I like the store. It's a bit expensive, and I have had to ask for them to order things that I think should be kept in stock. If I'm going to go that route, I can get better selection and prices online. Such is the modern dilemma, I suppose. Support locals = good, but I also want to do what's good for me, because the economy is constantly picking a fight with my wallet.

I’m going to give 5 stars for how nice and clean the store is as well as the employees being friendly.However my only complaint was the hardware bins being below waist level and kind of a pain to find exactly what I needed.

I particularly like this ace. All the staff is friendly, they have a wide selection of everything and anything you could want. Their floor displays are nicely done and tasteful.

Fantastic Customer service smiling faces. Helped me find everything I needed including stuff I didn't know they carried. When I asked what store I could go to find some things I didn't know they carried I was happy to hear they carried everything so I didn't need to go else where!

I sent my wife to pick up parts for me. She had someone help her so she would not get the wrong items. The manager told the employee that he had been helping her long enough. The other large woman was to busy discussing who was going to watch her kids at the pool. I have spent a lot of money at thhis Ace, But not anymore.

We travel full-time so when we're in need of tools, equipment, or hardware, it is great to find a place as helpful as Ace. This one in Ogallala was wonderful and the people were very friendly and helpful.

Ace is a little high on things but it comes down too what you need. They carry my house filters so that works. Friendly staff and they do have yard equipment for rent

This store has saved me more than once. This store is my go-to store for my home improvement needs. One additional feature of this store is a great selection of Traeger grill accessories and compliments. Plus, they have free popcorn.

We blew out a tire on the drive from Denver to Chicago. This Ace was very generous in lending us a hammer and some sand paper to straighten and clean up the wheel. Great people, the kind of business you want to support.

Very rude service was 10 mins tell closing time and I was rushing hard to get what u needed and was treated bad by more then one employee!!! If you go make sure it's not a weekend night because they dont want to be there to help you.
