staff greets her. But I see no connection with the groomer. I observed the groomer when one dog was coming in and one was checking out. She was interacting with the dogs. The last time I picked up my dog I was a little early. I planned on just sitting on the sofa there and waiting until she was done. She rudely told me my dog wasn't ready. When she was done she just brought my dog to me handed me the leash without a word to me or my dog. If she's like that when I'm there I begin to wonder what she's like with my dog when I'm not. We'll be looking for another groomer.

This is the best place to get your pet food and toys! They have dog washing and grooming. Would recommend to any furry pet owners. We get our dogs food there and they always have it in stock or we can get it ordered and saved for next time. Good prices and are extremely nice.

New groomer knows it all. Two years I've never been scratched by my dog. Now, his nails are as sharp as blades, and it's not her fault. Still a great selection of dog food, treats, and toys.

This place has gone down the tubes as far as grooming. I called this morning to see if they had a groomer because over the weekend they told me they had one Tuesday through Friday. so I called and ask if I can bring my dog in for a nail grind she says yes I said OK I’ll be there within an hour. When I get there, she told me she has no groomer available. I was sooo 😡 Tracy used to be an amazing groomer. They lost my business no more buying food or anything from them .

Very nice shop for grooming, self wash, and loads of treats, chews & supplies for dogs. I took my dog to do a self was wash and they have separate rooms with the blow-dryer inside. The room was clean and stocked. There was a nice rubber mat in the tub to prevent slipping. The water was powerful (not weak) & took a minute to warm up. They don't have available, any special shampoos at the wash area and have a watered down version of dog shampoo. It did the job, but dog didn't smell fresh after bath. No dog cologne available either.

I wouldn't recommend using this groomer. Terrible experience w groomers and the manager Cynthia is a joke to say the least. Only positive service here would be the do it yourself bath tubs. No towels, perfumes and basically the bare minimums provided with the price but the tubs are big. Generic watered-down products provided so I recommend bringing your own. Only one tub so you might be waiting your turn. Retail side is very expensive compared to other places for food, treats, and toys. Only advice is don't hand over your dog for grooming unless you want to give your pet a traumatic experience. Zero star facility for sure. Highly do not recommend. Sincerely, my dog

Awesomeness! Staff are friendly and eager to share helpful tips. Tina was great!! My Buddee boy went from shabby to chic in less than 90 minutes. This was his first groom, he is 4 months old and very active(a handful lol). Tina has patience of saint and cut Buddee's hair with such precision almost ask if I could get a cut lol.

What I find the most useful is the doggie bath booths where you can self-wash your pooch. They provide shampoo, conditioner, towels, brushes, and an apron for the hooman. I wish more people knew about this very convenient and affordable service. The dog food, treats and accessories collection is also large and well-priced. I would recommend this place to everyone for your fur baby needs. Plenty of parking as well.

Used their doggie self wash. They didn't provide towels and the shampoo provided wasn't great, but the facility is easy to use and we fit both are cavaliers in the tub. The store has a wide selection of dog stuffs and the staff was helpful.

Used to be great and had great customer service. Now the last few times I've went I seem almost an inconvenience to the staff. They are either over worked & underpaid or got a few bad hires but it'll be a while before I go back.

I take my German Shepherd here for a self wash almost once a month. I recommend coming in early morning or weekdays if you want to use the self wash, sometimes it gets really busy around midday but especially on the weekends.I love the selection of products they have here and the staff are always super friendly and willing to help you find what you need or make recommendations! I also love the little selection of baked treats they have for your little cuties (:They do also offer grooming services on site if you are not too keen on washing your pets yourself. Each self wash station comes with shampoo and conditioner, a dryer, some combs and brushes, along with a towel. The stations are also clean each time that I have gone. I recommend stopping by to check this place out anytime they are open!

I’ve gone here 4 times over the last year & 1/2. In the beginning the staff was friendly & attentive, But lately they have not. It took 3 months to get an appointment due to staff being on leave. When I came topick up my dog I was not greeted when I walked into the store. Then when the groomer was explaining why she had to shave her so short. She started talking to me with her back to me. At first I didn’t realize she was talking tome.Good luck to the next person

I strongly recommend this place! My pups are so soft and smell great, every time. It’s reasonably priced and the nails are trimmed correctly! The staff is so helpful, accommodating and friendly. Customer service and grooming are superb! Would never go anywhere else.

I want to start by saying that I am aware they close at 6 and also work in retail so I understand how annoying the last minute "I only need one thing" people are, but we looked online and realized they were closed Tuesday and Wednesday so we rushed over to grab some food, literally one thing, and as we got there and were walking up the lady working locked the door, it was 5:54, yes close to 6, but we would have been out of there before 6 and she watched us walk up to the door, there was another person getting out of their car to come in at the same time. This is just wrong, especially when you see someone walking up and you just lock the door and walk away before actual closing time, and from a customer service perspective pretty rude...

Great atmosphere! We had just adopted our German Shepherd and he was in bad need of a bath and blow out. I love that their self wash tubs are contained in separate rooms. It made it a lot easier to bathe a nervous dog and kept the hair contained as it started to blow. We had a nice time and will definitely be back soon!

I love this location, Robin is the greatest! I have a slipped disc in my lower back and it is hard for me to load up heavy bags of dog food, she is always kind enough to help me load my car with the bags of food. I definitely wish I could give more than 5 stars. Robin has a great personality and excellent customer service skills. It is rare to find employees with her qualities in this day and age. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ 10 stars for Robin 😁👍

Hidden gem. They have great prices and caring staff. Groomer had plenty of patience dealing with our new puppy. Store staff is very knowledgeable, and directed us to some lesser known high quality brands.

I have been going to Bone Appetit almost since it opened the Henderson store and I am so happy with them. They carry best brands of pet food and the staff is always so helpful and they remember me and my pets from one visit to the next. I have both of my dogs groomed there, and I am very satisfied with the service. Both of my dogs are always excited when they see that we are going to the groomers. And they get a cookie when they are finished! Great pet store!
