I have a Xolo which I got as a rescue 3 years ago. It has always been very difficult to trim his nails, he struggles and jerks his feet away making it a very traumatic experience for him. I took him to Animal Kingdom grooming on Stephanie today, and was amazed at the great job Sonia did. My daughter held him and Sonia trimmed all his nails and smoothed them with the Dremel. It took her 5 minutes to do it, he sat still, didn't struggle at all. I am so impressed by this lady and would highly recommend them. I was a walk in and it only cost $12.

This place is amazing! I took my dog in as a walk-in to get her nails cut and Sonya did an amazing job. Only $12 but I gave her $20. So worth it This will be my go-to place. Thank you Sonya!

Fantastic experience! From the front desk receptionist to the groomer, very friendly and efficient. The haircut was perfect and Amy the groomer was very patient with Cocos yipping while being groomed. That can't be easy to deal with. My husband and I (and Coco) highly recommend this establishment.

This is the perfect little homegrown grooming business. I appreciate that my dog is not in the kernel all day waiting for her appointment. They start working on her right away. Great service. Clean and cute decor. Very reasonable prices.

This was my first time taking my dog here to get his nails trimmed and I am happy with everything. The salon does walk in nail trim until 1pm so we got there, my dog was taken in back right away and was done in no time. It was $12 👍😃

I have taken my dog here in the past and always had a great experience, however for the past year every time I have called to get an appointment, no one answers the phone. I leave voicemails and never receive a call back. I even filled out an inquiry online with no response. So, needless to say the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I will continue to take my business elsewhere and stop trying. Just sad they don’t value customers who choose to try to use their services with all the competition out there.

Everything about our experience was fantastic! The scheduling was easy, and we didn’t have to wait weeks for an appointment. The staff was courteous and professional on the phone and in person. We were greeted promptly upon arriving and we were introduced to our groomer almost instantly. The groomer was very sweet and did exactly what I asked for. The entire process took about an hour, which was less than the estimated time. I am so happy that we finally have a quality groomer for my dog! They even have adorable clothes and shoes for dogs.The icing on the cake was meeting the owner, Sydni. She is down-to-earth, kind, and attentive. She took time to talk to my children and I, and made us feel welcome and appreciated. We will definitely be back!

We take both of our dogs there, a dachshund and a lab mixed. They love it there. The people that work there are so friendly, and gentle and treat our babies so well. I recommend this place to everyone with fur babies!******EDIT*******Took my dog there today for their Mini groom. We booked online, which was super easy and sent us confirmation via email. Took a little over 2 hours and she looks amazing! Her coat feels so soft and shiny, they do a great job on her nails! This is why we keep coming back to them. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable and they truly pamper your pooch. Thank you all for a great job!

Did not know they charge 3 1/2% if you use your credit card. My dog did get a good haircut so I did tip his groomer. But I will never go back. Hard times for all of us. Other businesses who appreciate your business are happy to absorb the fee.

We have brought our pups multiple times now. Everytime both my 8 month old puppy and my 7 yr old puppy love the groomers. Its a good sign when they are happy to see them. The full groom is excellent, and at a fair price. Glad to have found this place. Its a bit of a drive for me but worth it.

They've always done a great job on my Maltipoo. Been taking her here since I've had her. Amber takes the extra care required to work around the growths that poodles get as they age. I don't know where else I can take her and trust she's in such good hands.

We have a 10 month old Golden Doodle, Cash, that so far has not enjoyed the grooming experience with the groomers we had been taking her too. She would freak out even driving up to the place and would be so excited when we showed back up that she would pee all over their floor. She might have been trying to tell us something looking back on it. A friend recommended Animal Kingdom so we decided to give them a try. When she was dropped off, she was scared to be staying with someone new but we were so happy when we picked her up. She looked amazing but what really won us over was that she stopped giving us puppy hugs and turned around to give the groomer puppy hugs as well. That said everything I needed to know. She was happy and excited and looks adorable. Cash has a new groomer.

I have taken my very shy, very anxious schnauzer/shih-tzu to Amber twice now! She is kind and considerate, and makes sure she knows what I want! They don’t keep her longer than necessary, and she is happy when I pick her up! I have been very pleased with my whole experience there! My German Shepherd looks like a new pup everytime I pick her up after her shampoo and blowout :D I absolutely LOVE this place. They are quick, they take great care of your little one (no matter how rambunctious your pup is!!) and they truly seem to care about every pup that comes in the door. I trust very few people with my baby and they are definitely individuals I trust! They are the ONLY ones that can get my long haired shepherd’s hair under control! This is the worst place took my dog there. Groomer didn’t express glass correctly and got infected ! Had a 200$ vet bill. My pet was on antibiotics for 2 wks. Also my dog couldn’t walk on her paw bc her paw was very irritated and red/ inflamed after grooming. When I let them know they wouldn’t do anything about it. Never going there again .

I've been to so many groomers since I've been back in the area and everyone is so horrible! Angry, snotty, poor customer service, and just plain scary. These guys were AMAZING! Really disappointed. We've been customers for over a year now and things were going well. They've groomed our cat and small dog several times. I noticed they didn't clean my cat's ears and at $70-ish you expect that and once they clipped my dog a little, but we kept going. Not anymore! This past Saturday we had an 8AM appointment. We got up at 7AM to make sure we were on time. We had the cat and small dog in the car driving there and I remembered our dog didn't have an appointment, only our cat. So I called to ask if they could work the dog in, no biggie if not. Thank goodness we called - the women who answered (I think the Owner) said that my appointment had been cancelled. I was really confused - no one had called me. I checked my text and sure enough they had sent me the generic generated text that said cancelled once I clicked on it. She was not apologetic and didn't even offer to reschedule to another day. Instead she spoke to me like I was an idiot for not seeing the text at noon the day before (I was busy at work).Look - I was annoyed but still nicer to her than she was to me and I was the one up at 7AM on a Saturday fighting my cat to get there on time. Call your customers, apologize for the inconvenience and reschedule. People are busy and the Groomers is supposed to be a weight off your customer's shoulders, not another hassle. I assume they are busy and don't need my business so I am going to Petiquette Pet Grooming (which is cheaper) now and they were very accommodating.

I followed them when they moved over to Stephanie and Horizon Ridge, and through their name change. They are consistent, compassionate, caring, and very easy to work with. Highly recommend them to anyone seeking grooming services.

I take my Abbey girl to get groomed every month. Ben does a great job. Everyone is so caring and nice to us and Abbey loves to go get beautiful. If you are looking for a great place to take your fuzzy child to get groomed, and purchase pet supplies, I would definitely recommend them.

NO MORE!!!!! I was bringing my dog there since she was a puppy, 4-5 times all together. After my dog's previous app. she got a bad UTI infection. I gave them another chance explained how the dog might be cut. When I came to pick up my dog I literally did not recognize my dog! Nothing of what I asked was done! I do not know what happened to this place!

I am so happy with the grooming and all the people there. Chico is a standard Poodle and usually stresses out when going to the groomers. Everyone there was cheerful and took the time to know what type of haircut we wanted. It was perfect from the drop off to the pick up. Thank you Purrs and Wags Chico seemed relaxed and happy .

When a customer calls and ask if they can groom standard poodles in a Miami cut and were told yes. Then to show up a few days later to be told they do not groom poodles... they don't know how. They did offer to trim face and feet for 75.00 NOT.
