Was on my way to Lincoln and noticed my ac needed charge. So I stopped in and bought a recharge kit. I did it right in the parking lot and was back on the road in no time. It's not a bad store a lot bigger than the one we have in Hiawatha .

Over all experience was good. I do think the card reader at my check out should work on the first try. It took over 3 times to work. Cashier said it didn't work well. This was on 3/17/24.

I am a former employee of Nebraska city Walmart. Now seeing behind the "Magic" I truly understand both the employee and customer. When Customer can't find an item that's supposed to be there. And the employee who has to explain why they don't carry it anymore

In the last 3 yrs I've had the self checkout person accuse me and my girlfriend of stealing at least 5 times. 4 by the same employee. Not one time have they actually found an item we didn't ring up. The one time the woman literally told us that she was watching her little scanner device and us and didnt see us scan a case of cat food. After telling her 4 times that i indeed had, i rescanned it for her to realize that she simply didnt recognize the code for the product as it came across her device. She literally admitted to physically watching me scan the item in multiple ways and still accused me of stealing because she didn't know the codes. If you're gonna watch specific people that hard and still falsely accuse them, you have a problem. Don't bother having a self checkout. Put that employee on an actual checkout line and be a business again. Or if you're gonna accuse people then call the cops and explain yourself.Side note, the employee who accused us today was also clearly sick. Sniffling and rubbing her nose and then touching our stuff. So really dont appreciate someone accusing me of stealing while pawing my stuff with snotty hands.

Smaller older Walmart, will remind you of the days before "supercenters"They don't have some of the brands of stuff as the supercenters but thats only a few food.items I've seen. The rest they pretty much have everything a big Walmart has

I rarely go to Walmart because I don't care for the folks who work there, not here. I spoke with 3 different employees and all 3 were great!! It all ended with the cashier Barb. Barb is the definition of customer service. I will be back.

I really liked the front door set up. If you go in the entrance you're at the entrance. You go in the exit you're at the checkout area. I hate when people go IN the exit lol. I loved that there were registers open. In Colorado you are forced to use self checkout. Store was clean and stocked, at least for the things I was there for.

I usually like this store but my goodness, I need to use the mothers room and often there is an employee (not with a child) occupying it. When I can use it the speaker is BLARING with rock music usually. It’s so loud it hurts my ears as an adult. There DOES NOT need to be music. It is disruptive to the baby feeding and trying to fall asleep after feeding. The point of the room is privacy and a calm environment. The customer service staff said they have had several complaints, but CORPORATE refuses to shut the music off.

I usually find the store to be fairly clean and most of the staff to be friendly and helpful. My most recent visit was not as good because on Monday my daughter and I were shopping and she bought me a new US Cellular prepaid phone, a refill card for it and a really nice case for it which I was grateful to her for having done that but then when we got home and we tried to activate the phone online it wouldn't work so we had to call customer service and try to get it setup well after about 45 minutes on hold I was told they were having network issues and I would have to call them back in about an hour

This specific Wal-mart frustrates me as they have a lot of self checkouts but the two best ones (with extra space) are always closed...even when it's super busy.

Walmart built their check out model around self-checkout, but this Walmart has 8 self-checkout registers but only has 4 open… so you have to wait 20 min to checkout… gal acting like the manager says they don’t have enough workers to open more self-checkouts?!!! What!??? I’m the worker doing the self-checkout! Send me an invite to the Christmas Party. Get better!

Supposed "Team Lead" Andrew, needs a training course in mannerisms and customer service. Terrible attitude. When someone says have a great day or good morning etc., basic ethics, you should respond instead of staring blankly into space.

Shopping in the ladies PJ dept .I was in a scooter it got caught among some racks. The nicest sales associate help me get untangled and then notice I was upset came over and gave me a very nice much needed hug! Her name was Celest.She was amazing!

This place needs employee training on racial profiling. Many black workers are coming to Nebraska for work. I’m a travel nurse. I had issues with the older lady in Customer service thinking I was trying to scam someone when I asked for a large amount on my money order. She stated that amount was too much. I went to the Walmart in Bellevue and was told the information was in Incorrect and all Walmarts are the same. In self checkout I was checking out my items and felt someone staring at me. When a Caucasian came at the checkout next to me, the employee moved over so she can have her eye’s directly on me. It has happened about 4 times. I’m a nurse, I can afford my groceries! My fiancé and cousin said it happened to them as well. I promised myself if it happened again I’m filing a lawsuit just to prove a point. To make things more comfortable we no longer shop here. We’ll go to any other grocery store in town. If we do decide to go to Walmart we happily drive 40 min to the one in Pappilion where the have more/ better selections and their employees are friendlier. We haven’t had any issues. Like I said this place needs training on racial profiling because most of these workers in town making more than the Walmart Employees!
