There are some outright lies posted on Yelp and here in the reviews about this place. Ex-employees with a grudge because they were not good enough to work there are seeding nothing but completely false info. I've used BooBoo's for over a year exclusively multiple times a week for my dog. I have seen all the facility including back-of-the-house and play areas, I watch the live camera feed, and I have met every employee. I wouldn't trust anyone else to take the level of professional care that they do.They work with dogs individually if they need additional help socializing, they recently rehomed a beautiful dog whose owner abandoned her there. They did additional training with her and cared for her all at their own cost. They weren't going to just take the dog to the shelter. I've known more than one shelter in the N. NV area what will simply surrender the dog to a shelter instead of truly wanting to care for the dog.They are some of the most loving and professional people I've met in my pet-owning life. My dog will continue to go here regularly because they're the only ones I would trust to take care of something that is more important to me than any person.Unless you have the actual facts, which Taylor Burke did not bother to gather, or unless you actually do business with them, you need to keep your half-witted comments to yourself. All you pet owners who can't seem to understand your responsibility for keeping your pet well outside of your home to include knowing your breed's weaknesses and keeping your dog properly vaccinated and trained, you don't deserve your dog. You're simply part of the fundamental problem in the world... lack of personal responsibility and honesty.

My sheepadoodle and I drove from TX, almost 30 hours. He was in need of some play time. The staff was WONDERFUL! Every time I checked the cameras, he was so happy and content. Thank you for his great and much needed break from the truck!

The staff has always had great customer services and they love my pitty. My dog always comes home happy and is happy to go. I have a 80 lb AmStaff and these can be difficult dogs, but the staff loves my dog and hes happy to go see his friends and get his exercise!

My dogs love going to Booboo's Buddies. The place is very nice and clean. I can see my dogs on the cameras. The employees very nice, friendly and helpful. Will bring my dogs there again this Xmas. Thank you for taking a good care of my furrkids. Bless u!

I can't praise Boo Boo's daycare anymore! They are fantastic! We were on a quick trip from Oregon to Nevada, and realized that are dog accommodations when plans we're going to fall through. That's when boo-boos daycare stepped in offered to keep their doors open until we arrived well after there closing time. My dog is not only looks happy on their webcams but they returned to us exhausted! My Great Dane even refused to jump back in the car. Their prices forcare are Beyond reasonable, we pay just about three times this in Oregon. We've noticed that without charging us they trimmed one of our puppies nails. It was just about 4 months past due and babies daycare I can't thank you enough. We will definitely use you again when was is it. I also shared your information with my mom who just built to house in Carson just about a stone's throw away from your office. With much gratitude, and a good appreciated rest from our Mongols I thank you.

We’ve used BooBoo Buddies for boarding our 10 year old Klee Kai for the past 5 years! Staff knows Kodi and his pal Ginger by name, and the dogs seem to always have a wonderful time!

These people really care about dogs, they also appeared to care about the owners. Extremely professional outfit my dog had a wonderful overnight slumber party. I couldn't recommended this place any higher. The customer service was excellent and very reasonable rates. 10 out if 10 in my book.

Absolutely wonderful place for the furry children! The care they take and the love they give all the dogs is very evident. I just say “doggie day care” to my pupper and he goes crazy. He loves it and that’s the best review one could have.

We had an impromptu need for daycare as we were traveling through the area to Oregon. We called (and they answered! Not always the case with dog daycare places we called) and they told us we were able to fill out our dogs' profiles online and easily book that way. So neat! When we arrived, they made sure to ask if there were any requests or things to know, like if our smaller guy should be in the small dog area.We got to watch webcams while we were gone (how would anyone get any work done if they dropped their dog off and then went to work?!) and upon returning, they seemed to know who our dogs were without us describing them - love that touch!The place is clean and our dogs seemed to have had a blast! All dogs were seemingly friendly, and respectful.My husband said he'll likely watch their webcams even though our dogs won't be there just because it's a hoot! Will definitely use Booboo's next time we're in the area with our dogs.

My dogs love it here! The staff is always friendly and they know the dogs by name. Dogs need to be up to date on all shots, which is great. Even better, they keep track and will give them the shots for a low price. I love that there are cameras and I can watch my pups during work! I have not tried any of the grooming services or boarding, but I am sure they are great. My dogs come home tired from a day playing with all their friends. They even have a little dog yard!

Really can't complain about this place. You should take in your own dog bed however, so they're not sleeping on a hard surface. My dogs are not used to that so this is a very important detail for us. You can check on your dogs Everyday by looking at the webcam which really sold this place for us and the staff are very friendly. They usually have someone sitting, just visiting / petting the dogs while they're outside and that's a wonderful thing. They do have discounts for multiple pets. We Trust In This Place very much! Very caring, personable, professional employees. Being able to see our dogs on the live video cams was awesome!!! We were able to see them play and interact with the other dogs outside. A whole lot of wagging tails is what I saw! There was always at least one employee outside at all times making sure the dogs were minding their manners.I am impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. It seems that as soon as the dogs go potty, it is immediately picked up and washed away.Finally, the staff happily took photos when I asked them to and sent them to me.Thank you BooBoo's Buddies for taking such good care of our fur babies!!5 STARS 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🐶🐶

My dog stayed here in 2019. This was her first time boarding at this facility. They told me they left all of the dogs unattended outside and my dog was ganged up on and got in a bad fight. Then, the rest of her stay here she was anxious and aggressive with other dogs. She is now still not okay around other dogs and multiple trainers over the past few years have said she was likely scarred for life here. I would not recommend.

