Excellent staff; I see them every time I get the dog washed ; they have a great five wash card for cheap. The two staff members stayed late just to help me dry off the dog. I was not rushed. And felt welcomed. NOTE: I do wish they would move the hair dryer it's Far too loud!

Brought in our dog to get all washed up. Staff are very friendly, the station has everything you’ll need and is clean and tidy .

Friendly, educated staff, super-clean store! Excellent selection of treats, best in town by a very wide margin.The self-wash grooming stations are an absolute lifesaver- being able to wash my buddies without hurting my back is worth a lot to me, but the price is really low!Please check them out, you won't be disappointed. My dog thinks it might be heaven.

This place has, by far, the BIGGEST SELECTION pet care products anywhere in carson city. Along with one of the most varied selections of dog treats I've seen anywhere. They have good food products. Good pet toys. A great selection of lizard habitats. Products that have good use in any pet owners arsenal, and even a dog wash inside! Yes it's a self serving dog wash. But they blatantly advertise that upfront so you won't get confused about it. This place is fantastic!

Although it’s a much smaller location than other chain stores, they were in a location that was convenient for us. This was our first visit. The customer assistance was terrific. I do have to say I think they are a little bit pricier, but not enough that it warranted a trip clear across town to another location at a chain store.

Must-stop pet shop!! Tons of different products for all sorts of different allergenic needs and animals, with excellent prices! Friendly staff, extremely clean building, and an excellent self grooming station! They have products for a huge variety of animals, including birds, reptiles and even aquatics! I definitely intend to shop here again.

I'm glad a Pet Station has finally opened in Carson, because I really like their dog wash stations. I would sometimes shop at the south Reno or Gardnerville stores, but now I don't have to drive too far. This store is still new, so they don't have small animals, yet (except for a little white mouse at the counter!), but Brandon helped me find an anti-itch spray for my dog's allergy scratching. They said they're still waiting for some of the dog food and collars to come in for their grand opening in October, but the store looks really neat and clean, and it only seems like some of the shelves in the back of the store don't have anything on them. The other locations always seem very organized, so I'm sure this one will be too. Only 4 stars because they don't have the brand of frozen raw dog food that I buy, yet, but I guess it is coming in the next few weeks, and they did offer to transfer a bag from another store. I do like the store, and will keep shopping there over the "big box stores."
