This Loves stop was easy to get to on the south side of the highway. Large lot for both passenger cars, trucks as well as tractor trailer rigs. Nice selection of snacks, food and gifts.

It was nice to have a lot of room to park but it was full of night time, so they still need more trucking parking spots, and they had clean restrooms all night. I stayed there for almost 13 Hours. I was tired.The layout of the store is always the same. And they had bigger parking. I don't trust the tire care place because they don't warranty their defective work in Shelby, Iowa.

Highly disappointed in this location, Loves is a favorite stop else where.But after waiting 45 minutes for a shower while they were all open, but in need of cleaning, and listening to the staff at fuel side ,arguing who's turn it was to clean the shower, while 6 of us are standing in line for one,....well......eventually, someone did go back to "clean" them.Better known as "just throw some towels " in it and reset them, no disinfect no mop, no empty trash....Very disappointed , and management probably won't even care, get your fuel driver, and get outa here.

They are irresponsible lazy people, I arrived 5 hours ago. and i'm still here for a job that only takes 30 minutes to change a valve on a tire they're lazy they really like to earn their money doing nothing no one controls this here

Stopped in here for coffee this morning. The lot is all paved with tons of 18 wheelers parked and at the diesel pumps.We had to park in the back 40, but the walk was good for us. Soon as we entered we were greeted by several employees.We wasn't in there long, but I can tell you everything was stocked up even the hotbox, roller grill and cold foods. They mist stay busy to have all that hot food set out. Well, just by looks outside at all the vehicles is a big tip off.Britney S. waited on us and she was very friendly and so polite. I didn't check out the restrooms, though the store is very clean as workers were bustling around. They work very hard here and it shows.This was a great experience and we'll definitely be back!

Excellent! Clean and new facilities, everything was in great shape.Staff was friendly and greeted me as I walked in to use the bathroom.Free water bottles with purchase of HEALTHY snacks!All filling stations were in greta shape and worked well. Diesel was reasonably priced.They have lots of parking here for regular cars, campers, trailers, etc. not sure if you can stay overnight but looked roomy.Two hotels within walking distance if you need a place to rest.Lots of room for truckers!

One of the younger girsl in the back was super helpful with my card issue. A couple of the managers passed me along to other people until she stepped up with knowledge how to input my card manually.I wish I knew her name but she was eager to solve the problem when others didnt want to bother to understand.She stood out as someone who wanted to provide excellent customer service. Thank you.

One of the worst Love's in the country. The shower wait was over an hour and when I finally get one it wasn't cleaned. There were toenail clippings and a used cleaning rag on the bench. The washcloth looked like it was left from a previous shower. As a truck driver I don't have time to wait for another one. There are so many flies I didn't even get a coffee. Absolutely disgusting!

People parked in areas not marked as spots yet the red haired lady came to us about being at a pump that's down for a minute to purchase items that pay her hourly wage. I'll be contacting corporate in Oklahoma city to file a complaint. I have several photos of trucks not parked in designated spots at this exact Love's. She threatened to call the company because we asked a valid question which was if other people are parked at the line at pumps that are being used then what's the problem with us temporarily stopping at a pump that's not currently working? REMEMBER Who pays your bills at the end of the day! I Know you don't want to work but be Thankful you have a job FOR NOW! Edit: The employees name is Vickie. Shortly after we moved another driver parked at the pumps for 5-10 minutes and Vickie is no where in site to tell that driver to move. Pictures included.

Stopped here when it was brand new, many times after that too. The most recent being just a few days ago. Hasn't changed much, from a superficial viewpoint. We don't fuel, or shower here. We use this particular Love's to switch out, clean the windows, and grab a drink. Pump area is usually pretty clean. Most staff are smiling, some walk around like they lost their puppy. Washrooms have always been clean here... possibly the time of day we stop here lol.

Waist of time stopping here for lunch no one's working the registers in the taco John's only serving drive through customers. Ur a fast food restaurant in a truck stop and our trucks can't go through the drive through so what good is this place if there's no one serving the truck drivers.It gets better after my break with no food was up I went to the pumps to get fuel and the pump I was at didn't work either. I tried to spend some money here but give up I'm off to another truck stup for fuel and food

Sierra ( I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) is a Rockstar! She went completely out of her way to help a guy out who lost his wallet. She even followed me out the door with a little gift for me that she bought with her own money. If you had 10 of her then you'd be greatest Travel Stop on the planet. What an altruistic/salt of the earth move. I'll be back on my way through to repay the favour. Wow, just wow!

In this screen red blocks means there is nobody in the shower needs to be clean. Blue block means somebody is cleaning and yellow means somebody is using shower. I am waiting here from 1 hour no body is cleaning these shower all are busy in talking at frontdesk bhenchod!