Great spot with real love for dogs! This is a play place so don't expect your dog not to get the odd scratch. Great supervision and sociability training for puppies. Happy regular customer!

The staff is very friendly and happy to see our dogs. The drop off and pickup process is quick and simple. And they have cameras online so you can check in on your pup while they are at daycare. Very happy with my experience so far.

We brought our dogs here to board for 5 days while we traveled out of state. On one occasion, our dogs were separated during nap time with a different dog sleeping in our missing dog's bed,next to our Gloden Retriever. (Live cam) We picked them up a day early. When we got home we discovered that one of our Golden Retriever's front paws was raw and inflamed and that he was limping. He was immediately taken to our vet and diagnosed with pododermatidis from something he was in contact with while being boarded. $189 later, he is healing with three different medications. It is impossible for kennel staff not to have seen our dog limping while there. His foot was raw and painfull. Both of my dogs also came down with Kennel Cough 24 hours after we picked them up. The diagnosis was that they got kennel cough while at the boarding facility, since they had not left our home for two weeks prior to arriving there. I don't understand how, if all pet owners are required to have current vaccinactions of their pets that this could have happened. Unfortunately, with this experience, we will not be back, nor will we recommend this facility. It was an expensive experience and our dogs suffered from being boarded there.

Went on a trip with my parents and they boarded the little dog, Fuzzy, there for the week. While we were traveling, their online service gave us access to the camera so we could watch Fuzzy at any time. He did great their. Saw him interacting with all the other dogs, having fun. Staff was always around the dogs when they were together. I don't think the prices were bad at all for the service provided. Clean place.

Very spacious, lots of room in the back for dogs to hang out, stretch out and socialize. Love love love the webcam so I can see how my dog is doing. Easy to make reservation, easy to drop off / pick up. Fair pricing. They did a good job verifying his vaccines, including 'kennel cough' (see below). Clear that the dogs like their caretakers and the caretakers like the dogs.Smells clean.... when we first started last spring, the staff were right upfront about a virus they had just gotten over. I consulted with my vet who already knew about it and they commented that the so-called 'kennel cough' is not unique to the kennel and that it is a problem that can flare up anywhere. the key to prevention is that dogs should be immunized.Our dog has been there several times for short stays and he's been just fine.

We take our dog here whenever we are going to be out of town for a couple days. We trust them to love him like we love him! We love looking on the cameras to see him running around or chilling by the pool. We took him to another dog sitter place in Reno previously and nothing compares to getting to watch the handlers pet and play with him at booboos. We appreciate that they get about an hour in the afternoon to eat lunch and relax away from other dogs to take a break. Our boy always comes home exhausted and happy.

My dog has been going to BooBoos since he was 5 months old. He is being socialized as there are so many other dogs to mingle and play with. The staff are all very caring and attentive, you can tell that they are doing something they love...working with dogs. The property is always clean and tidy. Plus they offer dog grooming which is a benefit, as I do not have to take him somewhere else for this. Their video monitoring allows me to peek in on him during the day and watch him at play. I highly recommend BooBoo’s.

Boarded a puppy here for 5 days. When we picked him up he had blood all over him.Staff claimed it was from another dog who's owner had cut the toenail and made it bleed. But when we got him home he was clearly bleeding from long cuts to his side.Packing dogs together of all different sizes and unknown temperments and letting them run around in large groups is not a good idea. There is always a potential dog fight from the stress put on the dogs from confrontations. This happens at dog parks and often results in fights. This is lilkely what happened to our puppy?

We boarded our dog at Booboo's Buddies over the weekend and we couldn't be happier with how great they took care of her and kept us up to date on how she was doing. I could see from the pictures they took that she was having a great time. The facility is fun, bright, clean and the outdoor play area is one of the best I have seen! Susan and Phill were awesome and totally put me at ease so I didn’t worry at all while we were gone. We will definitely board our dog here whenever we need to travel in the future.

I cannot say good enough things about BooBoo's! We originally decided to take our puppy to socialize her through COVID....now we take her because it's her favorite place to go! The staff is kind, and very engaged. They mention small details to me about our puppy that make me realize how much attention they give her. I also love that you can watch them on their webcam throughout the day....its the best afternoon pick-me-up to log on to see your puppy having the best day ever. I have no doubt that our puppers is in great hands when we leave her at BooBoo's. Thank you again for all that you do! 🐶🐾
