Was in town visiting family and needed a few things. Debbie, the cashier, was very rude. She then called up the manager, I think his name was Jason, and he was just as bad. I don't plan on ever coming in this store again.

This is a well-kept and clean store with a bit of everything in it. I like to go here to buy kitchen necessities because often you can find name brand stuff without having to pay the usual price. The kids enjoy it because there are lots of seasonal toys and candy and it is a good place to stock up on canned foods when you can.The aisles are well-stocked and wide enough that more than one shopper can be in the same aisle and still get past one another. The staff is friendly and has always been helpful when you are looking for something specific. I like that they have a frozen foods area as well.There are plenty of reasons to stop here, and one of the best is that it is conveniently located next to other stores and an ATM, so you can do what you need to do all in one sweep. This is a great place to go for holiday decorations or when you just need a few things to take with you on a summer trip. I do wish they had more check stands when it is busy, but overall, it isn't that bad of a wait, even when they are.There is plenty of parking not just directly in front of the store but in the outer parking area, so even when it is busy you can still find a place to park. This is a good place to go when you don't want to pay ridiculous prices for basic items and I will keep returning here. It is also a good place to go if you are setting up a new house.

As far as Dollar Tree's go- this is the nicest and cleanest one I have ever been too. Not to mention the store manager (Janet) seems to do a very good job and runs the store well. The cashiers I have encountered are all very friendly and helpful. However, realistically it's a dollar store, so I know you'll get a bad apple here and there. Overall, best Dollar Tree I have been to all over the country. Along with some other reviewers, I agree that it would be nice if the Dollar Tree corporation would put in a refrigerated section into this store. Lee is the best cashier-super funny!

Would give 0 stars if I could, manager is rude and won’t listen, my card was declined on there end, nothing wrong with my part, ended up having to pay cash…still charged me twice on my card..so I ended up paying 3 times what I was originally supposed to, manager told me i didn’t have enough in my account when my account balance is perfectly fine. They didn’t do anything about it. Never will go to this dollar tree again. Don’t go to Dayton dollar tree if you don’t want to be charged 3 times your original purchase amount.

I am working on a project that requires a lot of roses and greenery. I chose to buy here since its close enough and seems inexpensive. (Amazon has roses cheaper I found out.) Everytime I have come in to purchase supplies I am met with a rude teller. Tonight, I had two customers in front of me. The teller was whispering with the woman she was checking out and they kept looking over at me with smiles like I was amusing to them. When it was my turn, the woman was very rude to my husband and I. She even snapped at him when he had put too much on the counter by mistake. She also wrung us up for too many items. I counted when I got home because I watched her count items and set them down, and ring them up again. Not okay. I am calling corporate and I am reporting her performance tonight. It's small things called respect and professionalism that really carry a business and with this sorry service, you will sink.

The cashier Kathleen never greeted me never said hello was complaining that she wouldn’t get her work done but never looked at me or addressed me as a customer. The only time she spoke to me was when she was giving me the total of what I owed. This is the first time that I’ve had a very unfriendly encounter with any employees usually they’re very nice, management need to speak to her,she’s rude.

As low end goes this place is great. It is a dollar store, but it is the people that make it more. If all you want is some great deals, this fine, but if you want great people and great deals check this place out. Just bare in mind that not everything in there is great.

This is one of the best dollar trees I have been to in the area, including Reno and Sparks. Very clean and well organized, polite staff, helpful and kind.

I Walked out the store a few minutes ago .Two check stands were open.Then down to one check stand, In the only check stand open one lady was buying the store out with at least 100.00 order . No problem with that ,The problem I do have is with myself and two other customers with 2 items were being FORCED to wait until the 100.00 order was transacted , Be a while till I buy anything there again ,