I happily use almost all services and fuel that every Loves truck stop can offerThis loves is new and mold is starting growing in the showers??!!I think management must take it very seriouslyPlenty of parking they add dirty parking on west side of trucks stop.Must try delicious IHOP express

This is the third Love's Truck stop that does not have a laundry room for the truckers!I guess we aren't supposed to wash are laundry I mean how much does it cost to add a laundry facility you already spent a few million!

My 1 star review is for the shower I took today. Trash had used qtips and feminine products in it. The toilet was covered in urine and had yellow and redish colored toilet paper in it. Baseboards were filthy. There werenmany fingernail and or toe nail clippings below the sink. Absolutely disgusting experience today Dec 5th 23

The coolers for the drinks need checked/adjusted I come here somewhat frequently and it seems like every time I get something to drink out of the cooler it's about room temperature. If I'm not planning on drinking it right away no big deal because I have a fridge in my truck but to come here for something cold to drink and getting something that's not much colder than room temperature if that is disappointing.

My truck broke down in the fuel island,as a common courtesy I went inside to let management know what happened. The shift leader with no teeth told me to find away to move the truck and I needed to call a tow truck to move it, this was her busy time and can’t afford to have a broke down truck in the way. Not very pleasant or professional ☠️

Loves shops have been going downhill lately and today o wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!Loves corporate for the speedco shops got to stop changing stuff about there shops there pissing off drivers greatly!!!!I been here since last night and now thwy have corporate makong all there guys do some stuff putting all projects on hold pissing off drivers even more only maybe having one guy one the shop what the hell!!!!im sorry but corp and F off thats not cool some people dont have time but are stuck here this is not acceptable.. corp please stop pissing us drivers off please please actully care for us.

Had a major blowout and called for road service thru my company! The young man who came out was called in a few hours early- they had his truck stocked for him! He was here in short order - however the damage was bad and the stocker had also missed some things - and my guess since he was called in he didn't check the truck- he identified what was needed - communicated with me on what was happened communication with my shop breakdown and was back soon and did the needed repairs - very well communicated on the process - very safe and systematic along the process - a true pro thanksKevin ( Otr operator/driver) Anderson trucking service

Old school trucker tip I got from my father & grandfather, bring your own cleaning supplies. I'm no pansy, but these people don't even mop the place down and have often left used rags & towels. Been living on the road for 5 years and always dread coming here. Luckly I ain't got to fuel up. But if I didn't absolutely need a shower, I'd just park at the Walfart & get me some Chinese-American take-out down the alley.

I went to a mechanic shop today to get my fuel filter changed. At the shop, there was a mechanic named Jamie. Unfortunately, Jamie's work was not up to par. After he changed the fuel filter, my truck broke down when I tried to start it, and it wouldn't start for three hours. Jamie suggested I tow the truck, but I insisted that he fix it since he messed it up. He couldn't fix it and didn't even apologize. He just told me to leave it at the store.I suggested he use a machine to suck out the gas and try starting it, but he claimed the machine wasn't working. When I recommended using starter fluid, he said they don't use it. Jamie also insisted my fuel pump wasn't working properly, even though I knew it was. He called the cops, who surprisingly took his side. It seemed like they didn't care that he messed up my truck. Both Jamie and the office staff were white.I had to take matters into my own hands and started my truck in front of him. They were clearly incompetent, but I'm not an idiot; I use my brain. Jamie seemed to rely on what he had read in books, but I play smarter. I would advise avoiding Jamie the mechanic. I plan to report him to the company, and if they don't take action, I'll inform the many people in my family and the 200+ trucks we have. We spend millions of dollars on fuel with them, so if they don't address this issue, we'll take our business elsewhere. If a mechanic doesn't know how to fix something, they should admit it rather than causing more problems.

This is one of the coolest loves I've seen has a lot of parking as a lot of space there is a diesel station for trucks and a gas station for regular cars you have also a maintenance you can buy toys call O cars and trucks accessories and inside you can find IHOP and the regular pretty nice food stand with hot dogs this is a very clean Love's if you are looking for a good place to park and stay relaxed and then a quick sleep I definitely recommend this place you can I get some good parking and easy parking

Plenty of parking in deserted Nebraska, showers we're clean, has a taco John's restaurant. Super windy, before bed the truck was rocking, woke up the truck was rocking.

My visit today I'd say was a below average visit. Linda w was a cashier and during her morning rush proves to be less than efficient however the other employees that are there share the same trait and fail to work as a team. Linda could've gone faster had she not felt the need to flirt with the 2 young men that were in line.
