Great selection and really friendly and helpful staff. Long term local business. They let me play around with the hard scape items in the actual tank I was buying so I could make sure it looked just right before I bought any of it. 👍Tons of fish and a good selection of already submerged plants.

I had a good experience here buying some fish for a 20 gallon tank I was setting up for my daughter while I was visiting. On my first trip I went in and walked around and picked out all the different fish that I liked. Then Mark so kindly walked around with me and let me know which ones would be a good fit for the size of tank, which ones would get along, and how many I could get. And he was kind enough to write it down on a list for me - because I know I would have never remembered 😊 When I went back with my list in hand, Ben helped pick out my fish. He was very kind and didn't even flinch with all the questions I kept asking, he kept his cool and answered everything I threw at him! It's been a few weeks now and all the fish are thriving and the tank looks great!So thank you Fish Store!!

Decent prices on the fish, good return policy. Fish are all well taken care of and the employees are all kind and knowledgeable. Definitely my favorite fish store in Lincoln.

Nice small independently owned fish store. They carry fresh and salt water fish and supplies plus used aquarium equipment if you want to put some elbow grease into your hobby and save a few bucks.

There's a great selection of freshwater and saltwater fish. Everything is clean and well maintained. The fish look healthy. Staff are knowledgeable and very helpful.

Great selection of fish! Always beautiful healthy creatures there. I got some loaches and some plants and I'm pleased to say they are doing great.Staff isn't always the most knowledgeable but it's far better than the national chains.

Great customer service, helped me with lots of info.... will be my new favorite fish store from now on... would definitely recommend it to anyone with fish, question about fish, exotic fish or even setting up your fish tank definitely recommend this place to go too!!

It truely is a great place, I even brought the kids 😍. Their selection is big and the prices aren't too high (compared to) i think they take great care of their tanks and fish. If anyone asks me where to go for anything fish related I'll steer them there!!

They had an amazing selection of fish, all of which were healthy. The staff were really knowlagable and I left with 2 fish that are doing great. I'll definitely be back for all my needs! Love shopping local!

They were pretty helpful. Some of the boys are much more knowledgeable than others. They were wrong about how well the tetras would get along unfortunately and we have had 3 killed by the others, (fin nipping and chasing them until they ended up out of tank). But everything else has done well.But overall they have a pretty nice selection of fish and are willing to order you in specific fish if they can get them. They have small to mature fish to chose from also. Salt n fresh

This is the best fish store in town, are very good about keeping clean healthy tanks and will usually have a selection of oddball fish you won't see very often at the other stores in Lincoln. The staff are always friendly, greeting as you enter, and seem very knowledgeable.

This is the first professional fish store I’ve visited since getting into the hobby, and it’s still the only one I go to. Staff are super friendly and helpful, and the fish always appear happy and healthy. I look forward to my visit every time I go!Highly recommended

I have been visiting the Fish Store for about 1 year. I love the fact that it is family run. Every time I go in I am always greeted, the young guys are very helpful and knowledgeable. However, my favorite person there is the wife...I never got her name but she is so sweet very helpful...she is not afraid to get her hands dirty...I love it. She Thanks me for coming in...they for the most part have what I want and if not I am offered to have them order it...I just wish they had more aqua plants. But that's okay this store is my favorite.

The Fish Store is the best place for fish and aquarium miscellany in Lincoln, NE. The staff are all knowledgeable enthusiasts, the selection of fish is well maintained and healthy, and there's a big selection of high quality tanks and aquascape stuff. Price isn't the cheapest but they do sell budget friendly things as well. Highly recommended!

The kids all thought it was pretty cool store. The prices were very reasonable compared to goin to store like petco or some place. We got some rocks, decore, 2 crabs an a pleco all for $50. Not to shabby if you ask me. I'd say worth checking out yourself.

25% chance ur fish will survive. I have gone here many times because I find that it is better than going to a commercial pet store. However, when I do go there is a 75% chance that my fish will die—- they keep dead fish in the tanks with the fish that they are selling, which in itself is not a good sign but they don’t survive the night.
