I called twice in a week with no call back. I left two voicemails. When I did finally reach Karen, she was extremely rude. I told her my puppy needed to be groomed ASAP and I was calling around to see who could get her in the soonest (because it's summer and hot and she just finished all her vaccines.) She refused to schedule me because I told her I may need to cancel if I get in with someone sooner. She hung up on me after I told her I would search around and call back if her date was the soonest. $100 for a puppy shave-down. Poor phone service. I would never leave my puppy alone with this business!

Don't waste your time. I called several weeks in advance. Called me the day before and cancelled with barely an explanation and indifference, not even a sorry, and didn't even bother to try and reschedule.
