I was surprised by how rudely the guy answered the phone. I understand he may be busy, but cutting me off and hanging up right away without caring about what I'm trying to explain was disappointing. It was honestly the worst customer service I've experienced. Perhaps he shouldn't be the one answering phones.

Dr. Mary is one of the greatest vets I've ever come across. She spends more time caring about the animal and the animals well-being which makes her the best vet ever. We really love all the service we get there. They take good care of all four of our dogs. We love coming in to see them just to say hi sometimes
