So, never in my life have I wrote a review but now, here was my experience at Leeder.I have been working on my credit and decided it was time to purchase a new vehicle. I spoke with another large dealership and I was approved but the payments were going to be astronomical. I told them I just couldn't convince myself to pay 550 a month. They almost laughed at me. Saying NEVER will I find a truck with a payment under 450 dollars. It discouraged me but I thought I would try one more place. I went on a website and saw a 2013 dodge ram 1500 in crisp clean condition. It was at leeder automotive.I put in the credit app and first thing in the morning I was called and Josh said he was going to run my credit and see what happens. They got me approved for 350 a MONTH! I couldn't believe it. The perfect truck, absolutely in perfect shape and I got it for 350 a month. Also I was able to add on a warranty and things like that for a good price.I had a truck that I traded in and I was certain I was going to get pennies for it but they gave me an incredibly good trade offer.The whole process was pretty awesome, I think I was there for 45-50 minutes for the whole process. The other thing that got me was that there was no pressure. I was not getting vehicles, I didn't want, shoved down my throat. It was an all around awesome experience, I am going to try to be a customer there forever and for the first time in my life... I got a good deal... Its a dealership without the stereotypical salesmen and they didn't lie, cheat, or rob people blind.... If that's not enough reason to shop here.. I don't know what is.

I can honestly say I've never had a more straight forward, pleasant buying experience. I went out on a limb to trust Josh there at Leeder. I flew into Omaha on a Friday and sealed the deal Saturday morning and checking out the vehicle and taking it for a test drive. What surprised me the most was that there was no attempt to slide little fees and charges into the deal. The price was the price. They even secured a good finance rate for me. In all, it was a great experience, and I'd be happy to buy from them again.

So! Josh.. Hes by far the cream of the crop! I’m gonna tell you why- single mom of 3 and needed a legit vehicle; I told him what I was looking for and a price. Not only did he get me into a vehicle but a Bougie one at that! An infinity which had 2 TVs for my 2 littles who are under the age of 5 and the exact price I told him. I also had a little freak accident occur and Josh had me taken care of and got everything covered through the dealership warranty!Props to Josh and leeder automotive!

I recently purchased a 2018 Ram Promaster cargo van from the fine gentlemen at Leeder Automotive.Bill was wonderful to work with, and even coordinated with my bank to get me the vehicle as fast as possible. Oh, and Josh was pretty awesome too. 🙂 Together, they make an amazing team.The dealership itself is nice, inviting and super clean. Bought two vehicles from Leeder and both times the process was seamless. I refuse to go anywhere else now to purchase a vehicle. Josh is friendly yet professional and truly cares about finding the perfect car for the customer. This is not your "typical" dealership where the pressure is on and the sale takes hours. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! I was sold a car with a bad transmission and the salesman and owner asked me to lie to the insurance company so they would not have to pay to fix the car. I refused to be apart of a felony and I was hung up on. Please see the letter my lawyer sent to them attached in this post. This was our second time working with Leeder Auto. Our first purchase with them was so quick and easy. I don't think we were there more than an hour and a half. Today we had stopped by a larger dealership and sat around for 30 min or so before getting a sales person to help. They were just really busy. Anyway, they didn't really have a decent car in the price range we were looking for. As we sat there, it dawned on me that we hadn't looked at Leeder and since we had such a great experience the first time, we looked them up on our phone. We found a car with good mileage right around the price we were hoping for. We called to make sure they still had it, which they did. We drove straight there and were able to test drive it with in minutes of arriving. The car was better than expected. Josh helped us and was so friendly and professional. He gave us a couple of options for extended warranties. This is truly the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I will make this place my first stop next time I'm in the market for a used car. Love this place!

Phenomenal purchasing experience. Josh was exceptionally helpful, honest and upfront. I live in Pennsylvania and Josh had a vehicle that I was exceptionally interested in. We discussed the purchase of the vehicle two weeks ago. Josh went above and beyond to take the vehicle for an additional test drive for me. Take additional photos for me. And pinpoint any flaws of any form. Finally, Josh and I came to a deal and (after a down payment) he help the car for me untill I got there. Once I arrived to Leeder automotive, The vehicle was exactly as described, they even gave me a full tank of gas. I highly recommend purchasing vehicles from Leeder automotive even if you do live 1000 miles away, like me!

The staff is friendly and helpful. We found a deal that was better than what we could find in Denver and surrounding communities. The purchase was quick and easy.The only downside and why I am giving a 4 star as there was an issue with the brights on the vehicle we bought. I am having an electrical diagnostic test being done by Ford which has found multiple issues.It’s $125 for test and I don’t have a cost yet for the fixes. If a test had been done the price of the vehicle could have been reflected the electrical issues and the required cost to fix them.

