Cashier name BOB has no good customer service, he had a nasty attitude which he took it out on me just because I wanted to cancel an item that was over my budget. What a nice way to treat customers. If you are having a bad night, why even work there in the first place.

They are TERRIBLE about food prices, almost as bad as Raleys and Savemart. Nowadays I've ran into one cashier there who is friendly, pretty much all the others are just there... miserable. The lines have been so long many times I've been in last 5 months. I have told myself never to shop there again...but its the closest store unfortunately

Use to go shopping here all the time for great selections and great prices. I will not be returning. I would have saved $50 going to Walmart and buying the same items. Diapers cheaper at Walmart, fresh produce cheaper, and fresher at Walmart. Eggo waffles $2 cheaper a box at Walmart. I couldn't even buy grapes because they were all dried and wrinkled. Now I know...

Horrible manager! I was at self checkout and I was struggling and instead of the manager helping me he tells me I had to much stuff that’s why I was struggling and leaves without helping me cancel my stuff so I can go to a register

HORRIBLE Experience.Tried to use a card i just used there a week ago. Although it had to be manually entered. The kind lady helped me out with doing do.. Tonight the staff was extremely rude to me about it. I have kids to feed. They laughed about the situation and were very rude to both myself and my 2 little ones.. I am very disgusted with these women. ESPECIALLY the manager Tonight.. kinda embarrassing having a woman like that representing this company. Definitely contacting HR about these employees tomorrow

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Two gentlemen in particular working the evening shift were very polite and helpful. Every time I shop here I’m thankful for the excellent service. This is my favorite store by far.Thank you and keep up the great work!

Since opening a year or two ago, I have been very happy & satisfied shopping at this store. Plenty of parking outside. Inside the store, they have a wonderful selection of vegetables and fruits etc. Shelves around the store are normally fully stocked and a great selection of items. Many items that I normally purchase are always less expensive here, compared to other grocery stores I have shopped. A money saving place to shop And employees are very helpful, should I have questions.

Great deal for groceries some common fruits can be found cheaper at grocery outlet, however the deals here are great. I dont recommend buying toiletries such as shampoo and toothpaste for example as they are overpriced compared to most stores in town. No school supplies, no makeup but has hallmark cards and gift cards. and has a pretty big parking lot (70+) that is never full. Friendly service always.

They brag about their low prices but most everything I see is cheaper at Walmart. Nothing is easy to find, and I honestly just get an all around creepy feeling in here. The people who work there are kind and helpful though. Just not a place I plan on shopping in, I'll gladly drive a bit further for what I need at better prices & easier to get in & out of.

A great alternative to Walmart as it's closer to my home and evenly priced and they a large variety of bulk items. The produce is good the meat is great and the people are friendly. Just wish they had baskets so I didn't have to drag a cart around for just a few things

This little store is picking up steam. I like their produce section just fine, though it isn't as pretty as Smith's or Raley's. I was able to get FRESH basil there today! It is clean, well stocked, and the prices are reasonable. I will continue to shop here.

They have an alright selection of semi-decent produce. Their meat selection is sketchy. My main complaint is about the fact that after almost 2 years of being open they have yet to figure out how to make their music function smoothly. It skips and crackles the entire time you're in there at an insanely frequent consistency. Not sure how a branch of a large company couldn't figure this out.

Nice clean store. Not very friendly cashier's. Was hoping they had better vegetables. Vegetables was extremely low and not much to choose from. Nothing like FoodMaxx that I used to shop at in Fresno California. I will stay with Smith and Raley's.

No cart wipes and employees not wearing their masks properly. Hope OSHA gets them! Will not be back there again. All we’re asking for is peace of mind and to feel comfortable while out shopping in your store. They don’t deserve my money.

Quick,easy, and convenient. Mornings are so busy when your late for work and need to get last minute things before hand. A few registers in self check out were down, but I didn't want longer then a few minutes to go up. When assistance is needed they come help fairly quickly

Wonderful store!! Very inexpensive, if they don't have something you would buy often they are willing to get it in Stock! Also, if you find something cheaper somewhere else they will price match or better!! Highly recommended.

The store is huge. We go for the produce and end up trolling the aisles for more stuff we had to have. They have super prices on meats and especially seasonal turkeys. I can usually find clearance goodies near the cashier area for great savings, too!

Reasonable prices though slightly higher then some other stores. Clean and convenient to my commute. You'll be bagging your own groceries but that's not a big deal, at least for me.

Never going back tried to say my Oregon id was fake because she’s probably never even seen one. Literally went down the street and got my beer there with the same ID. Straight racial profiling from the manager Stephanie I. Call the customer line and everything. DONT GO HERE ITS A WASTE OF TIME. They don’t even deserve one star.

Sadly there's more empty shelves than full. They haven't stocked Fabreeze bottles of cloths and air fresheners in refillable bottles in several months.The Ice Cream section was non existent. I'm very disappointed and considering another store for our shopping needs.

Kind of a mini Costco, but not as frenetic inside, part of the Save Mart family. Great deals on 1/2 & 1/2 milk, even comes in half gallons. Everything is easy to find also.

Not much of an improvement over the Albertsons/Save-Mart it used to be... It's just a grocery store, and they don't have enough employees... Everyone who works there is doing 5 jobs for less than the price of 1... Pretty sad, actually.

Food Maxx is the perfect size supermarket. Not too big, not too small. Everything you need is here at low prices. Love the produce! The staff is very friendly and helpful.
