This particular store is located in Nebraska City. Nebraska. We needed some very specific items for a project. Upon entering the store, we were met by a friendly and helpful staff person 😀 Staff asked what we were looking for, and immediately walked 🚶‍♂️ us to the specific aisles where the items were located. There we found a good 👍 selection to choose from 😉📐⛏️⚒️🛠⚙️🔩 ⚙️🗜⛓️ . Check out was easy and efficient! 💳 and they have a rewards program. Check it out, you'll be surprised 😮

I ran out of trim paint while painting our house. They were very knowledgeable about matching another brand of paint that we had already been using on the house. The match was exact. Nice employees.

Good store, but they do need to train their help better. But usually have what is needed though pricing is higher than other places. That is the price you pay for convenience though

There's always someone willing to help answer any of my questions! To help me find stuff. I only gave it 4 stars because ours has a lot of product shoved in such a tight space. I feel we need a larger store to accommodate things.

Be careful on the equipment rental time. It's figured from pickup to drop-off, not usage time. Took a tiller back 40 minutes late, nobody else renting it that day so it's just going to sit in the store. Was told there is a little grace period on rental but not that much. 40 minutes cost me an extra 19 dollars on a 35 dollar rental, hope it was worth losing a customer.

Good store the staff is very helpful they really do go out of their way to make sure the customer gets what they are there for. On this particular occasion I also found their clearance bins and got a few tools that I needed but couldn't afford well I got them now.

The store is very organized, clean and easy to navigate. Great paint selection too! Staff are readily available to assist customers with finding their next purchase. The garden center in the is a wonderful place to visit in the Spring!

The manager and lady at the register was very helpful and good customer service. We ended up paying more then expected on our chain saw and discovered the chain was on backwards. But thank goodness my husband knew how to put it on.

Very poor rental service team - lack of reliable communication throughout the entire rental process and poor execution of the job. They showed up over an hour late to drop off tables & chairs on the day of our wedding, which caused unnecessary stress to our planner. Would not recommend them for renting.

Under redesign so the cashier counter could use better access for the cashiers. Everyone I deal with there is always willing to help and if they don't know the answer they do what they can to find the answer.

Pretty good. Much better than the hardware stores I was accustomed to in denser population areas.Some staff very knowledgeable, though one young fella didn't know what a bench vice was until I showed him a picture.

Called about a package I possibly left at their store and gave the guy my "call back" number after he checked to see if I did or didn't happen to leave a personal package there? It was several electronic cords for replacement on my TV .... It's been a couple of hours ago and have NOT received a reply yet.

This hardware is one of several in Nebraska City. I usually go here because it is nearby other shopping stops NOT because they are better than the others. I have found that customer assistance is contingent on who happens to be working on a given day. If I really want something I go on into town; if I am just looking for something this store will do. My experience is that the Ace Stores in Omaha provide an 'Ace's experience.

This hardware store carries quite a bit of inventory. Very seldom do I leave the store not finding what I was looking for.The staff at this location has always been friendly, & very helpful.Great cashiers too

Im not recomend people rent any rental machines on this place ACE true value they charged for damagr on the machines when there all ready demage and they not check any machine before rent after u gived back to them look for demages and chaged . and also the rental time is not the right time they put on the receive and they took your deposit
