If I could give more then 5 stars I would! This place is great!! Affordable units, friendly staff who always go above and beyond to help you out however needed. The units and office are clean and tidy. Will definitely come back here if I ever need a storage unit again in the future. Thank you guys! You're awesome!

Jenn and Brian at Stor-all Dayton. They are simply the greatest the storage sheds are clean Spacey and the office is the cleanest of any office I've ever seen. Very affordable of any storage I've ever rented. They stay in touch with you at all costs. Very very organized. Very good people

Thought this place was awesome til I had a problem with unauthorized charges on my card which caused me to be late. Late fee was 50$ more than half my storage rent. Never got replies to my emails either. Just a fat service fee and cold attitude on phone. Customer service sucks! I understand late fees and I'm more than willing to pay a fee but 50$ is ridiculous. Well she told me to call just to tell me she can't do anything and u should not be late next time. It was not my fault and she's rude to say so. Worst place ever, I'm going to let my 1000s of Facebook friends know to avoid this place like a plague lol

Jen and Brian are such great people. I rented a storage spot from them for my RV. Every aspect of working with them and their staff was so professional and friendly. They went above and beyond to impress and provide impeccable service. Will go back and highly recommend!

UPDATE: I have had my unit for a few weeks now so I thought it was time to update my review. Jen and Brian are THE NICEST PEOPLE EVER! They were both so helpful in getting me set up in my unit. I highly recommend Stor-All Dayton.This review is based on customer service over the phone. I spoke to Jen, and she was wonderfully helpful. She answered all of my questions with ease, and she just sounded like she had a smile on her face on the other end. I had a lot of questions, and she didn't make me feel rushed at all. I appreciate the personal experience so much. I don't review often, but felt it was absolutely necessary this time. :)

I’ve been storing here for a few years now, having and outdoor unit and a indoor one. The couple who work there have always been so accommodating for everything I’ve needed. I needed to get a new outdoor spot for my motorhome because I no longer needed a big one. Brian the manager offered to meet me at the mound house location to show me what spots he thought would work, turns out he knew exactly what i was looking for and picked me a new spot that fits my motorhome perfectly. As for the office, they have saved me so many time from having to run to Home Depot for boxes or tape, since they have a huge variety of boxes to choose from, they also had rv products being offered for sale as well which was a nice addition for me, and jenn the office manager is always so nice and bubbly. She is so helpful if you need things faxed or printed, always double checks that the right things are being sent.I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing storage, especially since it has 24 hour access.

I maintained a storage unit here for a few years and always knew my stuff was safe and secure. I have had a storage unit in the past at a different facility in Dayton, it was broken into and everything stolen from it. I learned my lesson and now only use facilities with exceptional security and a diligent staff. Store All in Dayton is one of these places. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the facility, I never had a problem with dust or pests.

Nicely maintained, clean, storage units. They do have deals once in a while if you are looking for a deal. Do be aware that the owners (specifically one person) are sicklers about the rules. Don't lean anything on the outside walls. :-)

I've used many storage places over the years when moving for army and this storage and the employees are absolutely wonderful. Prices are great too.

Expensive for outdoor storage, but they are FULL, so I guess you can charge it if you can get it! Nice staff, sturdy looking fences.