This review is a long time coming. I bought my 07 Nissan Xterra at Leeder back in May of '17. Great service and one of the fastest I've been able to get into and out of dealership when buying a new car ever. Josh was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I worked with him and he cut me a deal on the car and my trade in so I was definitely happen when we left. I drove from Kansas City to look at the car and was very pleased with the price and ended up driving it home. I would definitely recommend these guys and gals for anyone looking to get a new ride. We found a truck that was a great value, the financing process was easy, and the sales folks (Josh & Rick) were great. We drove off the lot thrilled, and then within 2 hours we started having issues (no major issues just a few things and a pesky sensor) with the truck. We called them right away and did some troubleshooting over the phone, and then made an appointment to bring the truck back in. I will say after reading a few of these reviews we thought we had been hosed, BUT our experience with Leeder turned out to be pretty good! Long story short, the crew at Leeder corrected the issues and even took our truck to a Ford dealer for assistance. Thank you Bob and the rest of the Leeder folks for getting our truck fixed.

Leeder automotive. A small dealer out in Yutan,NE. Inventory here is very unique in acquiring different vehicles from all sorts of manufacturers. How they get their vehicles is through a system that only allows them little time to decide if it’s worth it or not. With this now in mind. They do not take the time to fully and properly inspect their vehicles. You may try to ask them to get a better look at the vehicle from a lift, but due to insurance reasons this not allowed. However you are provided a floor dolly. Yet some vehicles may be to low to even get a good look, so you will be at risk. However there may not be anything wrong, but good thing they don’t do thorough inspections right? Pricing at this dealer is obviously going to be sometimes higher, they need a profit to stay in business. But when you hear the price of the vehicle your interested in, you can’t change their minds. What they’re asking for is what they expect to get. Negotiating a deal is out of the picture when trying to buy a car at Leeder. A humiliating laugh may also be accompanied with the disapproval of your offer, so hope you don’t get offended by that. So to those who choose to go to Leeder automotive for their next car/truck, please make sure you are fine with all these attributes that come with the experience here. The dog is very adorable here and it pains me to say, that seemed to be the only plus to this small local dealer. To the employees at Leeder automotive, I wish you luck and encourage you to always do better than your last sale. And to maybe consider better sale strategies when engaging with your customers.

Being a first time car buyer and only 22 years old, I was expecting for any car dealership to take advantage of me being a young girl to get the most out of my purchase. After visiting multiple large dealerships in Omaha/Council Bluffs and feeling extremely overwhelmed, I found Leeder Auto online. I recently purchased a vehicle from Leeder. At first I was a little bit scepitcal about the location but once I got there it was well worth the extra 20 minute drive. They had the vehicle I called about already pulled up and warm to test drive it. The staff were very friendly. Also once I decided I wanted the vehicle the process was pretty easy. I told the salesman what I wanted and he did a great job with the whole process. So far so good and I love my vehicle. They take pride in their lot and that matters to a loyal customer. I just recently purchased a pre-owned car from Leeder Automotive. I was very impressed with the sales staff and management in regard to how I was treated when I purchased this vehicle. I traveled 285 miles one way in order to test drive and purchase this vehicle. The paperwork and transaction of purchasing this vehicle was very quick and prompt. The salesman made me feel like a very valuable customer even though I had just met him earlier in the day. The management was very fair on the price and gave me a great deal. I typically dread the car-buying process. I had been shopping at larger dealerships for months, but refused to buy it seemed like salepeople were solely focused on profit. Josh, at Leeder Automotive, was a breath of fresh air. He was efficient, honest and straight-forward. I was in and out of the dealership with new car + trade-in in less than two hours. I will definitely consider Leeder Automotive again next time I want to purchase a car.

We recently bought a Nissan Armada from Leeder. Our salesman was Josh Mitten. He was not very personable but made the process very quick. We were impressed when we walked out with our vehicle in under 2 hours. A day after we bought it, we realized the cruise control did not work. I called to speak with Josh about it. He was busy, which is fine. He has yet to return my call 3 weeks later. I understand used cars have issues, but he did not disclose this to us, nor has he returned our call about it. I just got plates for the car and found that they drilled extra holes in my front bumper(off center) and stripped one of the holes for the rear license plate. They also did not provide remotes or headphones for the entertainment system. I will never buy from them again and I would advise others not to go there either. I know that's are all little things, but they have made zero effort to make them right. Bad business. Oh, I forgot to mention, it also needs a new steering rack, all before I have even made the first payment!Update: After seeing my negative review, Josh texted me. He said he would be happy to fix the cruise and that this was the first he had heard about it. I understand, miscommunication happens. Then he said he would not fix anything until this review was taken down. I replied that I would be happy to edit my review once he fixed the cruise and I asked if he was going to do anything to fix the rest of the issues.This was his response:Sorry, don't know who you are texting, but you have a wrong number.I couldn't believe it! I text back a screenshot of the conversation we were just having and never got a response. If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

We had an easy experience buying a truck from Leeder. Josh went over everything and answered my questions. Both during the sale and after. I discovered the Cruise was out but they fixed it right away. I’d buy from them again.
