First time at Groomingdales for my border collie. We recently relocated from Washington state. Had him groomed at a pet store in the Omaha., it was a disaster. They even clipped 2 of his nails short and he bled for 3 days after.Groomingdales was less stressful for him and the staff were super friendly and caring.We will DEFINITELY come back. They did an amazing job.

We take our 2 dogs here while we go on vacation a few times per year and they always take excellent care of our babies! We typically have them groomed while we are gone as well and they come home looking and smelling so nice! Thank you all for taking such great care of our boys!!

We paid $100 to have our dog groomed. He is a long hair German shepherd and yes has TONS of fur. He looked decent when we picked him up but was still damp. When he dried he had more fur coming out than before we took him. They said they got tons of fur, but obviously, not enough! I can run a brush through him and get a handful of fur. Complete waste of time and money!

I had my 2 dogs (ages 1yr &12yr) boarded at Groomingdales for 10 days. When returned both dogs were filthy & stinky.The old dog had a giant blood filled sack on her elbow. They did not know when or where it came from. They tried to excuse it as an old dog tumor. I took her straight to the vet. She spent 1/2 day there getting her wound cleaned of pus and blood. I used like them When old dog was 5yrs we had her there and she was clean and happy. They have also cut little dog over the eye while grooming and never explained it or showed me. Sorry, but the current staff are neglectful and not careful with my dogs.

I took my 1-year-old Chihuahua in. I never had any issues cutting her nails, until the past couple months. Finally had enough took her to the groomers. They treated her so gentle and kind, and you can actually see them working with your dogs. Which means a lot to me. I will be bringing my dog back!

Today was our first time at Groomingdales. I was SOOOO impressed! Our groomer was Wendy. She was very kind and very caring about our rescued pooch. He looked wonderful and he was very happy!!! We will absolutely be back! I give A++++ and 5 *****!! Great Job!!!!!

The ladies that groom my little dog Sophie's hair are wonderful! It is a very busy place so sometimes its hard to get a hold of them but, they will always call you back!! I love that they are local! You need a good dog groomer I definitely would recommend them!!

This was the 1st time I have ever had to have my dog stay in a Kennel and I was so worried. They took great care of dexter for the 4 days he was there. We definitely will be using them again as travel softball season approaches.

We've been using Groomingdales for several years now...first just for Grooming - back when they lived in Plattsmouth, but several times a year now for boarding our two dogs. No problems - we're completely satisfied. Good price, good service - way better prices than the big chains in Omaha, and it's nice that the same people are always at Groomingdales - get to know your dogs (big chains seem to have constant turn-over in employees, never the same people seems like.) Would prefer longer hours, but it's a family-run business, so I realize they have to set hours or they'd never get any time off (been there, done that with a home business of my own years ago, so understand completely the need to set hours & stick by them.)
