First time client, chose business based on google reviews. Staff seemed nice when I brought my elderly dog in and since it would be about 45 minutes I left to run errands. It took much longer than expected, so when I returned they were still drying her.I am glad I arrived when I did, it gave me a chance to see how horribly they treat animals. The brunette who was working with my dog was extremely rough, pulling her hair and jerking her around (while already tethered). Needless to say, my dog left wet and was depressed for several days afterwards. Unacceptable!There are those who go into this line of business because they love animals, and other's who should not be around animals at all. I will not be back, neither would I recommend them.

The ladies are amazing! My pooches enjoyed themselves & I have never felt more comfortable leaving them. Not only did they have a spa day, they also had a photo session.

Brittany did an absolutely AMAZING job with my 2 year old Goldendoodle. He was pretty shaggy when I brought him in, but she cleaned him right up. I will definitely be taking him back to her!

Adele is fabulous!! Our pup Granite sometimes has trust issues with strangers. Not only was Adele caring and patient, she was quickly able to build a trusting relationship with Granite. You can tell that Adele takes pride in and loves what she does. She spent over two hours taking care of Granite's coat and paws/nails. She now looks beautiful! We will definitely be taking Granite back when it is time to have her coat freshened up. Thanks Adele!

Excellent service and takes really good care of my dog. My dog is really skittish and afraid of the hair cutting tools. Adele worked with him and took extra time to make him feel comfortable. You can tell she really cares for her clients and she goes the extra mile to make them comfortable. This is the only pet grooming place for us.

Absolutely a great place! Perfect with my dog, she has a tendency to not like new people, but their great attitude and love of the animals keeps her calm and gets a great cut every time!

Adel is great. She groomed our pet for three years and did a fantastic job. Our pet passed away recently and we miss him but we are going to miss Adel as well.

I have a troubled little dog who pretty much trusts no one. Adell was very patient with him even though he tried to eat her for lunch. She's really very good. Would recommend her to anybody.

I personally have never met Adell but my gramma brings my Beau in about every 6-8 weeks for a bath and a fur trim. I absolutely love how beautiful and polished he is after every visit. I’m moving out of state with Beau and wish I could bring Adell with me. She gave Beau a wonderfully detailed letter to give to his future groomer so they know exactly how we love him trimmed and how Beau likes his appointments to go. My gramma always talks about how she loves how wonderfully she treats Beau. If you’re in need of a groomer in town make sure you visit Adell!
