I had rented a carpet extractor and was having issues (my fault), and the people there went above and beyond to help me. It was during the weekend, they were going to close soon and I wouldn't have been able to make it up there in time to help with my problem. The lady that answered my call was so gracious and above all patient. She even went as far to call me and walk me through and troubleshoot my problem. It turned out to be user error and she was still helpful. 10/10 will be going here again.

The staff over here is some of the best in the business. I myself part of my family's business, I understand the importance of customer service and it definitely shows here at Wilmes. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help out when needed. "Service sells". I've brought in several screens to be redone and have been pleased with that work. Now it's on to the chain saws repairs! :)

Needed a simple key cut for my car,SC store said South sioux store has the machine to do it, cut a sidewinder key?I go there,guy says we haven't done those in awhile, so what the hell?No one knows anything.

They didn't have the odd dryer part that on eating, however the ladies working at the register or extremely polite and the one give me suggestions of where to go to find the wheel for the inside of the dryer. Store was very very clean and very well laid out and very helpful. The only reason I Don't Give A V Star s didn't have Part I needed.

I took my Toro lawn mower there to have the self-propelled work on. It was too expensive to fix but the lawn mower still ran just fine. So I went to pick it up and the motor mounts are broken inside the motor two out of three. And I quote he said we cannot be reliable for that. So when they brought my lawnmower out to me the motor is no longer mounted to it and I cannot use it anymore because it is torn apart. After many years I will stop going there now. and they told us about $180 to fix the self-propelled unit I guarantee you when they break those bolts they're making us pay for them to fix it. So if they break it you pay to get it fixed!. Last year it was even half that price to get it fixed

Had searched online and all over the tri-state area and even the local Ariens dealers to find a belt for an older Ariens snowblower, with no success.Although Wilmes Hardware was a Toro dealer i took a chance and was so glad i did!!!Mike the owner, toik 5 mins out of his busy day to look up the exact same info id given others, went down the parts shelf and produced the exact belt i had been searching for and at about $30 less than any price id been quoted!!! I wont waste time nor fuel anymore because Wilmes Do -it -Best Hardware in South Sioux City has my business now. Thanks again , Mike...let it snow!!!
