Great, friendly place to stop and charge a laptop!We stopped by during a long trip to refresh with a coffee and a cookie (yes, just a bite this time) and we found it was very welcoming. The coffee was full-bodied - not bitter! - and we shared the chocolate chip cookie. The chips themselves were not super-sweet, so it was a pleasant side to the coffee.Plenty of power outlets, the crew is welcoming and the restrooms were clean, so that particular location gets high reviews.Keep up the good work: a welcoming smile, a variety of baked goods, good, fresh coffee, a clean store and clean bathrooms will keep customers coming back!

My family and I stopped in Scooters on our way back from Colorado on Nov 25. We ordered coffee and drinks for are Road Trip back to Colorado. We had amazing service. While driving I discovered I did not have my wallet. We called back and spoke to a Kassie Saxton. She went outside and found the wallet buried in the snow, and informed us she would mail it back to us in Colorado. 2 days later I received it priority mail. She even gave a greeting card! It is so refreshing to see that there is such great people in the world! Thank you Scooters and Kassie! you guys are amazing

First and last visit. Cold weak coffee and microwaved breakfast. No thanksHave been looking for breakfast in ogallala for days. Best option buy frozen and microwave at hotel. Same quality less price that way

Went in to buy some whole beans for our coffee maker but they did not have any dark roast. The girl running the till did not know if they had any and pointed out some pods…when I explained to her that we needed beans and asked again she said “I guess I should be familiar but I’m not”.The other staff (I believe the manager) looked in the cupboards and apologized they did not have any and offered to order some however we were travelling and wouldn’t wait.We didn’t get a chance to try the coffee but this review was more for the owners to get their staff trained up and knowledgeable on what they offer for sale.

They snuck in this little hidden gem of a coffee shop!First let me say this, customer service....good customer service is a little hard to come by these days but it has found its way here to Scooters in Ogallala NE!The service....Exemplary....... The Cleanliness.....Top notch...... and overall presentation.....Outstanding! If you ever find your way here to this little gem right off of I80 in Ogallala NE you own it to yourself to try out this coffee shop. Take the time out to go in and relax you will be glad you did.

Second time coming in, and it's easily a new go-to work/study spot for me. Walking in I was instantly surprised that Ogallala was able to get something so nice. Great breakfast, tasty drinks, and good to see so many friends working behind the counter. Putting this in the win column when it comes to new businesses.

This place is amazing. The staff is always friendly. I love that i can get myself coffee and order the kids candy bar blended lattes without the coffee. The cinnamon chip scones are the best warmed up. I definitely recommend coming here.

I've come here 3 or 4 times to try and give it a shot since there's really no coffee places local. The coffee here is so inconsistent. One time my latte was so strong I couldn't drink it. They're flavorless. Just for the seasonal maple vanilla latte and it tastes nothing like that. It tastes like the coffee i could make at home.You could really tell the workers didn't want to be there. They never once greeted me or told me what the price of the order was until the window.... Not sure if that last part is normal, just not used to that at drive thrus.3 strikes and you're out. Not going back.

Friendly staff, but Pumpkin spice latte the worst! Truck stop coffee out of machine so much better! WowDon't waste your money on this overpriced latte. It was all I could do to choke it down.

I ordered fora large size dark roast pour over.They didn’t have pour over in the menu, but the crew said she had just brewed it.First of all, I received a medium size. I didn’t know until my friend told me. Second, the coffee was so bland and not hot enough.

No one in the front, waited a minute and eventually knocked on the back room before an army of red shirts spilled out to begin doing things and looking busy. I went to wash my hands and the restroom had no towels and the lobby was out of napkins. I took my over steamed latte and wet hands and left. Also, it’s a bit rich to ask for a tip before I pay, especially after having to alert you of my presence. I may have still tipped, but these 5 people could and should be replaced with people who aren’t just riding a time clock.

I would typically give any scooters coffee 5 stars but these guys only get 3. I have been driving an hr and a half every week just for a scooters coffee. Every week is just as disappointing as the last. I order a very simple drink (blended caramelisious, extra shot and no whip) and when you look into the window at the monitor you clearly see my order the way I ordered it but when I get it there's alway whip. Makes me wonder if I ever even got the extra shots I've paid for

I love Scooters and have drank a lot of hot Carmelicious'! However, we stopped at the scooters in Ogallala and I ordered a large hot Caramelicious and it was nothing but warm milk with a hint of caramel. Definitely not a well made drink.The barista was dancing around and singing while making my drink and obviously was not paying attention to a thing she was doing. Extremely disappointing to spend $6 on something that is nowhere near enjoyable.

Utterly undrinkable. Ordered an iced cold brew with one shot of cream. I watched in horror as she further watered down the cold brew and then put in a 1/4 cup of cream. I threw it out on my way out the door.It also was the messiest barista area I’ve ever seen. Coffee grounds all over the countertop. Piles of it. It was like they didn’t have a grounds bucket so they were just dumping them on the counter.The bathrooms were clean though. That elevated them to one star instead of zero stars.

First time at Scooters. Dark roast was equivalent to poor gas station coffee. Although a lot of gas stations are picking up their coffee games with the instant grind and brew machines. I'd take that over this any time, and half the cost.

This was our first visit to Scooter's and it was a huge letdown. My boyfriend ordered a Heath Candy Bar Iced Latte and I had the Pot 'O Gold Latte. I've had better coffee from big named coffee places and the order being wrong. Maybe it's just this location that is lacking, but since we're in a semi, we don't get thr chance to stop at other locations.

Came in this morning to get a green tea smoothie with extra matcha powder, and protein. It tasted like straight milk. I was on break, and had to be back at work right away. Came in later to bring it to the managers (Jordan) attention, and she fixed my drink, upgrading the size, and they let me try it before walking out to make sure it's what I wanted. Thanks you so much to the crew, and keep up the good work.

Ordered two cold brew coffees. Got back on the interstate took a drink and and instantly knew the baristas either A. Iced Hot Coffee or B. Made iced Americanos.Two stars because the Barista’s nails were amazing. Only redeeming quality.

Coffee good and service is speedy. Breakfast sandwiches not so great. It's like they are prepackaged and frozen and get microwaved too long. But drink wise totally recommend
