This store has a good selection of products at great prices. We usually start our shopping here before finishing up at the supermarket. We actually more often than not find everything we're looking for and don't have to go elsewhere. And, the people who work there are nice and helpful. It's always fun seeing what you're going to find each time you go to Grocery Outlet, there's always something new you just have to have, lol. And of coarse they always have most of the items you would expect at any Grocery or convenience store, I'm glad they're here in town.. We went there today and they have a cool pumpkin farm, check it out..

Grocery Outlet really has evolved from old days and mostly slightly damaged canned goods, to lots of decent looking stuff at often slightly lower or discounted prices. And a pretty good selection of everything... I and my son will be shopping there more frequently now...

I really think Smith's secret shoppers come over to Dayton Grocery Outlet to observe how impressive this place is. Yes they don't have everything like Smith's do but their store is half or more smaller than Smith's. The other thing is they are cheaper on most items as well. The place is always organized and clean. Sometimes, I get my wine there at a great discount and definitely the beer. So convenient too, in and out quickly.

Oh my gosh this place is great!!! The staff always seems happy. A huge selection of healthy foods along with snacks for my toddler. And home supplies up the wazoo. I love it. It's nice and clean. The produce is never moldy. And they have a big selection of produce as well.

This is a good place to food shop if your having money issues. Everything here has a great price, and shopping here with food stamps was great. Still had to find some things other places but it has a lot here and it is worth shopping here.

The prices were good and we found everything we needed but we had a problem with one of the employees, my mom is pregnant and she was feeling like she was about to throw up so she ate one of the bananas that we were going to buy and she was willing to pay extra for it. The cashier could have simply said that you charge by weight but she would not let it go. She was incredibly passive aggressive and rude shewould not shut about it the whole time we were checking out when we explained that my mom was pregnant and if she hadn't eaten the banana she would have thrown up all over the floor the lady said in that passive aggressive tone "we do have a bathroom" which was all the way across the store. Once she realized my mom was pregnant she blamed her attitude on not having a cigarette in five days. She didn't even apologize for her bahavior. We understand that she did have a point and we should have paid for it before she ate it but there was no need to announce it to the entire store and continue to be rude about it for 10 minutes it was literally one banana and we were will to walk back and grab another to get the right price.

I noticed this store's prices are higher then the Carson city store. Both are clean and the employee's are friendly. Dayton is closer to my home .

My understanding this one has a local franchisee, always clean & organized. Staff is friendly and are Champs at tolerating my toddler.Great selection & everything has a lot of shelf life left.

Went out for some last minute Christmas gifts because of an unexpected guest. Not only was I able to find some specialty gifts for her, I was also able to supplement the snack tray and dinner being served. Store was clean, no wait at the checkout, fast and friendly. Definitely recommend it. Even got an extra bottle of wine for the festivities.

OMG I CANT BELIEVE HOW LOW THE PRICES ARE A couple of people mentioned looking at the expiration dates🤔 But everything I looked & or bought was either a year or several months from expiration but honestly how long do you need to eat a package of organic sausages & vitamins 🤣 check it out people well worth it

Good place to grab a few things but if you have to go to Smiths anyway to get all the things Grocery Outlet doesn't carry so why make a unnecessary stop to save 2 or 3 dollars just to end up at Smiths anyway, Grocery Outlets need to carry more key items.

This is a great new store. Clean and well stocked. The staff is helpful and friendly. Not alot of customers. Glad to see them so far out, I don't have to drive so far to shop and it gives me a different store for shopping.

It was clean, and well stocked. Kinda like a garage sale disguised as a grocery store... not to say things weren't new and/or clean. Just that the selection was super random. If you are planning to shop here, remember.... Youu don't go to G.O. to get what you need, you go there and buy what they have.

Clean (yes, only months old) and well stocked. All staff were wearing masks and there was hand sanitation station at the entrance.Much easier to shop at then the very busy Smith's just down the road.
